The Secret to Friendships That Last with Dr. Marisa G. Franco
2026/10/27
I'm sitting down with Dr. Marisa G. Franco, author of Worth: The New Science of Self-Esteem and Secure Attachment, to talk about self-worth, attachment styles, and how our past experiences shape the way we show up in relationships. We get into why we can know our worth intellectually but still struggle to feel it, how childhood wounds can show up as emotional triggers, and why healing isn't about becoming a perfectly secure person... it's about learning to embrace every part of ourselves.
We also discuss setting boundaries without guilt, navigating one-sided relationships, knowing when it's time to let go, and why having uncomfortable conversations can actually create deeper connections. Marisa shares her “feel, heal, do” method for working through difficult emotions, how to stop abandoning yourself to make other people happy, and why being honest about your needs is the foundation of healthier relationships. If you've ever struggled with people-pleasing, rejection, or feeling like you're asking for too much, this conversation is for you.

Stop Feeling Guilty for Cutting People Off
2026/10/20
Who gets access to you and who doesn’t? In this episode, I’m getting real about cutting people out of your life, setting boundaries, and finally letting go of the guilt that comes with choosing yourself. I talk about outgrowing friendships, recognizing energy-draining and one-sided relationships, dealing with jealousy, and understanding when someone is simply no longer a good fit for the person you’re becoming. I also get into why family isn’t exempt from boundaries, how you can forgive someone without giving them access to you, and why not every relationship needs a dramatic ending... sometimes people just naturally fall away.
The older I get, the more I realize that we get to decide who is in our lives, how much access they have to us, and what kind of energy we allow around us. And if setting a boundary makes someone angry? That doesn’t automatically mean you did something wrong. This is your reminder that protecting your peace isn’t selfish, and you don’t have to be a people pleaser to be a good person.

The Money Rules I Live By
2026/10/13
Money can be a taboo subject, especially for women — but I’m going there. In this episode, I’m talking openly about my relationship with money, why financial independence has always been so important to me, and the mindset that’s helped me build, make, and protect my own wealth. I’m sharing the biggest money mistakes I’ve made — including lending my dad hundreds of thousands of dollars that I’ll never see again — and the lessons I learned about boundaries, knowing your worth, negotiating, investing, and never becoming financially dependent on someone else. Plus, I’m getting into the difference between making money and actually keeping it, why money doesn’t buy happiness, and how shifting your mindset from scarcity to abundance can completely change the way you approach money.
If you care about chasing the bag, protecting your freedom, and becoming a woman who knows her worth, this one’s for you.

You Never Really "Get Over" Grief
2026/10/06
In this episode, I’m opening up about grief, losing my brother Mike, and what it’s really been like learning to live with his absence.
I share the story of losing him unexpectedly, the shock and heartbreak that followed, and how grief has changed for me over nearly 11 years. I talk about the isolation of grief, the moments that still hit me out of nowhere, the things I wish I could have done differently, and why remembering the good times has become such an important part of healing.
I also get into the signs I’ve experienced since Mike’s passing: from butterflies and gold coins to moments that have made me feel like he’s still around. And how losing him completely changed my relationship with spirituality.
If you’re grieving someone you love, I hope this episode makes you feel a little less alone and reminds you that there is no timeline for grief.

How to Spot a Controlling Partner with Justin Anderson
2026/09/29
Justin and I are getting real about the manipulation tactics and red flags that can show up in dating—especially the ones that can be disguised as care, concern, or even a joke.
We talk about men who try to minimize your wins, criticize you under the guise of “helping,” confuse protection with control, need to be right in every disagreement, or make you feel like you have to audition for their approval. We also get into confidence vs. dominance, why asking questions and genuinely being interested in someone matters, and how your first difficult conversations can reveal so much about a person.
Plus, we talk about what healthy relationships actually look like, why emotional vulnerability is a strength, and the things we've learned from our own relationships and dating experiences that we wish we knew in our 20s.

The Biggest Things I’ve Learned About Parenting
2026/09/22
In this episode, I’m opening up about the kind of relationship I’ve worked hard to build with my three kids... and why, more than anything, I want them to know they can always come to me.
We’re talking about trust, honesty, boundaries, accountability, one-on-one time, and giving your kids room to make mistakes without feeling ashamed. I also get personal about my own childhood, how it influenced the mom I wanted to become, and why healing yourself is such a huge part of parenting.

