S2 EP48 Why You Keep Blocking More Money: Money Trauma, Wealth & Subconscious Beliefs with Jay Diamond
2026/10/23
Welcome Hello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here, and today I’m joined by Jay Diamond, reality recoding master, pattern detector, healer, and a woman who has spent more than 25 years exploring one fascinating question: Why do some people heal and thrive while others keep repeating the same patterns? In this conversation, we explore money trauma, subconscious money beliefs, visibility, wealth, generational patterns, and the hidden reasons making or keeping more money can sometimes feel unsafe. Jay shares how experiences around abuse and money shaped beliefs in her own family, and how those patterns later appeared in her relationship with wealth. We also explore why highly capable women can have the qualifications, experience, clients, and ambition, yet still find themselves returning to feast-or-famine cycles. This episode is an invitation to look beneath the money itself. To question the beliefs you inherited. And to ask whether the patterns running your life are actually yours. 📝 Episode Summary Jay shares her journey from training in Reiki in her late teens to decades of work in psychology, healing, coaching, and what she now calls reality recoding. Together, Jay and Juliette explore how money trauma and subconscious beliefs can influence the way we earn, receive, keep, and relate to wealth. Jay shares a powerful writing exercise to uncover the beliefs hiding underneath your financial goals. Simply write: “Of course I want consistent £25K months, but…” Then keep writing for 20 minutes. What emerges may reveal fears and stories around money, success, rejection, visibility, safety, or even beliefs inherited from family. They also discuss the particular tension many healers and heart-led practitioners experience around charging money, becoming successful, and being highly visible. Jay shares her spiritual perspective on concepts such as the “witch wound,” past lives, and inherited beliefs, while Juliette explores how our bodies can respond when visibility and success begin to expand. 🔎 Key Takeaways Money Is Not Always The Real Problem What looks like a money problem may be connected to deeper beliefs about safety, identity, visibility, rejection, or what having wealth means about you. Ask What More Money Means To You Complete the sentence, “Of course I want more money, but…” and keep writing long after you think you have run out of answers. Look At How The Belief Protects You Instead of only asking how to remove a limiting belief, ask why part of you believes keeping it is useful or protective. Visibility And Wealth Can Be Connected For some people, earning more also means being seen more. That can bring up deeper fears around criticism, rejection, or exposure. Inherited Patterns Are Worth Questioning Family experiences and messages about wealth can influence the stories we carry into adulthood without consciously realising it. Know Your Numbers Making money is only part of the relationship. Tracking it, keeping it, and understanding where it goes matter too. Choose What Programs You Jay and Juliette discuss the importance of stepping away from constant screens and outside influence so you have space to hear your own thoughts again. ⧋ About Jay Diamond Jay Diamond is a reality recoding practitioner, coach, healer, and pattern detector with more than 25 years of experience exploring psychology, healing, subconscious patterns, and personal transformation. S2 EP47 The Skill You Practise Alone DOES NOT Transfer to Partner Sex: Why You Can’t Orgasm With Your Partner with Juliette Karaman
2026/10/16
Welcome Hello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here, and today we’re exploring a question I hear from women all the time: Why can I orgasm alone but not with my partner? You may know exactly what works when you’re alone. The pressure, the pace, the position, the touch. But when your partner enters the room, suddenly you’re watching the ceiling, checking their face, wondering how long it’s taking, or questioning why your body isn’t responding in the same way. In this solo episode, I explore the difference between solo pleasure and partnered sex, and why the skills you practise alone do not always transfer into intimacy with another person. We look at research around body awareness, orgasm, noticing sensation, trusting your body, and regulating your attention. And most importantly, we bring it into the body with simple practices you can try yourself or with your partner. This episode is an invitation to stop asking what is wrong with you and start becoming curious about what your body actually needs. 📝 Episode Summary In this episode, I explore why some women can orgasm alone but struggle to orgasm with a partner. We look at three different body awareness skills: noticing sensation, trusting what your body is telling you, and bringing your attention back into your body. The fascinating part is that being good at focusing on your body during solo pleasure does not necessarily mean that skill transfers into partnered sex. You might know exactly how to make yourself come, but when another person is involved, you may struggle to communicate the pressure you want, recognise what your body is feeling, or say yes and no clearly. I guide you through a simple touch exercise to begin discovering your personal touch map, followed by an offers and requests practice that couples can use to explore saying yes, saying no, receiving, and building body trust. Because pleasure is not simply about learning the perfect technique. It is about being able to notice, trust, communicate, and stay connected to yourself when someone else is in the room. 🔎 Key Takeaways Solo Pleasure Does Not Automatically Transfer to Partner Sex Knowing how to pleasure yourself is valuable, but partnered intimacy introduces another person, another nervous system, and a completely different dynamic. Noticing Is A Skill Before deciding whether something feels good, can you simply notice what your body is actually feeling? Trust What Your Body Tells You Body trust means listening to your yes, your no, and everything in between without immediately overriding or judging it. Knowing What You Like Is Not The Same As Asking For It You may know the exact pressure, pace, or touch you enjoy and still find it difficult to communicate that to your partner. Your No Matters You cannot build trust with a body whose no has never been respected. Practising yes and no outside sexual situations can help build that capacity. Create Your Own Touch Map Small changes in pressure, direction, pace, and attention can completely change sensation. Curiosity helps you discover what your body responds to. Stop Making Yourself The Problem Struggling to orgasm with your partner does not mean something is wrong with you. You may simply be trying to use a skill in a context where it has never been practised. ⧋ About Juliette Karaman Juliette Karaman is a touch expert and creator of body-led practices that help people find their way back into connection, emotional safety, pleasure, and embodied intimacy. S2 EP46 The Truth About Squirting: Female Pleasure, Permission & Letting Go With Juliette Karaman
2026/10/09
