Why You Feel Unseen in Your Relationships
2026/09/30
In this episode of the Sacred Freedom Podcast, Elizabeth Marth gets honest about a feeling most of us know intimately: not feeling heard, not feeling understood, not feeling like we truly matter to the people around us. She explores this through every kind of relationship, romantic, family, friendships, work, even our relationship with money and health, and makes the case that our relationship with our higher self is the one everything else is built on. Elizabeth unpacks a core idea from her work in conscious uncoupling and shadow work: our outer relationships are mirrors of our inner relationship with ourselves. When you feel unseen by someone else, the real work starts by looking inward first, not by focusing on what they're doing wrong. She shares her own pattern of feeling like she doesn't matter, a belief rooted in an enmeshed relationship with her mother, and how it's resurfacing now in an unexpected way, as her kids grow more independent and she suddenly has more time and space for herself than she's had in years. She talks through what it actually feels like when this pattern shows up: not feeling listened to, not feeling appreciated, not feeling loved, and the practice of pausing to ask what's actually going on within before looking outward for someone else to fix it. She's clear that creating a felt sense of safety within yourself, through connection with your higher self or soul, has to come first. Without that safety, this kind of inner work simply isn't accessible. She also explains how this shows up in how we treat other people, sharing a personal example of a time she wasn't fully present while a friend was trying to talk to her. The invitation throughout is not to blame or shame yourself, but to notice the pattern, identify the old wounded belief underneath it, and find a truer, more expansive story about who you are. This, she says, is emotional manifestation: doing the internal work of transformation so that what shows up externally can actually bring lasting fulfillment, and so you stop waiting to feel seen and start showing up seen, first for yourself. Episode Highlights 00:00 Why relationships, all of them, are at the center of this work 01:07 The relationship with your higher self as the most foundational one 03:00 Conscious uncoupling, shadow work, and how relationships reflect us back to ourselves 05:28 The lifelong pattern of feeling like you don't matter 07:02 Putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own 09:09 Healing as a spiral, not a straight line 10:26 A season of more time for herself, and what it's bringing up 13:20 The moment she notices she's not feeling heard, understood, or loved 14:16 Why the first place to look is always within 17:36 Creating internal safety before doing the deeper work 20:08 A real example: when she wasn't fully listening to a friend 21:21 Identifying old wounded beliefs and finding the truer story 23:07 Why this is emotional manifestation, not just physical Connect with Eiizabeth: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredfreedomforher Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sacredfreedomforher Email: [email protected] Thank you so much for listening. Somewhere Between Breadcrumbs and What’s Beneath the Fear
2026/09/23
In this raw episode of the Sacred Freedom Podcast, Elizabeth Marth is recording from Siesta Key, Florida, in what she calls full summer mode, and shares a message that came through strongly in the middle of the night, something she says happens often when she travels and steps outside her usual routine. Elizabeth talks about energetics, a part of her work she hasn't always brought fully into her teaching, and unpacks a core idea: we don't attract what we want, we attract how we feel. She uses money as an example, you can say all the affirmations you want, but if some part of you still feels like it's never coming, that internal mismatch is the real work to look at. For Elizabeth, this has become a journey of doing the internal work, cultivating the peace, love, and abundance she wants to feel inside. From there, she introduces the image that runs through the whole episode: the belief that we only get to have breadcrumbs, or a slice, of what we truly desire, instead of the whole loaf.  Elizabeth makes the case that gratitude for what's already working and wanting more are not in conflict, and that the real shift is choosing to see life through a lens of abundance instead of scarcity. She also gets honest about how she's wired differently from a lot of teachers who preach pushing through fear: for her, feeling safe is non-negotiable, and small steps that build trust and safety are what actually lead to the bigger shifts. She closes with an invitation: notice where you've been accepting breadcrumbs, get curious about what the whole loaf would actually look like for you. Episode Highlights 00:00 Recording from Siesta Key - messages that come through when she travels 01:06 Energetics, and why this part of her work is coming more into her teaching 02:24 Why you attract how you feel, not just what you think 03:28 Doing the internal work before the external work 04:39 Relationships and connection and a piece of her own story 07:56 The "chasing breadcrumbs" concept and where it comes from 08:19 How childhood beliefs still shape what shows up for us as adults 09:49 The belief that you only get a slice, not the whole loaf 10:21 Wanting more isn't wrong. We're expanding beings 11:07 Why "I get to have it all" is a belief you can choose 12:11 Gratitude for what's working alongside wanting more 14:48 What you believe, you create. Examining your own beliefs 15:54 A journaling prompt: where are you accepting less than you want 17:49 Why she has to feel safe before taking big action 20:54 The invitation: where are you settling for breadcrumbs Connect with Eiizabeth: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredfreedomforher Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sacredfreedomforher Email: [email protected] Thank you so much for listening. The Real Reason Your Manifestations Aren't Working
