Description

Welcome to "This is for Us," the podcast where we connect over life's defining and everyday moments. I'm Noël, your host, and from my own experiences and working closely with countless women and girls, I've come to a profound realization - we're all more alike than we may think. We share the same trials, the same joys, and the same emotions, and we're not meant to face them alone. Tune in as I talk about the experiences we share as we grow on our own separate journeys together.

2025/09/29
Hey y'all, welcome back to This Is For Us! Today's pep talk is a reminder that the story we tell ourselves shapes everything—from how we show up, to what we attract, to what we believe we deserve. We're not here to chase a dream version of ourselves. We're here to become her. In this episode, we'll talk about: ✔️ Why your self-image shapes your entire future ✔️ How to stop acting from fear and start showing up with purpose ✔️ Why "you attract who you are" changes the game ✔️ Tiny steps that align with the life you really want ✔️ How to shift your energy from stuck to unstoppable 💬 Quote to remember: "You don't attract what you want—you attract who you are." 104. Move Toward the Next Thing, Not Away From the Last Thing
2025/09/22
Hey y'all, welcome back to This Is For Us! Today's episode is a pep talk from the heart—one that came straight out of a quote Noël wrote herself: "Move toward the next thing, not away from the last thing." It's a simple shift, but one that changes everything. Because sometimes, the way we frame a transition—whether it's a breakup, a job change, or just a new season—determines how we experience it. This episode is your reminder that the energy of forward momentum is far more powerful than the energy of escape.🎧 In this episode, we'll talk about: ✔️ The energetic difference between running away vs. stepping forward ✔️ How to reframe loss and change in a more empowering way ✔️ Why what we're moving toward is just as important as what we leave behind ✔️ How to shift your mindset from reaction to intention ✔️ The heart posture that makes space for miracles 💬 Quote to remember: "Don't just walk away from the past—step boldly toward your future." The future is waiting with open arms, and you're exactly where you need to be to receive it. Until next time, go be brave. 💗 xoxo, Noël

103. You can't hate yourself into a version you will love
2025/09/15
Hey y'all, and welcome back to another episode of This is for Us. As always, I am so freaking excited and thankful that you're here with me today. In this episode, we are diving deep into a topic that hit me hard recently—a quote that says, "You can't hate yourself into a version that you love." This quote stopped me in my tracks because it's a truth so many of us need to hear. Today, I'm talking all about self-love, the way we speak to ourselves, and why beating yourself up will never get you the life or the body you dream of. We all have those moments where we're standing in front of the mirror, tearing ourselves apart, but I'm here to remind you that negativity will never create beauty. Only love, gratitude, and light can do that. We're also celebrating the little things, like Halloween decorating and choosing gratitude for the small joys in life. So, grab your favorite fall drink and let's chat! 🎧 In this episode, we'll talk about: ✔️ Love, not hate, creates change.  ✔️ Gratitude is a game-changer. ✔️ Romanticize your life.  ✔️ We all have the power to choose light.  Resources & Links 📲Connect With Me: Instagram: @NoëlRobertsColey Facebook Group: This Is For Us Community Podcast Website: This Is For Us ➡️Additional Resources: Inspo Pinterest Board: Noël's Pinterest for Inspiration Inventory List: Take Inventory of Your Life My LTK: Shop Noël's LTK Weighted Vest ✨ Loved this episode? Take a screenshot, share it on social media, and tag me—I'd love to hear your thoughts! Thank you for being here today. Remember, you have the power to love yourself into the version you dream of. Until next time, keep choosing gratitude and light. We're in this together because This is for Us. I hope you love this episode. xoxo

102. Remove the obstacles. Make it easy to do the things that light you up.
2025/09/07
Hey y'all, welcome back to This Is For Us! Today's episode is a little different—more like girl talk from my heart to yours. I've been doing some small things lately that have lit me up in such a big way. They're not complicated, but they've made me feel lighter, happier, and more like myself. So I thought… if these little shifts are helping me, maybe sharing them will spark something for you too. 🎧 In this episode, we'll talk about: ✔️ Why it's worth doing things just for you (yes, light the expensive candle!) ✔️ Removing obstacles that make life feel harder than it has to be ✔️ How walking + a weighted vest has become a game-changer ✔️ A new way I've actually fallen back in love with reading ✔️ Why creating space for joy makes you show up better everywhere else 💬 Quote to remember: "Remove the obstacles between you and your joy—the smallest shift can change everything." 101. Guilt isn't your purse. You don't have to carry it.
2025/09/01
Hey y'all, welcome back to This Is For Us! Today we're talking about something I know we all carry around: guilt. And honestly? Most of us are lugging it around like an overstuffed purse we refuse to put down. Mom guilt, friend guilt, work guilt, body guilt, daughter guilt—the list goes on. This week I found myself right in the middle of it as I cared for my mom after her surgery. Even while I was showing up fully, I felt guilty for needing a break, guilty for missing other responsibilities, guilty for just being human. And it hit me: guilt doesn't make us better women, moms, friends, or daughters. It just makes us tired, resentful, and less able to show up as our true selves. 🎧 In this episode, we'll talk about: ✔️ Why guilt is the heaviest "purse" we carry ✔️ How much of our guilt comes from made-up expectations ✔️ Why rest and breaks actually make us better for others ✔️ How to set the purse down and reclaim your peace ✔️ A reminder that you're already doing more than enough This is your permission slip to stop apologizing for being human, to breathe, and to remind yourself: you are incredible, and the people in your life are lucky to have you. Take a screenshot, share it on social media, and tag me—I'd love to hear your thoughts! 💌 Reminder: Guilt doesn't make you worthy. You already are. Put the purse down, take your breath, and show up as the best version of you. Until next time, go be brave. 💗 xoxo, Noël

