If you have tried to change your life, pursue your dreams, or step into your life purpose but you just can't seem to make it happen… you may be dealing with limiting subconscious programming or even complex trauma. If you "know" all the things, you need to do but for some reason, you just can't seem to do them… If you are a chronic people pleaser, over giver, or perfectionist and look to others for validation and permission… If you are hypersensitive or highly empathic and feel it is a burden instead of a superpower…this podcast is for you. Talk therapy alone does not work, healing requires somatic healing like Brainspotting. The VIBE Mentor podcast is a live workshop-style podcast that will cover all things trauma healing, life purpose identification as well as business and marketing. Episodes will be packed with actionable tips, tricks, and tools that are helping hundreds redefine success and build the big juicy life you deserve.