2026/09/16
In this candid episode of the Sacred Freedom Podcast, Elizabeth Marth tackles a word she has mixed feelings about: manifestation. She admits it's become trendy and often misunderstood, but unpacks what it actually means, an idea or thought taking physical form, and why she believes manifestation is happening constantly, whether we're conscious of it or not. Elizabeth walks through the manifestation process most people are familiar with: you ask, you energetically align with what you want, and then it shows up. But she pushes past the common examples (money, a dream car, physical success) to share something more personal. She grew up with financial security and physical comfort, and those things came easily to her. What she didn't have was a felt sense of safety, worth, or peace, and no one had taught her that those, too, could be created. She opens up about living in a state of confusion for six years, even while doing deep spiritual and energetic work, and the moment she realized she had the power to focus differently. She talks through the small, practical shifts that actually moved the needle: catching herself repeating "I'm so confused," learning the concept of becoming neutral, returning again and again to a felt sense of safety, and starting with the smallest things she could feel clear about before tackling the bigger picture. Her larger point: manifestation isn't only about creating things in the physical world. It's also a powerful tool for shifting your internal experience, and when your inner world shifts toward peace and safety, your outer world tends to follow. This is the heart of Sacred Freedom: helping people find emotional freedom, learn to hear their own voice, and trust themselves so the external world becomes a reflection of what's happening within. Episode Highlights  00:00 What manifestation actually means, and why the word feels overused  02:23 Different approaches to manifestation, from books to teachers to techniques  03:23 The book that helped this concept finally click for her  05:10 The general framework: ask, align, receive  06:22 Getting energetically aligned with what you actually want  07:16 The Magic Shop, and the limits of manifesting only physical things  09:00 Growing up with financial security, and what was still missing emotionally  10:44 Expectation, resistance, and why some things come easily  11:11 What was actually missing: feeling safe, worthy, and at peace  12:47 Living in confusion for six years despite doing "all the work"  15:47 Interrupting "I'm so confused" and the power of "I am" statements  16:16 The practice of becoming neutral  17:09 What actually shifted things: a daily meditation practice  18:00 Starting small: finding what you do feel clear about  18:54 Returning again and again to a felt sense of safety  20:16 Learning to listen to your own voice instead of everyone else's  22:09 Manifestation as an internal practice, not just an external one Connect with Eiizabeth: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredfreedomforher Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sacredfreedomforher Email: [email protected] Thank you so much for listening. Listen To Yourself Through Silence
2026/09/09
In this deeply personal episode of the Sacred Freedom Podcast, Elizabeth Marth explores a concept that has shaped her spiritual journey for the past five years: that our desires are guidance, and learning to listen to them changes everything. Elizabeth traces this idea back to her work with mentor Gina DeVee, but takes listeners somewhere more personal first into her own family history. She shares how her mother and grandmother, shaped by wartime survival and generational trauma, never had the luxury of asking "what do I desire?" and how that inheritance showed up in her own enmeshed relationship with her mother, where her own desires were something to hide rather than honor. From there, Elizabeth unpacks the difference between desires for physical things and what she calls our deeper desires the soulful, deep-seated longings that act as a roadmap to our fulfillment. Drawing on A Course in Miracles, Abraham Hicks, and Gabby Bernstein, she talks about the importance of quiet, stillness, and presence as the practice that lets those desires surface and become clear. She shares the story of a spontaneous, seemingly impractical trip to the Bahamas that came together with ease once she listened to that inner nudge, and gets honest about a season of going quiet, on social media and in her own coaching, while she waited to hear her own voice again rather than everyone else's. The throughline: desires aren't random. They're guidance, and building trust in them starts small. She closes with a reminder that this work isn't about bypassing what's hard, but about learning to notice what you're desiring in each moment, however small, and following it. Live deeper, live truer, live freer. Your Symbiotic Relationship Between You and the Divine
2026/09/02
In this episode of the Sacred Freedom Podcast, Elizabeth Marth explores a concept that came to her during one of her daily morning walks: the symbiotic relationship between seeing through God's eyes and God wanting to see through ours. Drawing on teachings from A Course in Miracles, the Bible, Abraham Hicks, and John Randolph Price, Elizabeth unpacks what it actually means to see the world, other people, and ourselves through the eyes of God, or source, or the universe, whatever word resonates most. She shares how learning to see this way shifted her own emotional world in real, tangible ways: easing her depression, softening her anxiety, and grounding her in a sense of worth that no longer depends on outside validation. But the heart of this episode is the second, less commonly discussed half of that relationship: the idea that God also wants to see through our eyes. Elizabeth explores what it means to believe that our individual perspectives, our joys, our tragedies, our lived experience, actually expand the Divine, and how living that truth (not