Welcome Hello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here. What if squirting has less to do with technique than you think? For many women, the first time they see squirting is through porn. The gushing, the performance, the idea that this is something you’re supposed to make happen. But squirting doesn’t have to be a performance. In Tantra, there is Amrita, nectar. Something sacred, natural and without shame. And so often, what gets in the way isn’t whether your body can do it. It’s whether your body has permission to let go. Permission to take your time. To receive. To feel without performing. To stop worrying about what it looks like from the outside. Because the moment you notice that unfamiliar sensation and think, “Am I peeing? What’s happening? What will they think?”, the body can clamp down. In this episode, we explore squirting, Amrita, female pleasure, receiving, the Wheel of Consent and what happens when you stop chasing an outcome and allow yourself to feel. Maybe the question isn’t: “How do I make myself squirt?” Maybe it’s: “What happens when I give my body permission to let go?” The Touch Reset If you want intimacy but your body braces, disconnects or struggles to receive touch, The Touch Reset helps you understand what may be happening underneath that response. We work with your Touch Pattern, Touch States, pleasure language, capacity, communication and structured touch so you can reconnect with what actually feels good. Start with the Touch Reset Quiz: https://feelfullyyou.com/touch-reset-quiz 📝 Episode Summary What if squirting isn’t something you need to make happen? In this solo episode, Juliette Karaman explores squirting, Amrita, female pleasure, receiving and letting go. She shares her own experience of first encountering the sensation of squirting and immediately thinking, “That’s pee”, and how quickly the mind can interrupt what the body is experiencing. Drawing on Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent, Juliette explores the experience of taking and receiving pleasure without performing, reciprocating or worrying about how it looks from the outside. She also shares a simple three-minute partner touch practice, the stoplight system for consent and communication, and the practice of peaking, allowing sensation to rise and fall without chasing orgasm or release. Because squirting isn’t the goal. Giving your body permission to feel is the practice. 🔎 Key Takeaways Squirting doesn’t have to be a performance. What we see in porn can create expectations about what squirting is supposed to look like. Amrita offers another way of experiencing squirting. In Tantra, Amrita is associated with nectar, something sacred rather than shameful. Permission changes what the body can experience. Taking time, receiving and letting go of performance can create more space for sensation. The mind can interrupt what the body is feeling. Thoughts about peeing, performing or what your partner might think can cause you to clamp down on sensation. Receiving and taking are different experiences. The Wheel of Consent can help you notice what happens when you take touch for your own pleasure or allow someone else to take pleasure through touch. Consent stays present throughout. The red, orange and green stoplight system gives you a simple way to communicate what feels good, what needs adjusting and when you want to stop. Pleasure doesn’t have to end in climax. Peaking allows you to experience the rise and fall of sensation without making orgasm or squirting the goal. Another person can meet you in your pleasure. But your body doesn’t have to perform for it. I'd love to hear from you drop me a text! 🔗 Resources & Links Let’s keep the conversation going over on Instagram. S2 EP45 From Hiding to Being Seen: Find Your Voice & Speak with Confidence with Lucy Devi Hall
2026/10/02
Welcome Hello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here, and today I’m joined once again by the incredible Lucy Devi Hall, a sound engineer and speaker mentor who helps women find their voice, speak with confidence, and feel safe being seen on stage and on camera. Lucy and I have known each other for around 15 years, and in this conversation, we explore what it really means to find your voice and allow yourself to be seen. Lucy shares a deeply personal moment that happened when she wore her natural Afro out in public after years of straightening her hair and wearing weaves. What should have been a simple trip to the shop brought up an intense physical response and revealed just how deeply old experiences of racism, shame, and hiding were still living within her. From there, we explore the invisible layers so many women place over their voices: expectations, comparison, misogyny, racism, self-judgement, fear of criticism, and the conditioning that teaches us to make ourselves smaller. We talk about public speaking, confidence, speaking on camera, nervous system safety, body awareness, visibility, and authentic self-expression, and why becoming a powerful speaker isn’t simply about learning the perfect technique. Sometimes, it’s about finally feeling safe enough to be fully yourself. This episode is an invitation to stop hiding. To let yourself take up space. And to remember that your voice is needed exactly as it is. 📝 Episode Summary In this episode, Lucy Devi Hall and I explore finding your voice, overcoming the fear of being seen, public speaking confidence, speaking on camera, self-expression, and creating safety in the body around visibility. After more than 20 years working as a sound engineer at Sky, Lucy has watched thousands of people speak on stage and in front of cameras. One pattern has become impossible for her to ignore: women often make themselves quieter. She shares how she regularly finds herself turning women’s microphones up and how even the physical act of holding a microphone can reveal how uncomfortable someone feels taking up space and allowing their voice to be heard. We explore why traditional public speaking advice can sometimes miss something essential. You can learn body language, vocal techniques, pauses, presentation skills, and how to deliver the perfect keynote, but if your body does not feel safe being seen, those techniques can only take you so far. Lucy introduces her 30-Day Anti-Cringe Challenge, which encourages women to record themselves speaking, watch themselves back with “loving eyes,” and deliberately notice what they like instead of immediately searching for flaws. We also talk about the power of speaking honestly when your mind goes blank, allowing nervousness to exist instead of hiding it, and staying connected to your body while speaking. From corporate stages to social media and intimate relationships, this conversation explores what happens when we stop performing who we think we should be and allow people to experience who we actually are. Because confidence doesn’t have to mean becoming louder, bigger, or more polished. It can mean becoming more you. 🔎 Key Takeaways Your Voice Is Needed You do not need another qualification, certificate, perfect funnel, or perfectly polished version of yourself before you are allowed to speak. Lucy reminds us that you already have something valuable to offer. Fear Of Being Seen Can Live In The Body Lucy’s experience of wearing her natural hair in public revealed how old experiences and conditioning can continue to shape the body’s response to visibility, even years later. Public Speaking Is More Than Technique Great communication isn’t only about volume, intonation, posture, body language, or memorising the perfect speech. Feeling safe enough to express yourself authentically can completely change how people experience you. Women Are Often Conditioned To Make Themselves Smaller After decades working with speakers, Lucy has repeatedly noticed women lowering their voices, pulling microphones away, and unconsciously reducing their presence. Watch Yourself With Loving Eyes Instead of immediately criticising how you look or sound on camera, Lucy encourages women to intentionally identify what they like about themselves. Her 30-Day Anti-Cringe Challenge is designed to help retrain that automatic self-criticism. Your Body Is Part Of Your Voice Speaking is not simply an intellectual exercise. Breath, tension, sensation, emotion, and nervous system responses are all part of how we communicate. Authenticity Creates Connection When someone’s words and body feel congruent, people notice. Instead of trying to perform confidence, allowing your natural tenderness, passion, humour, vulnerability, or intensity to be present can make communication more magnetic. Being Seen Doesn’t Require Perfection Whether you’re speaking on stage, recording a video, sharing on social media, or expressing yourself in a relationship, visibility begins with allowing yourself to show up before everything feels perfectly polished. Start Before You Feel Completely Ready Record the video. Speak the words. Notice what you like about yourself. Your confidence can grow through the experience of expressing yourself rather than waiting for confidence to arrive first. ⧋ About Lucy Devi Hall Lucy Devi Hall is a sound engineer and speaker mentor who helps women find their voice, feel more comfortable being seen, and communicate authentically on stage and on camera. After more than two decades working in sound engineering at Sky, Lucy has witnessed thousands of speakers and developed a unique perspective on the relationship between voice, body language, confidence, visibility, and genuine human connection. Her work goes beyond traditional public speaking techniques, helping women explore what may be sitting “on top” of their voice so they can express themselves more freely and be seen as who they truly are. Instagram: @lucydevihall This episode explores finding your voice, public speaking confidence, speaking on camera, fear of being seen, visibility, authentic self-expression, nervous system regulation, women’s confidence, self-worth, body awareness, communication skills, overcoming self-doubt, and becoming comfortable being seen. S2 EP44 From Pain to Pleasure: Yoni Steaming for Pelvic Health & Menopause with Theresa Swan
