Kaleigh Moore - How AI Search Is Changing B2B Marketing | E94
2026/10/07
AI search is changing how people discover brands, evaluate products, and make buying decisions. In this episode of the AdQuick Madvertising Podcast, we sit down with AI search strategist Kaleigh Moore about the shift from traditional SEO and demand capture to AI visibility, brand reputation, and demand generation. Kaleigh explains why so much of the information AI systems cite comes from sources outside a company’s own website, how B2B companies can turn internal expertise into external authority, what happens to SEO teams as AI search grows, and why creators, LinkedIn, podcasts, and other third-party sources are becoming increasingly important.  We also discuss zero-click marketing, the changing role of attribution, AI spam and manipulation, the future of social platforms, owning your audience, and what young marketers should focus on as the industry changes. Kurt Donnell - AI, Ads & the Future of Publishing | E92
2026/09/16
On this episode of the AdQuick Madvertising Podcast, we sit down with Kurt Donnell, CEO of Freestar, to talk about the future of advertising, publishing, AI, and the changing internet. Kurt shares how his unusual path from law and M&A into adtech shaped the way he thinks about business, why AI should be viewed as a tool that makes people more effective rather than simply a replacement for workers, and why publishers need to rethink their relationship with search, social platforms, and other sources of traffic. The conversation also covers why advertising remains essential to the free internet, how AI is changing consumer behavior and publisher economics, the rise of newsletters and YouTube as durable media businesses, and what Kurt would build if he were starting a media company from scratch today.
Terry Seitz - The Mad Scientist Approach to Marketing | E91
2026/09/03
Terry Seitz, Partner & COO of The Nuance Collective, joins us in the latest episode of the Madvertising podcast to discuss the evolution of marketing from commercial artistry to a more rigorous, data-driven discipline, and why the best marketers need to be both scientists and creatives. We dig into AI’s growing role in marketing, the danger of over-relying on attribution and optimization, why brands are suffering from marketing ADHD, and how marketers can balance data, creativity, curiosity, and long-term thinking to drive real enterprise value. We also discuss the differences between working at massive companies like Visa and startups, what young marketers should prioritize in their careers, and why the future may require marketers to optimize for both humans and machines.
Rich Kahn - How Much of Digital Advertising Is Fake | E90
2026/08/27
Digital advertising runs on data, but how much of that data can marketers actually trust? On this episode of the Madvertising podcast, we sit down with Rich Kahn, co-founder and CEO of Anura, to unpack the hidden economics of ad fraud, fake traffic, programmatic advertising, and the growing challenge of distinguishing real humans from increasingly sophisticated bots.  Anura grew out of a problem he encountered firsthand: a significant portion of the traffic his company was buying simply wasn't behaving like real human traffic. What started as a small piece of code became a sophisticated fraud-detection platform.  We discuss the scale of ad fraud, why AI is making the problem worse, which advertising channels tend to have the most fraudulent traffic, why programmatic advertising is particularly vulnerable, and why marketers can end up making major decisions based on bad data. Rich explains the difference between general invalid traffic (GIVT) and sophisticated invalid traffic (SIVT), how fraudsters can spoof seemingly legitimate users and devices, and why traditional pre-bid fraud detection may miss increasingly sophisticated attacks. We also get into the business side of marketing: how to sell to CMOs by solving their actual problems rather than selling them a product they don't think they need, the value of in-person relationships, and Rich's advice for young marketers and technologists entering an increasingly AI-driven workforce.
Christian Brown - The Creator Economy Is Growing Up | #89
2026/08/20
In this episode of the AdQuick Madvertising Podcast, Adam Singer sits down with Christian Brown, co-founder and CMO of Glewee, to explore how influencer marketing has evolved from one-off sponsored posts into a scalable, always-on marketing channel. Christian shares how he got into e-commerce and social media marketing as a teenager, before social advertising had really taken off, and how that experience ultimately led to building Glewee. He explains why the most effective creator programs focus on long-term relationships with creators, how brands can turn creator content into performance marketing assets, and why even smaller brands can get started with relatively modest budgets. The conversation also goes into the rise of TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing, the growing role of creators in B2B marketing, and why follower count may matter less than a creator's ability to actually drive sales and engagement. Finally, Adam and Christian discuss one of the biggest questions facing marketers today: AI. Christian explains why AI can dramatically increase the efficiency of marketing teams, but why brands shouldn't confuse cheaper content production with better creative. They discuss the growing value of authenticity, the risks of using AI as a shortcut, and how marketers can use AI to eliminate repetitive work while keeping human judgment and creativity at the center.
