*artwork by Refael age 4  A grounding meditation inspired by Tu B’Shvat, the birthday of the trees, and the teachings of Shaar HaBitachon: “A person who has bitachon is at rest, feels secure, and is at peace in this world.”(Yirmiyahu 17:8) “For he shall be like a tree planted by the water, and by a rivulet spreads its roots.”  Explore the world and yourself as Hashem’s garden (Basi L’Gani – 10 Shvat), and journey through the seven species of Eretz Yisrael, each reflecting the emotional powers of the soul.