2026/09/25
Welcome Hello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here, and today I’m joined by Theresa Swan, certified peristeam hydrotherapist, former trauma therapist, and the woman behind Luminous Creatrix. In this conversation, we dive into the world of yoni steaming, pelvic health, painful periods, menopause, vaginal dryness, pleasure, and reconnecting with the body. Theresa shares how her own curiosity led her from trauma therapy into the practice of vaginal steaming, or peristeam hydrotherapy, and how her personal experience inspired her to train as an advanced practitioner. We explore the history and traditions surrounding yoni steaming, the importance of working with your individual body rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, and the connection Theresa has observed between steaming, relaxation, and the nervous system. We also speak about painful periods, pelvic discomfort, vaginal dryness and atrophy during menopause, scar tissue, intimacy, pregnancy and postpartum care, and the shame that can prevent women from talking openly about what is happening in their bodies. This episode is an invitation to become curious about your body. To listen when something feels uncomfortable. And to remember that conversations about pelvic health, pleasure, menopause, and the female body deserve to be brought into the light. 📝 Episode Summary In this episode, Theresa Swan and I explore yoni steaming, pelvic health, menopause, painful periods, vaginal dryness, pleasure, and embodied healing. Theresa shares how she discovered yoni steaming after attending a womb-focused massage and how her own experience eventually led her to train in peristeam hydrotherapy after previously working as a trauma therapist. We talk about what yoni steaming actually involves, why Theresa believes the herbs and steaming practices should be tailored to the individual, and why she encourages women with more complex pelvic health concerns to seek appropriately trained practitioners rather than simply following advice found online. Theresa also shares her practitioner perspective and experiences working with women navigating concerns including cramps, vaginal dryness and atrophy, scar tissue, painful sex, BV, menopause, postpartum recovery, and other pelvic health issues. We explore the relationship between the body and nervous system, and how creating space for relaxation, circulation, touch, and pleasure may change the way we experience and relate to our bodies. We also talk about menopause and post-menopausal pleasure, pregnancy and postpartum steaming practices, and the importance of knowing when steaming may not be appropriate. This is a conversation about women’s health, body awareness, pleasure, and opening up conversations about the parts of ourselves we have been taught to hide or simply endure. 🔎 Key Takeaways Yoni Steaming Is Also Known As Peristeam Hydrotherapy Theresa explains what vaginal or yoni steaming involves, how she was introduced to the practice, and why she eventually became an advanced practitioner. Pelvic Health Should Not Be A Shameful Conversation From painful periods and vaginal dryness to BV, scar tissue, and painful sex, many women experience intimate concerns they rarely feel comfortable discussing. There Is No One-Size-Fits-All Steaming Practice Theresa explains why she considers factors such as menstrual cycles, symptoms, tissue health, and individual circumstances when recommending steaming practices and herbal blends. Menopause Does Not Mean The End Of Pleasure We discuss menopause, post-menopausal vaginal dryness and atrophy, sexual pleasure, and ways women can continue building a relationship with their bodies as they age. Pain Deserves Our Attention Rather than automatically accepting painful periods, painful sex, or ongoing pelvic discomfort as something women simply have to tolerate, Theresa encourages women to listen to what their bodies are communicating and seek appropriate support. The Nervous System Is Part Of The Conversation Drawing on her previous work as a trauma therapist, Theresa shares the shifts she has observed in women’s states of relaxation following steaming and how this sparked her curiosity about the relationship between pelvic practices and the nervous system. Pregnancy And Postpartum Require Different Considerations Theresa explains that steaming is not recommended throughout most of pregnancy within her practice, while discussing its traditional and practitioner-led use around late-stage birth preparation and postpartum recovery. Pleasure And Pelvic Health Can Exist In The Same Conversation Taking care of the pelvic area does not have to come only from a place of fixing something that is “wrong.” It can also be an opportunity to reconnect with sensation, softness, pleasure, and the body. ⧋ About Theresa Swan Theresa Swan is a certified peristeam hydrotherapist, former trauma therapist, and the creator behind Luminous Creatrix. Her work focuses on yoni steaming and personalised peristeam practices, supporting women in exploring their pelvic health and relationship with their bodies. Theresa works with clients through individual consultations and creates personalised steaming plans based on their circumstances. She also offers herbal blends and works with clients internationally. S2 EP43 It Was Never About Him With Juliette Karaman
2026/09/18
WelcomeHello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here. What if the reason you don’t feel turned on anymore has less to do with your partner than you think? I worked with a woman who wanted to want her partner again. She had been waiting for him to flip the switch back on. But he couldn’t. It was never his job. So often, we look outside ourselves. What is he doing? What isn’t he doing? Why doesn’t he turn me on anymore? But eroticism doesn’t begin with another person. It begins with your own aliveness. I call it scrumptiousness. That life force running through you before anybody else even enters the room. And before your body can open to that aliveness, it needs something fundamental: Safety. In this episode, we explore why desire starts in your own body, how your nervous system influences your capacity to open, and how simple touch practices can reconnect you with sensation and pleasure. Maybe the question isn’t: “Why doesn’t he turn me on anymore?” Maybe it’s: “When did I stop feeling safe enough in my own body to turn myself on at all?” The Touch Reset If you want intimacy but your body braces, disconnects or struggles to receive touch, The Touch Reset helps you understand what may be happening underneath that response. We work with your Touch Pattern, Touch States, pleasure language, capacity, communication and structured touch so you can reconnect with what actually feels good. Start with the Touch Reset Quiz: https://feelfullyyou.com/touch-reset-quiz 📝 Episode Summary What if your partner was never responsible for turning you on? In this solo episode, Juliette Karaman explores how eroticism begins with your own aliveness, not another person. She shares the story of a woman who wanted to desire her partner again but had been waiting for him to somehow switch her desire back on. The shift came when she stopped focusing solely on him and came back to her own body. Juliette calls this scrumptiousness: the sensation, vitality and life force already within you. Drawing on Stephen Porges’ work around neuroception, Juliette explores why the nervous system needs to register safety before the body can truly open. She also shares simple practices including Touch Base®, intentional self-touch and small moments of sensation that can help rebuild that connection. Because pleasure doesn’t have to begin with sex or another person. Your aliveness starts with you. 