Fred Rosser was known as "Darren Young" during his time in WWE.  During that tenure, he was part of one of the hottest factions of its time in The Nexus, became a Tag Team Champion as part of the "Prime Time Players", and even was a protoge of former WWE Champion, Bob Backlund. Most notably, Rosser would become known as the first openly gay WWE Superstar who was active during his career - a distinction he still treasures to this day. Mike McGuire sat down with Fred before a Dungeon Wrestling show in Calgary, Alberta recently.  Nowadays, in addition to wrestling, Rosser is Head Coach for New Japan Pro Wrestling's Los Angeles Dojo, the NJPW Academy. The two talk about his history in The Nexus, John Cena's role in his career, his positive outlook despite some personal struggles and even a dubious happening in Montreal that he was an inadvertent part of.