100. Life Lessons I Know 100% to Be True
2025/08/25
Hey y'all, welcome to the 100th episode of This Is For Us! 🎉 One hundred episodes. One hundred conversations together. I honestly can't believe it! When I started this podcast, I wasn't sure I'd even make it to 10, but here we are—almost two years in and celebrating this incredible milestone together. Instead of a pep talk or a long story today, I'm sharing the truths I know 100% for sure. These are the lessons life keeps showing me again and again, the ones that have carried me through heartbreaks, messy seasons, big pivots, and everything in between. ✨ In this milestone episode, I share: ✔️ The truth about comparison and why it always steals your joy ✔️ Why time really does help heal heartbreak ✔️ The lessons hiding in every hard season ✔️ What I know about worthiness, confidence, and starting over ✔️ How the people you choose matter more than the size of your circle ✔️ Why consistency will always beat perfection ✔️ The beauty and magic that live in the in-between 💬 Quote to remember: "You will regret not trying far more than you will ever regret failing." 99. When your plate feels too full
2025/08/18
Hey y'all, welcome back to This Is For Us! Do you ever feel like your plate is so full that one more text, one more email, or one more request will completely undo you? Same. This week, I'm being really honest about that breaking-point feeling we all carry, and what it means to step back, set boundaries, and give yourself permission to pause. ✨ In this episode, I share: ✔️ Why even "small" requests can feel overwhelming when your plate is already full ✔️ The myth that our worth is tied to doing more ✔️ How to let go of something without guilt ✔️ Why practicing the pause is an act of strength ✔️ A permission slip for you to breathe, say no, and rest If your plate feels too heavy, this episode is for you. 💬 Quote to remember: "We don't earn worthiness by doing more—we protect our peace by allowing ourselves to pause." 98. Stop Overcomplicating It
2025/08/11
Hey y'all, and welcome back to This Is For Us! If you've been stuck in planning mode, waiting for the "perfect" time, outfit, plan, or set of matching hangers before you start… this episode is your sign to quit overcomplicating and just take a step. In this pep talk (for you and for me), I'm calling out the overwhelm we create when we try to control every detail before we begin. From closets to relationships to business dreams, waiting for perfection only keeps us stuck. Done is better than perfect—and imperfect action is the only thing that actually moves you forward. 🎧In this episode you'll hear: ✔️ How "getting ready" often turns into procrastination ✔️ Why too many choices can be just as paralyzing as none ✔️ How less can sometimes bring more joy and better results ✔️ The messy, imperfect first step that's waiting for you ✔️ A challenge we're taking on together this week 📌 Challenge: Choose ONE thing you've been overcomplicating, and do it this week—messy, imperfect, and without overthinking. DM me what you did so I can cheer you on (and you can motivate me, too). 💬 Quote of the week: "Imperfect action still counts, because it's the only thing that actually moves you forward." 2025/08/04
Hey y'all, and welcome back to This Is For Us! Today's episode is a heartfelt pep talk for anyone who's ever felt behind in life. If you've ever looked at your life and thought, "I should be further along by now," this one's for you. 🎧 In this episode, I'm talking about: ✔️ The trap of chasing the "next thing" ✔️ Why we rarely celebrate the middle ✔️ How far you've actually come (even if it doesn't feel like it) ✔️ Why survival mode still counts as progress ✔️ What I want you to ask yourself about your past self 💬 Quote to remember: "You might not be where you want to be, but you're not where you used to be. And that counts for more than something—it counts for a lot." STOP doing these 8 things!
2025/07/21
Hey y'all, welcome back to This Is For Us! Today's episode is one we all need to hear. It came to Noël in a moment of fire—after a few days of powerful conversations with the women in her life. So she hit record with purpose and clarity. This one's not about fluff. It's about calling out the patterns that keep us small, stuck, and silenced. It's about breaking free and deciding once and for all: I am the prize.   🎧 In this episode, we'll talk about: ✔️ 8 things women need to stop doing (starting today) ✔️ Why apologizing for your own choices has to end ✔️ What shrinking ourselves to make others comfortable is really costing us ✔️ The power of owning your presence, your joy, and your voice ✔️ Why you don't owe anyone an explanation—period 💬 Quote to remember: "Stop sitting in the waiting room of your own life. Sometimes you're the villain in their story, and that's ok
2025/07/16
Hey y'all, welcome back to This Is For Us! Whew—today's episode is a short and honest one. You know those moments when someone flips the story on you and suddenly you're the villain? Yep. Been there. This one's for every woman who's ever been misunderstood, misrepresented, or flat-out lied about. In this episode, I'm talking about how it feels when people twist your truth—and how to protect your peace anyway. Whether it's a "friend," frenemy, or someone who should've known better, the message is this: you don't owe anyone your energy, especially when they thrive on chaos. 🎧 In this episode, we'll talk about: ✔️ What to do when someone flips the script on you ✔️ Why you don't need to chase down every lie ✔️ How to hold your peace when someone paints you as the villain ✔️ The power of walking away without needing to defend yourself ✔️ Why taking care of you matters more than controlling their narrative 💬 Quote to remember: "You're going to be a villain in someone's story. 2025/07/07
Hey y'all, welcome back to This Is For Us! Today's episode was recorded in real-time, right after something happened that really made me think—so I turned on the mic and shared straight from the heart. What if we all chose grace over rage? What if we gave people the chance to breathe, even when they messed up?