🔎 Key Takeaways Your partner isn’t responsible for your desire. Your erotic aliveness begins within your own body. Safety comes before opening. Your nervous system needs to register safety before your body can fully receive, soften and feel. You can’t think your way into aliveness. Understanding pleasure intellectually is different from experiencing it in your body. Touch can help rebuild connection. Touch Base® and intentional self-touch can help you reconnect with safety and sensation. Numbness is information too. Not feeling much is still something worth noticing rather than judging. Learn your pleasure language. Get curious about the type, pace and quality of touch your body actually enjoys. Start small. A few minutes of intentional self-touch can begin building your capacity to feel more. Another person can meet you in your aliveness. But it begins with you. I'd love to hear from you drop me a text! 🔗 Resources & Links Let’s keep the conversation going over on Instagram. If you enjoyed this episode, please leave a review and share your thoughts. S2 EP42 The Erotic Pull: Why the Forbidden Runs Hotter With Juliette Karaman
2026/09/11
WelcomeHello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here. Why can something you’re not quite supposed to want feel so much hotter? The locked office door. The blinds that aren’t completely closed. Being told exactly what to wear. A whispered instruction that makes something in your body immediately respond. There can be a particular charge in the space between: I want this. and Am I really allowed to want this? That push and pull can be deeply erotic. But there’s another piece that matters. Can your body actually stay present for the intensity you’re creating? I worked with a couple who were incredibly adventurous. Tantra weekends, BDSM clubs, role play, more sensation, more intensity, more edge. Yet right at the peak, when the experience could have cracked them open, they would leave their bodies. They weren’t missing intensity. They were missing the capacity to stay with it. In this episode, we’re talking about why the forbidden runs hotter, what creates erotic charge, why more isn’t always the answer, and how structure can help you stay present for what you actually desire. Because sometimes the next edge isn’t more. It’s being able to feel more of what is already there. The Touch Reset If you can want intimacy and still brace, disconnect, perform, or disappear when it actually arrives, The Touch Reset helps you understand what is happening underneath that response. We work with your Touch Pattern, Touch States, pleasure language, capacity, communication and structured touch, so you can begin staying present for more of what you actually want. Start with the Touch Reset Quiz: https://feelfullyyou.com/touch-reset-quiz 📝 Episode Summary Why does the forbidden often feel hotter? In this solo episode, Juliette Karaman looks at the erotic charge created in the space between wanting something and not feeling fully allowed to want it. Drawing on ideas from Jack Morin’s The Erotic Mind, she looks at how risk, uncertainty, power, surrender and anticipation can intensify desire. But there is another piece. Can your body actually stay present for the intensity you’re creating? Juliette shares the story of an adventurous couple who kept adding more sensation, more edge and more intensity, yet would disconnect at the very peak of the experience. They didn’t need more. They needed more capacity to stay with what was already happening. She also shares practical ways to build that capacity through Touch Base®, the traffic light system, structured touch, clear time containers and conscious aftercare. Because eroticism isn’t only about what turns you on. It’s about how much of yourself can stay present enough to actually feel it. 🔎 Key Takeaways The forbidden can create erotic charge. Part of the intensity can live in the tension between “I want this” and “I’m not entirely supposed to want this.” What inhibits arousal can sometimes intensify it. Risk, uncertainty, anticipation, power and surrender can become part of what creates charge. Charge and capacity are not the same thing. You can create enormous amounts of sensation and still not have the capacity to remain present for it. More intensity isn’t always the answer. If you repeatedly disconnect at the peak of an experience, adding more may simply recreate the same pattern. Polarity can live inside the push and pull. Part of you might think, “You can’t tell me what to do,” while another part longs to hand over responsibility and surrender. Your erotic edge may be surprisingly simple. Being told what to wear, having someone else make the plans, or hearing a whispered instruction can create more charge than an elaborate sexual experience. The same thing won’t land for everyone. What makes one person’s body respond may leave someone else completely cold. Structure helps you stay with intensity. Clear time containers, agreed touch, green, orange and red signals, and knowing how either person can stop gives the experience edges. Build capacity instead of constantly chasing sensation. Notice whether you can actually feel what is happening. Stay curious about the point where you begin to brace, perform or disappear. Aftercare starts before the experience. Know what each of you might need afterwards. A hug, space, a bath, closeness or quiet. The erotic isn’t only about how far you can go. It’s about how much of yourself can remain there when you arrive. I'd love to hear from you drop me a text! 🔗 Resources & Links Let’s keep the conversation going over on Instagram. S2 EP41 From Overgiving to Receiving: Softening When the Body Says Enough With Josy Frotton
2026/09/04
Welcome Hello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here, and today I’m joined by Josy Frotton, a cosmic weaver, bodyworker, traveller, and host of the Soul Dancers podcast. In this conversation, we explore what it means to soften, receive, and stop abandoning yourself in the name of caring for everyone else. Josy Frotton shares what has been unfolding for her after a powerful Moon Dance ceremony, the deeper layers she has been meeting within her body, and the patterns of overgiving, responsibility, and “selfishness” that so many of us inherit. We speak about mothers and daughters, boundaries, generational conditioning, speaking your truth out loud, and choosing to honour your own path even when someone you love wants something different from you. This episode is an invitation to soften without disappearing. To receive without guilt. And to remember that choosing yourself does not mean you stop loving others. 📝 Episode Summary In this episode, Josy Frotton and I explore receiving, self-expression, embodiment, family patterns, and the difference between caring for someone and abandoning yourself for them. Josy Frotton opens up about her relationship with her mother, the conditioning that taught her choosing herself was “selfish,” and her decision to support her mother after surgery without immediately dropping everything to be physically there. We talk about rewriting inherited beliefs, moving away from overgiving, finding practices that actually work for you, and allowing yourself to speak, dance, move, and connect with your body instead of following one prescribed path. I also guide Josy Frotton through a beautiful receiving practice, inviting her to soften into her heart, receive, and allow energy to move through and beyond her. This is a conversation about coming home to yourself while still holding deep love for the people around you. 