Onur & Okan Has - Why Your Brand Needs a Content Engine | E88
2026/08/13
In Episode 88 of the AdQuick Madvertising podcast, we sit down with Onur and Okan Has to talk about the power of content, personal branding, organic distribution, and what it really takes to turn attention into revenue. The brothers are the founders of Has Media, a marketing and media company focused on helping entrepreneurs, founders, and brands build content engines that actually get noticed. We talk about why so many companies jump straight into paid advertising without first figuring out what organically captures attention, why founders need to put themselves in front of their audiences, and why you don't need millions of followers to generate serious revenue. We also get into the role of AI in modern content creation, why human creativity and judgment still matter, how to get introverted executives comfortable on camera, why marketers shouldn't be afraid of being "cringe," and why volume and repetition are ultimately what make you better at creating content. Plus, Onur and Okan share their advice for young marketers entering an increasingly AI-driven industry, and why putting in the work matters more than your title, degree, or follower count.
Senda Ben Abdallah - The state of streaming ads | E87
2026/06/30
Streaming TV has changed the way people watch content, but advertising on TV hasn’t always kept up. In this episode of the Madvertising podcast, we sit down with Senda Ben Abdallah, Head of Product Marketing at Vibe.co, the self-serve CTV advertising platform working to make streaming TV more accessible to marketers of all sizes. We talk about the future of CTV advertising, what it takes to build a product marketing function from scratch, and streaming finally becoming a true performance channel. Jordan West - An intro to TikTok Shop and the changing e-commerce landscape | E86
2026/06/18
In Episode 86 of the AdQuick Madvertising podcast, we sit down with Jordan West. Jordan has built and sold eCommerce brands, and now runs Social Commerce Club, one of the largest TikTok Shop agencies in North America. He’s lived through every major platform shift of the last decade, from Google Search to Facebook Ads, and when TikTok Shop emerged in 2023, he made a big bet that it wasn’t just another channel, but something fundamentally different. We get into what he’s seeing on the ground: why TikTok Shop is less like Amazon and more like demand generation, how a creator with under 10,000 followers can drive a quarter-million dollars in sales in a month, and why so many brands still misunderstand what “scaling” actually means in this ecosystem.
Gregory Kennedy - B2B marketing in the age of AI | E85
2026/05/28

At VYS, he works directly with founders and C-level operators to build content systems that turn expertise into trust and pipeline, without becoming a full-time creator.
Lee Bofkin - Making Ads People Don’t Scroll Past | E84
2026/05/01
In Episode 84 of the AdQuick Madvertising podcast, we sit down with Dr. Lee Bofkin, a guest who genuinely defies categorization. From a PhD in Evolutionary Mathematics at Cambridge, to competitive breakdancing, to a short stint in finance, Lee’s path is anything but linear. Today, he’s the founder of Global Street Art, the UK’s largest mural organization, responsible for over 3,000 murals across more than a dozen countries — and the driving force behind the London Mural Festival, which generated over a billion earned media impressions in its very first year. We explore the intersection of art, culture, and advertising — and why hand-painted murals are becoming one of the most powerful (and human) forms of out-of-home media in a world dominated by screens.
Karl Newlin - B2B Growth: Distribution, Surfaces and Staying Power | 83
2026/04/23
A conversation with Karl Newlin, a B2B growth leader who’s spent over $100M in ad spend across companies like Stripe, Gusto, and Carta. We dig into why most teams confuse reach with actually being known, what it really takes to make distribution work, and where pipeline actually breaks down. Karl shares hard-earned lessons from paid media, a sharper way to think about GTM through “surfaces,” and how early-stage companies can build marketing that sticks.
Ashley Mayer - Better stories about the future | E82
2026/04/09

The conversation discusses into her core thesis on the power—and current failure—of storytelling in tech, why startups have an advantage in shaping compelling narratives, and how founders can better position themselves in an AI-driven world. They also explore the tension between investor incentives and public storytelling, the evolving role of PR, and what it takes to give people a reason to believe in the future.
Marissa Kraines on Building a B2B Brand People Actually Care About
2026/03/19
In the latest episode of the Madvertising podcast, we sit down with Marissa Kraines, VP, Head of Brand Marketing at Webflow, to unpack what it really takes to build a modern B2B brand that people actually care about. Marissa brings a rare combination of enterprise rigor and creative instinct, and previously was at Salesforce, where she led global social, influencer, and content programs that drove real pipeline, not just engagement. Now at Webflow, she’s on a mission to make B2B marketing more human, humorous, and culturally relevant. We get into what that looks like in practice: from growing Webflow into a serious enterprise contender, to building campaigns like “AI Guy” that lean into world-building and storytelling rather than traditional product marketing. We also explore how to win attention in feeds dominated by memes, why brand matters even more in an AI-driven search landscape, and how to actually measure whether brand and content are driving business outcomes. Marissa shares how Webflow activates its community of creators and agencies as an extension of the marketing team, and how her own team uses AI as a creative partner—not purely a shortcut.
