Kristen and Sammy have a dialogue about their favorite dreams from the week, their problems around intimacy/vulnerability, and if having dreams about skiing actually makes you an extreme sports enthusiast.

Sammy and Kristen return to Sinsomnia in a spontaneous format to talk about dreams and the personality. The hosts reflect on recent dreams that comment on their life experiences and express the profound sense of mystery and awe that are embedded in the mechanism of dreaming itself. They discuss earthly concerns such as the debts we owe others, meeting our rage, managing comfort levels, and using the enneagram as a defense against life. They also question the spiritual realms where things such as the astral body, dream environments, memory, and multiple realities exist.

Kristen and Sammy finish up their series on the Major Arcana with the tarot cards 10 and 20 - the Wheel of Fortune and Judgment. They reflect on how impersonal and esoteric these cards are, bringing their own dreams and experiences while having the two cards underneath their pillows every night for a few weeks. Sammy and Kristen begin the new year with the second to last Tarot episode on The Hermit and The Sun. The hosts have brought notes, dreams, and experiences with the possible meanings and images of these two cards. They reflect on The Hermit being the ultimate Type 9 card, and The Sun containing a childlike wonder that's needed in consciousness. On this week's Tarot episode, Kristen gets especially excited with Sammy when talking about these two cards - Strength and The Moon. Sammy and Kristen return after a long break to continue their series on the Major Arcana of the Tarot deck. This episode they look at the similarities and differences of The Hierophant and The Devil cards, using personal notes, experiences, and dreams to understand what these archetypal images might be revealing to humans.

Kristen and Sammy discuss the Tarot cards of The Emperor and Temperance, continuing their transformative and exploratory journey through the major arcana. This week's episode is focused around boundaries, unconscious written laws, having a guardian angel, and centering the swinging pendulum. The girls bring in their first impressions, external resources, personal experiences, and dreams that helped them hold a complex and deep view of these two cards.

Discussing the next pair of cards in the Tarot turned into a strange weather pattern of emotions for the two hosts Sammy and Kristen. The Empress and Death takes them on a tour through abundant, sunny, embodied life and the cold, harsh winter of death. This episode speaks for itself; the task of risking the safety of performing to really live the dirty, grounded, imperfect life before we die. Sammy and Kristen discuss the number 2 and 12 Tarot cards, The High Priestess and The Hanged Man. They discuss each card separately and how they relate together as a pair. The receptive nature of these cards are helpful in understanding what this podcast tries to cultivate in the realm of dreams and self-reflection of our personality types.

Kristen and Sammy continue on their Tarot journey with cards of The Magician and Justice. They mainly explore the dichotomies of the law of nature and the law of man; where are they separate? Where do they intertwine? What parts of our personality get confused or misled with this process and how do the cards call us back to it? Sammy and Kristen provide dreams, experiences, and lore to play with these topics and further understand how personality can strengthen through the oracles. Over the past two weeks, Sammy and Kristen have gathered thoughts, impressions, dreams, and stories on the two major arcana cards of the tarot; The Fool and The World. The strange mystery of endings and beginnings started to work on the hosts in a way that surprised them, puzzled them, and made them laugh. Both of these cards have a magic that feels outside of our personality types, which is quite rewarding even if it's accessed for only a brief moment in time. Using the imagery of the famous Rider/Waite deck, Sammy and Kristen start to dream about these characters and the world they exist in. Kristen and Sammy begin a discussion on the Tarot, a famous and mysterious oracle that has struck a chord within many individuals and cultures across the world. Oracles have been referenced many times throughout this podcast, but the hosts set an intention to make these cards the focus of the next several months. Today's episode is a general history of the cards, reflections on personal relationships and experiences, and shared curiosity around the magic present within the images. The hosts plan on letting the cards 'work' on their psyches, allowing a new process of channeling the ancient images of Tarot with the ancient symbol of the Enneagram to merge and comment on our human experience. This episode gets at the heart of the ‘I AM’, religious connections, being a part of yourself, being a part of the world, and the masks we all wear that inform us of what kind of God we are encountering daily.