🔎 Key Takeaways Choosing Yourself Is Not Selfish You can love and support someone without abandoning your own needs, plans, and truth. Your Boundaries Can Become Your Standards Instead of constantly defending a boundary, you can begin to recognise what is simply a yes or a no for you. Overgiving Is Often Inherited Many of us learned that being a “good” woman, daughter, mother, or partner meant putting everyone else first. Expression Does Not Have To Look One Way Journaling may work one day. Speaking out loud, walking in nature, dancing, or talking to yourself in the mirror may work another. There is no single right practice. Softening Creates Space To Receive Josy Frotton’s wish is not to push harder, achieve more, or become someone different, but to soften more deeply so she can receive. You Can Love Someone Without Living Their Pattern Compassion and forgiveness do not require repeating the same cycles of sacrifice and overgiving. Follow The Flow, Not The Performance Sometimes the next step is simply showing up without an agenda, without needing to be anything for anyone, and allowing yourself to follow what feels truly aligned. ⧋ About Josy Frotton Josy Frotton describes herself as a cosmic weaver, bringing people, projects, and ideas together across different dimensions. She is also the host of Soul Dancers, where she speaks with global peacemakers about consciousness, shadow work, meaningful projects, and building the future. S2 EP40 He Gets Defensive Every Time You Give Him Feedback With Juliette Karaman
2026/08/28
Welcome Hello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here. You say one true sentence: “I felt a bit alone this week.” And four seconds later, you’re somehow having a completely different conversation. He’s explaining how hard he works. He’s reminding you about the time you did the same thing months ago. Or he’s gone completely quiet. And suddenly, you’re the one saying: No, no, no. I didn’t mean it like that. So what happened in those four seconds? You said: “I felt alone.” But his system may have received: “You failed me.” Not necessarily as a conscious thought. The body can brace before the sentence has even finished. And when feedback and failure land in the same place, that brace can look like defensiveness, explaining, arguing, or shutting down. Over time, you learn to say less. You soften the edges. You wait for a better moment. You decide it isn’t worth the forty minutes of repair afterwards. Eventually, “I felt alone” becomes: “I’m fine.” But that creates its own distance. In this episode, I’ll show you how to recognise the loop happening between you, name its shape without blame, and use structure to create a safer way to speak and actually be heard. Because sometimes it isn’t about finding better words. Sometimes the words simply need a safer place to land. The Touch Reset If you love someone but can’t seem to find the door back into connection, The Touch Reset helps you understand the patterns happening between you and begin changing them. Start by taking the quiz to discover your pattern and his holding pattern, then explore the steps that can help you rebuild connection, safety, and intimacy together. Touch Reset: https://feelfullyyou.com/touch-reset-quiz 📝 Episode Summary What happens when you tell your partner something vulnerable and, within seconds, the conversation turns into defensiveness, explanations, or shutdown? In this solo episode, Juliette Karaman explores what may be happening underneath those moments and why a simple sentence like “I felt a bit alone this week” can land very differently from how it was intended. You may be sharing how you feel, while his nervous system hears something closer to: “You have failed me.” That reaction can happen before he has consciously processed what you’ve said, showing up as arguing, explaining, defending, or going completely quiet. Over time, this can create a painful loop. You soften what you say, wait for a better moment, or decide it isn’t worth bringing up at all. Eventually, “I felt alone” becomes “I’m fine.” Juliette invites you to name the shape of the pattern instead of blaming either person: You reach. I brace. You pull back. I feel alone. By putting the pattern outside of yourselves, you can begin seeing it as something happening between you rather than evidence that one of you is the problem. Juliette then introduces a structured 15-minute listening practice using one simple prompt: “Tell me what you need me to know. I want to understand.” One person speaks while the other listens without defending, explaining, fixing, or interrupting. The listener can respond with “Thank you,” “Clarify that,” or “Summarise that.” Then you switch. Because sometimes better communication isn’t about finding the perfect words. It’s about creating a safe enough container for the words you already have. 🔎 Key Takeaways One sentence can land very differently from how you intended it. “I felt alone” may be offered as vulnerable information while being received as “I failed you.” Defensiveness can happen before conscious thought. The body may brace before the sentence has even finished, which is why the reaction can feel so immediate. He may not actually be defending himself against you. Sometimes he is defending against the feeling of having failed someone he loves. Defending and shutting down can be two versions of the same brace. Arguing, explaining, stonewalling, and going quiet may look different, but they can come from the same underlying response. Repeated defensiveness teaches you to say less. When honesty repeatedly creates a long repair afterwards, you may begin softening your needs or deciding it is easier to say nothing. “I’m fine” can create its own distance. Even when you stop saying what is wrong, your partner may still sense that something between you has changed. Name the loop instead of blaming each other. “You reach. I brace. You pull back. I feel alone.” Naming the sequence helps turn the problem into something you can look at together. You can’t always fix communication with better wording. Sometimes the problem isn’t the sentence. It’s the lack of a safe container around the conversation. Structure gives difficult conversations edges. A 15-minute timer, one prompt, and clear roles allow both nervous systems to know what is happening and when it will end. I'd love to hear from you drop me a text! 🔗 Resources & Links Let’s keep the conversation going over on Instagram. If you enjoyed this episode, please leave a review and share your thoughts. S2 EP39 What a Dungeon Taught Me About Your Bedroom With Juliette Karaman
2026/08/21
WelcomeHello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here. Say the word structure to most women and something in them tightens. It sounds like admin. It sounds planned. It sounds like the opposite of spontaneity, desire, and being wanted. Say the word dominatrix to the same woman, though, and she leans in. But here’s the thing: They have far more in common than you might think. Before anything begins in a dungeon, there is an agreement. What’s a yes? What’s a no? What are the edges? How long will this last? How do we communicate when something feels good, when something feels edgy, or when we want it to stop? There is a container. And when the body knows what is happening, how long it will last, and that a no will be heard the first time, something changes. It can stop preparing for everything. In this episode, I share one of the most important things I learned from my years as a dominatrix and how that same principle now shapes the way I teach touch, intimacy, and nervous-system safety. Because your bedroom may not need more spontaneity. It may need more edges. I’ll also guide you through The Trace, one of the practices from my Ten Touch Rituals, so you can experience what happens when touch has a clear beginning, a clear ending, no agenda, and permission to stop. Because structure isn’t the opposite of intimacy. Sometimes structure is exactly what allows the body to soften enough to experience it. The 10 Touch Rituals