What Your Dreams Are Really Trying to Tell You with Dream Expert Lauri Loewenberg
2026/09/08
Dream expert Lauri Loewenberg is here to decode the hidden meaning behind the dreams you've been having—and trust me, we get into everything. We discuss visitation dreams, lucid dreaming, recurring nightmares, déjà vu, precognitive dreams, and whether our subconscious is actually trying to guide us while we sleep. Lauri breaks down what some of the most common dreams really mean (yes, teeth falling out, being chased, pregnancy, tornadoes, dirty bathrooms, and more), why certain symbols keep showing up, and how your dreams can help you navigate relationships, career decisions, and major life changes.
We also talk about how to start remembering your dreams, the best way to journal them, what nightmares are really trying to tell you, whether dreaming about someone means they're thinking about you, and if it's actually possible to communicate with your subconscious through lucid dreaming. This conversation completely changed the way I think about dreams—and I have a feeling you're going to start paying a lot more attention to yours too.

Behind Baseball's Biggest Star with Bryce and Kayla Harper
2026/09/01
Bryce and Kayla Harper are joining me for their very first interview together, and they're giving us a rare look inside the marriage and family behind one of baseball's biggest stars. We get into how they met as teenagers, the rocky start to their love story, and what it's really taken to build a marriage that's lasted through 16 years, four kids, and one incredible baseball career.
Bryce opens up about the pressure of playing in the MLB, dealing with criticism, dad guilt, and why he genuinely couldn't care less what strangers say about him. Kayla gets emotional talking about protecting her family, raising four young kids while Bryce is on the road, and the hardest part of being married to one of baseball's biggest stars. We also get into their communication rules, why they still prioritize dating each other, Bryce's unexpected love of baking, his fear of flying, and the simple routines that keep their family grounded.

The Hills Finale: What You Didn't See
2026/07/21
We’re wrapping up my Hills rewatch series with the series finale and wow, this one got me. I’m breaking down what was really happening behind the scenes during the final episode, from the fake Europe storyline and my on-screen heartbreak over Brody to the relationship I was actually in at the time. I share what filming those emotional goodbye scenes was really like, why I was crying, and the hilarious reality of having my real-life boyfriend watching it all unfold from the sidelines.
I also take you inside the making of The Hills’ iconic final scene, reveal how the Paramount lot ending came together, and explain why I still think it’s one of the smartest series finales ever. Plus, I reflect on the friendships, opportunities, and life-changing moments that came from both Laguna Beach and The Hills and why looking back at this chapter still makes me emotional all these years later.
This episode is equal parts behind-the-scenes secrets, nostalgia, and a look back at the experience that helped shape the rest of my life.

Stepping Into Your Power with Coach Margot Miller
2026/07/14
Brand mentor + coach Margot Miller is here for an empowering conversation every woman should hear. We talk spirituality, manifestation, money, narcissists, confidence, and why the universe might actually be blocking your love life until you step into who you’re meant to be. We also get into why women are taught to stay small, why money is actually spiritual, how to stop caring about people’s opinions, and why being “the bigger person” all the time can actually keep you stuck. Plus: beauty, Botox, boundaries, toxic relationships, confidence, authenticity, and the idea that maybe everything you’ve gone through was preparing you for something bigger.

The Hills Miami Trip: The Story Behind the Scandal
2026/07/07
We’re finally diving back into The Hills recaps with one of the most infamous episodes of the entire series: Miami Superbowl weekend.
I revisit the weekend trip that turned into one of the biggest controversies of my time on the show. From the behind-the-scenes reality of filming in Miami to the drug rumors that exploded into tabloid headlines, I break down what was really happening, what was produced for TV, and how the fallout affected me for years afterward.
We also get into Heidi Montag’s highly publicized plastic surgery reveal, the pressure of living in the public eye, and why I has more empathy now for everyone involved.
More than fifteen years later, I look back on one of the hardest chapters of The Hills with fresh perspective, sharing the lessons I learned about accountability, resentment, and letting go.
