Marc first experienced coaching when he was appointed as the overseas pro aged 22 at Radcliffe CC in Notts coming over from New Zealand. He had been challenged to find a way to leave the club in a better place by his mentor at the time Mike Shrimpton and this is how he got involved with coaching others. Neil was a late starter to cricket but is now one of those individuals in club cricket who never sees a day go past when he is not down at the club in some capacity. Mariyaam grew up in Lahore where she enjoyed tennis and horse riding.