If touch has started to feel loaded, unpredictable, or like every small reach might have to lead somewhere, begin with something simpler. The 10 Touch Rituals use short, structured, non-sexual touch practices to help you rebuild connection without making every touch a doorway to sex. The 10 Touch Rituals → https://feelfullyyou.com/10-touch-rituals 📝 Episode Summary What does being a dominatrix have to do with rebuilding intimacy in a long-term relationship? More than you might expect. In this solo episode, Juliette Karaman shares one of the most valuable lessons she learned from her experience as a dominatrix: bodies often open more easily when they know the edges of the experience. Before a scene begins, there is structure. There are agreements, boundaries, clear yeses and nos, a beginning and an ending, and ways to communicate when something needs to slow down or stop. Juliette explains that these elements aren’t simply rules surrounding the experience. They are what allow the nervous system to understand what is happening and what it can expect. Yet in many relationships, touch has none of those edges. A hand on your back, a kiss in the kitchen, or reaching for each other in bed could mean nothing, or it could become the beginning of sex. When the body doesn’t know where touch is going, it may prepare for everything every single time. And that preparation can feel like bracing. Juliette also shares the personal journey that brought her into the worlds of touch, tantra, orgasmic meditation, and dominatrix work after years of overriding her own body’s signals until her health forced her to pay attention. She then guides you through The Trace, a two-minute practice from her Ten Touch Rituals. The practice begins not with technique, but with an agreement: Can I trace your face for two minutes? Two minutes. No more. No agenda. No expectation that it will lead anywhere else. Through slow, light touch along the ear, jaw, and chin, Juliette invites you to notice sensation without needing to analyse it or turn it into a story. Warmth. Coolness. Buzzing. A change in breath. Or perhaps nothing at all. Because numbness is information too. The purpose isn’t to manufacture desire. It is to give the body a clear container in which it can become curious again. And from there, capacity for sensation, connection, pleasure, and deeper intimacy can begin to expand. 🔎 Key Takeaways Structure isn’t the opposite of desire. Clear agreements and boundaries can create the safety that allows the body to relax enough to explore sensation and pleasure. The body relaxes when it knows the edges. Knowing when something begins, when it ends, and that it can stop at any moment gives the nervous system useful information. A no needs to be heard the first time. The ability to stop without negotiation or turning it into a conversation about the relationship helps build trust around touch. Touch without a container can create bracing. When every reach could be nothing or could lead to sex, the body may prepare for everything every time. Clear signals make exploration safer. Juliette uses a stoplight system: green means continue, orange or yellow signals an edge or a need to slow down, and red means stop. The container matters more than the accessories. The sensory elements associated with dominatrix work may add sensation, but the deeper lesson is the structure surrounding the experience. Non-sexual touch can create a doorway back to connection. Touch doesn’t have to lead anywhere. Removing the expectation of sex can give the body room to experience touch differently. Nothing is still information. If you feel numbness or very little sensation during a practice, you don’t need to force a response. It tells you something about where your body is right now. Curiosity works better than an agenda. Instead of asking touch to create desire or fix intimacy, begin by noticing what your body actually experiences. The Trace begins with an agreement, not a technique. “Can I trace your face for two minutes?” creates a defined beginning, ending, and expectation before the first touch happens. Small containers can expand your capacity for pleasure. A few minutes of structured, intentional touch can gradually help the body become more comfortable with sensation and exploration. Patterns around touch can change. When the body learns that touch can have boundaries, choice, and a clear ending, it can begin to experience closeness in a new way. S2 EP38 I Know Exactly What's Wrong. Why Can't I Make Myself Do It? With Juliette Karaman
2026/08/14
WelcomeHello, lovelies. It’s Juliette here Have you ever lain awake at 2 a.m. knowing exactly what’s wrong in your relationship? You could write the list. In fact, you probably already have. You’ve read the books. You’ve listened to the podcasts. You know what needs to change. And yet, morning comes… You make the coffee. You’re kind. You get on with the day. And you tell yourself you’ll deal with it when things are calmer. When he’s less stressed. When the kids are older. When the house is finished. When you’ve both worked through your trauma. But what if the reason you’re not taking action isn’t because you need more information? What if your body is stopping you before you even begin? In this episode, I explore why knowing what’s wrong is often not enough to create change, especially when acknowledging the truth feels as though it could threaten the life, relationship, and story you’ve built together. You’ll discover how the nervous system can move into freeze before your conscious mind has even made a decision, and why waiting for your partner or your circumstances to change can quietly keep your own power outside of you. I’ll also guide you through a simple two-minute Touch Base practice designed to help your body experience safety, choice, and agency again. Because you don’t have to begin with the enormous conversation. Sometimes change begins with one tiny thing your body learns it can safely do. Find your stage If you know something needs to change but you keep finding yourself frozen, avoiding it, or waiting for the “right” moment, take the free Touch Reset Quiz. It will help you recognise the pattern you’re in, understand how your nervous system responds to intimacy and closeness, and discover where to begin. Touch Reset Quiz → https://feelfullyyou.com/touch-reset-quiz 📝 Episode Summary Why can you know exactly what needs to change in your relationship and still find yourself doing nothing about it? Because insight isn’t always what’s missing. Sometimes your nervous system is protecting the life you already have. In this solo episode, Juliette Karaman explores the hidden freeze response that can appear when you finally acknowledge that your relationship, intimacy, or connection is no longer the way you want it to be. Admitting that something isn’t fine can feel much bigger than simply starting a conversation. It can seem to threaten the house, routines, holidays, family life, and even the version of your relationship you’ve shared with the outside world. So the body braces. And instead of acting, you wait. You tell yourself you’ll begin when your partner changes, when life becomes less stressful, when the kids leave, or when you’ve both done more healing. Juliette explains why these perfectly understandable reasons can also keep your power to create change somewhere outside of yourself. Rather than beginning with a big conversation that may cause both partners to brace even more, Juliette introduces Touch Base, a simple two-minute sensory practice that helps you slow down, notice what’s happening in your body, and practise safety and choice. The goal isn’t to manufacture desire or force intimacy. It’s to show your body that you can choose something small and follow through with it. That is where agency begins. And from that foundation, structured communication, self-touch, intentional touch, and deeper intimacy can gradually become possible again. 🔎 Key Takeaways Knowing what’s wrong isn’t the same as feeling able to change it. You can understand your relationship patterns intellectually and still find yourself unable to take the first step. Your body may freeze before your mind decides. That tiny moment of bracing can happen automatically, making avoidance feel easier and safer than action. Admitting something isn’t working can feel threatening. Speaking the truth may seem to put your routines, relationship, family life, and the story you’ve built together at risk. Waiting can quietly move your power outside of you. Waiting for your partner to change, life to calm down, or circumstances to become perfect can mean you never have to take the first step yourself. You don’t have to begin with the big conversation. A serious “we need to talk” moment can cause already-braced nervous systems to tighten even further. Start with something your body can actually experience. A small sensory practice can help you notice your body, slow down, and practise making a conscious choice without demanding a particular outcome. Consistency matters more than intensity. Two intentional minutes, practised regularly, can be more useful than waiting for the motivation to make one enormous change. Agency begins with following through on a small choice. What matters is that you decided to do something and then did it. That experience can begin changing the pattern of freeze. Safety creates the foundation for deeper intimacy. Structured touch, communication, and self-touch become more accessible when the body has begun to experience greater safety and choice. Patterns can change. You may not need another book, podcast, course, or piece of insight. The next step may simply be small enough for your body to feel safe taking it. S2 EP37 Why Does He Pull Away the Moment You Get Close? With Juliette Karaman
2026/08/07
WelcomeHello, lovelies. It's Juliette here. Have you ever reached for your partner, only to feel them disappear before they've even moved? Maybe they go quiet.  Maybe they make a joke.  Maybe they suddenly remember something they need to do. And you're left wondering… "Did I do something wrong?" Most people believe someone pulls away because they've stopped loving you. But that's rarely what's happening. Sometimes the body experiences closeness as pressure before the mind even has time to understand what's happening. In this episode, I explain why your loving reach can accidentally land as a demand inside your partner's nervous system, especially if they've learned that closeness comes with expectation, disappointment, or the possibility of failing someone they love. You'll also learn how to recognise the subtle signs that tell you whether your partner is actually available for connection before you reach for touch. Because intimacy isn't about trying harder. It's about learning to read the nervous system before you ask it to receive. Find your stage If you're noticing this pattern in your relationship, take the free Touch Reset Quiz. It will help you recognise how your nervous system responds to closeness, and where to begin rebuilding safety together. Touch Reset Quiz → https://feelfullyyou.com/touch-reset-quiz 📝 Episode Summary Why does someone pull away the moment you get close? Because your partner's nervous system may not be responding to you. It may be responding to an old pattern. In this solo episode, Juliette Karaman explains why many loving partners instinctively withdraw at the very moment connection is offered. She shares how a simple gesture, a hand on a shoulder, a request for closeness, or the words "I miss you," can be interpreted by the body as pressure instead of love. Juliette unpacks the hidden reflex that tells many men, and women too, that intimacy comes with a test they might fail. She explains why a bid for connection can land in the same place as criticism, creating distance even when love is very much present. You'll also discover a simple three point practice for reading the emotional weather before initiating touch, helping you meet your partner where they actually are instead of where you hope they'll be. When we stop chasing and start noticing, connection has room to return naturally. 🔎 Key Takeaways Pulling away isn't always rejection.  Often it's a nervous system protecting itself from perceived pressure, not a partner rejecting love. Closeness can feel like a test.  For many people, especially men, a request for connection unconsciously activates the fear of not being enough. Your body reacts before your mind does.  The nervous system can brace within a fraction of a second, long before conscious thought catches up. Chasing creates more distance.  When withdrawal is met with pursuit, the nervous system often experiences even more pressure, reinforcing the cycle. Read the moment before reaching.  Notice your partner's warmth, whether they've settled into the moment, and where their attention is before initiating touch. Presence is often more powerful than conversation.  Sometimes sitting quietly beside someone without asking for anything allows their body to remember that closeness can exist without expectation. Safety comes before intimacy.  When touch carries no hidden agenda, the nervous system begins to soften, making genuine connection possible again. Patterns are learned, and patterns can change.  Neither of you is the problem. With awareness, communication, and intentional practice, the cycle of bracing and withdrawal can become a new experience of safety and closeness. S2 EP36 You Booked the Date Night and Still Felt Nothing With Juliette Karaman
2026/07/31
Welcome Hello, lovelies. It's Juliette here. If you planned the date night, booked the restaurant, found the babysitter, and still came home feeling empty, this episode is for you. So many couples believe that if they just make more effort, desire will magically return. Another dinner. Another weekend away. Better lingerie. A new technique. Another workshop. But when your body has learned to brace, no amount of planning can create the safety your nervous system is quietly asking for. This isn't about whether you love your partner. It's about whether your body feels safe enough to receive them. In this episode I walk you through the three stages I see again and again inside relationships. The Quiet, where life simply gets busy. The Brace, where your body tightens before you've even had a thought. And The Gone, where connection has faded into polite coexistence. You'll also experience the Touch Base™ practice, a simple two minute nervous system reset that begins rebuilding safety through touch without pressure, expectation, or performance. Because intimacy doesn't disappear overnight. And it doesn't return through effort alone. It returns when the body no longer has to protect itself. Try this today Practice Touch Base™ with yourself. Bring your thumb and forefinger close together. Slow your breath. Notice the space between your fingers before they meet. Then allow your finger to land as slowly as possible, receiving your own touch rather than creating it. Ask yourself: "What do I need right now to feel even safer?" Nothing to fix. Nothing to achieve. Just listening. If you're practising with your partner, don't try to solve anything. Simply create space for each of you to answer that question without interruption. Find your stage If you're wondering whether you're in The Quiet, The Brace, or The Gone, take the free Touch Reset Quiz. It will help you understand where your nervous system is today, and show you the first step back toward connection. Touch Reset Quiz → https://feelfullyyou.com/touch-reset-quiz 📝 Episode Summary Why did the date night change nothing? Because connection isn't created by the reservation. It's created by what your nervous system believes is possible. In this solo episode, Juliette Karaman explains why so many loving couples continue feeling disconnected despite doing all the "right" things. She explores the difference between emotional love and physiological safety, and why desire cannot return to a body that is still protecting itself. Juliette introduces the three stages of disconnection that quietly develop inside long term relationships, from simple distance, to unconscious bracing, to emotional resignation. She explains why most couples keep applying solutions that only work in the earliest stage, leaving them wondering why nothing changes. Through her Touch Base™ practice, Juliette guides listeners through a simple nervous system exercise that begins restoring safety through intentional, pressure free touch. No performance. No agenda. Just presence. If you've ever found yourself wondering why you love your partner but can't seem to feel them anymore, this episode offers a compassionate explanation and a practical place to begin. 🔎 Key Takeaways Love and safety are not the same thing. You can deeply love your partner while your nervous system still protects you from receiving touch. Your body braces before your mind understands why. The tightening often happens beneath conscious thought. It is an automatic protective response, not a choice. Not every relationship is in the same stage. The Quiet, The Brace, and The Gone each require a different approach. One solution cannot serve every stage. More effort isn't always the answer. Another date night, holiday, or romantic gesture cannot undo a nervous system that still feels unsafe. Safety creates the conditions for desire. When the body no longer has to protect itself, connection, pleasure, and intimacy have room to return naturally. Touch without an agenda changes everything. A few minutes of slow, intentional touch can begin rewiring the nervous system far more effectively than trying to force chemistry. Healing starts with your own body. Before reconnecting with someone else, your body needs to remember what safe touch feels like within yourself. 🔗 Resources & Links Let’s keep the conversation going over on Instagram. S2 EP35 When the World Feels Unsafe, Your Body Learns to Brace, With Juliette Karaman
2026/07/24
Welcome Hello, lovelies. It's Juliette here. If you feel nothing when your partner touches you, you are not cold and there is nothing wrong with you. This week Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in Miami on rape and trafficking charges, which they deny, and which are not proven in court. The Epstein files resurfaced. An old tape of a man bragging about grabbing women played again.  While you read it, your body was not only reading headlines. It was gathering evidence about how safe it is to be a woman with a body. So it did the intelligent thing. It braced. A braced body cannot receive, however gentle the hand. This episode is about what lives in the body when we watch this happen and the world shrugs, the manosphere machine that sells young men contempt as masculinity, the good men caught in the middle who genuinely want to help, and how a body that learned to brace comes back: through structure, on your terms, never by surprise. Try tonight (women). Warm, Weight, Where. One hand on your own forearm.  Notice the warmth where they meet, let the hand land with its full weight, name the exact edge where you feel it. Ninety seconds of coming back inside a touch that is yours. Try this week (men). Before you touch her, ask, "Can I put my hand here?", and believe her answer. If it is not now, let that be completely fine. No cost, no atmosphere. Ask, believe, no cost. Do it ten times. While the world focuses on headlines, Juliette focuses on what the body remembers. She explains how the nervous system quietly gathers evidence about safety, creating protective patterns that can leave women feeling numb, disconnected, or unable to receive touch, even from partners they deeply love. Juliette also speaks directly to the good men who want to understand rather than guess, offering practical ways to rebuild emotional safety through consent, slowing down, and touch without expectation. Through simple body-based exercises for both women and men, she demonstrates how small, intentional moments of attuned touch begin to unwind years of bracing, allowing connection, trust, and intimacy to return on your own terms. Whether you're navigating emotional disconnection, rebuilding intimacy, or simply longing to feel at home in your own body again, this episode offers practical tools you can begin using today. 🔎 Key Takeaways Your body remembers more than your mind. The nervous system quietly gathers evidence about safety, shaping how open or guarded you feel in relationships. Bracing is protection, not failure. Feeling numb or disconnected during touch is often an intelligent protective response, not something that's broken. Consent creates emotional safety. Asking permission, believing the answer, and removing pressure allows trust to grow naturally. Touch doesn't need an agenda. When touch is offered without expectation or obligation, the body has space to soften and receive.Structure helps the nervous system relax. Short, intentional touch practices with clear boundaries create the predictability that allows intimacy to rebuild. Healing begins with small moments. Returning to your body doesn't require grand gestures. It starts with noticing warmth, weight, presence, and choosing touch on your own terms. 🔗 Resources & Links I'd love to hear from you drop me a text! 🔗 Resources & Links Let’s keep the conversation going over on Instagram. S2 EP34 Why Can I Feel It With Someone Else, But Not the Man I Love? With Juliette Karaman
2026/07/17
Welcome Hello, lovelies. It's Juliette here. Have you ever wondered why a stranger's touch can make you feel more alive than the person you've loved for years? Today's episode isn't about losing attraction. It's about how your nervous system learns patterns, and how those patterns quietly shape intimacy, desire, and connection in long-term relationships. I share one of the simplest exercises I teach couples around the world. It starts with making a cup of tea, yet it reveals everything about how we ask for what we want, how we receive feedback, and why so many couples slowly stop feeling seen. We also talk about why touch becomes loaded with expectation, why your body braces before your partner even reaches for you, and how emotional safety is the foundation for rebuilding intimacy. If you've ever felt disconnected from your partner, struggled to ask for what you truly desire, or wondered how to bring intimacy back into your relationship, this conversation is for you. 📝 Episode Summary In this deeply practical solo episode, Juliette Karaman explores why intimacy often fades in long-term relationships, even when love is still present. Through the story of a couple sleeping in separate bedrooms, she demonstrates her deceptively simple "cup of tea" exercise, a powerful way to learn clear communication, healthy feedback, and emotional attunement. As the conversation unfolds, Juliette explains why many people can feel more alive with a stranger than with the person they love. When touch becomes associated with pressure, expectation, or the assumption that it must lead to sex, the nervous system begins to brace before contact even happens. She shares how slowing down, asking permission, reading the body's signals, and making small adjustments create the emotional safety that allows desire and connection to return naturally. Whether you're rebuilding trust, navigating mismatched desire, improving communication, or simply longing to feel closer again, this episode offers practical relationship tools you can begin using today. 🔎 Key Takeaways Your nervous system remembers patterns. The body learns what touch usually leads to, and those expectations shape how open or guarded you feel. Communication creates intimacy. Learning to ask for exactly what you want, even with something as simple as a cup of tea, builds trust and emotional connection. Feedback is part of love. Small adjustments, offered with kindness and received without defensiveness, strengthen relationships. Touch doesn't always need an agenda. Removing the expectation of sex allows safety, curiosity, and genuine desire to return.Emotional safety comes before intimacy. The body doesn't stop wanting connection. It stops opening when it no longer feels safe enough to receive it. Lasting change happens through small moments. Deep intimacy isn't built through grand gestures. It's created through consistent moments of presence, care, and attunement. I'd love to hear from you drop me a text! 🔗 Resources & Links Let’s keep the conversation going over on Instagram.