just intellectually understanding it) can transform our relationship with ourselves, with God, and with everyone around us. This is an invitation to consider a different kind of spiritual relationship: not one we chase outside ourselves through people, achievement, or approval, but one cultivated quietly, within. Episode Highlights 00:00 A morning walk in nature and how it brings Elizabeth back to herself  01:00 The concept at the center of this episode: seeing through God's eyes, and God seeing through ours  02:03 The "I Am" energy and the idea that we are all part of one creation  03:22 Feeling the flow: how this energy shows up in meditation, prayer, and nature  04:32 What A Course in Miracles teaches about retraining the mind to see differently 05:15 Judgment, alignment, and why criticism of others is really about our own energy 07:09 How seeing through God's eyes shifted Elizabeth's depression and anxiety 08:22 Why knowing your worth from within changes how you show up in the world 08:47 The less common idea: that God wants to see through our eyes too 09:40 Living in constant companionship with God, source, and love 10:33 The "infinity sign": how seeing through God's eyes and being seen loop back to one another 11:23 An invitation to cultivate a relationship with your soul and God, the same way we do with people 12:27 Elizabeth's mantra: live deeper, live truer, live freer Connect with Eiizabeth: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredfreedomforher Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sacredfreedomforher Email: [email protected] Thank you so much for listening. Living Deeper, Truer, Freer
2026/08/26
After several months away, Elizabeth Marth returns to the podcast with a new name and an honest look at where she has been on her journey. Elizabeth shares what she's been learning: how to live deeper, truer, and freer, and why that journey required stepping back from nearly everyone else's voice in her life so she could finally hear her own. She reflects on the years following her mother's passing, a season spent absorbing coaching, certifications, and outside wisdom, until she realized she'd built a good life around everyone's voice but her own. From there, Elizabeth opens up about learning to sit in silence with herself and with God, trusting her own intuition, and slowly releasing the pressure to perform, in her relationships, her work, and even in how she shows up to record a podcast. This episode also introduces the heart behind the new name, Sacred Freedom: closeness with God, and freedom from fear, old conditioning, and the need to explain herself to anyone. It's a warm, unfiltered reintroduction, and an invitation for listeners to give themselves permission to live differently too. Gate Eight: The Grief Gate, Healing Self-Abandonment and Reclaiming Your True Self Through Sacred Grief
2026/03/18
In this deeply moving episode of The Illicit Feminine, Elizabeth Marth guides listeners through Gate Eight of the Sovereign Descent, known as The Grief Gate. This conversation explores a profound and often unspoken form of grief, the grief that comes not from losing others, but from slowly losing ourselves. Elizabeth reveals how many women carry a quiet, cumulative grief formed through years of self-abandonment, staying silent, adapting to expectations, and postponing their deepest desires. Unlike traditional grief tied to a single event, this grief often shows up as fatigue, numbness, anxiety, or a lingering sense that something within us has been left behind. Rather than viewing grief as something to avoid or move past quickly, she reframes it as a necessary and sacred process of emotional completion. Grief becomes the moment we stop pretending something didn’t cost us, and begin honoring the parts of ourselves that were left unheard, unseen, or unlived. Through personal stories, emotional insight, and somatic awareness, Elizabeth explores how unprocessed grief can keep the nervous system stuck, while allowing grief to move through the body creates space for healing, regulation, and forward movement. You’ll also hear how grief connects to ancestral patterns, the mother wound, and relational dynamics, offering a deeper understanding of how emotions can be carried across generations and how they can be consciously released. The episode concludes with a gentle somatic practice and reflection prompts to help listeners safely access, process, and honor their grief, transforming it into clarity, compassion, and self-reclamation. This episode is part of the ongoing Sovereign Descent series, where each gate represents a stage in the journey of confronting the shadow, reclaiming truth, and returning to the self with deeper wisdom and sovereignty.  Episode Highlights 03:00 – The unseen grief of self-abandonment  How grief forms through years of choosing adaptation over authenticity 06:30 – Grief as emotional completion  Why grief is not collapse, but a necessary process of integration and healing 10:00 – The self that adapted instead of lived  How conditioning and expectations shape our choices and disconnect us from ourselves 13:30 – Why unprocessed grief keeps the nervous system stuck  How suppressed emotions can lead to anxiety, depression, and dis-ease 17:00 – Grief in relationships and life transitions  Why avoiding grief can keep us looping in patterns that no longer serve us 20:00 – Ancestral grief and the mother wound  How grief can be inherited and carried across generations 24:00 – Questions for self-reflection and emotional awareness  Exploring what parts of your life may still need to be honored and mourned 27:30 – Somatic practice for processing grief  A gentle guided exercise to safely access and release emotional energy Connect with Eiizabeth: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredfreedomforher Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sacredfreedomforher Email: [email protected] Thank you so much for listening. Gate Seven: The Rage Gate, Reclaiming Feminine Power Through Sacred Anger and Self-Sovereignty
2026/03/12
In this powerful episode of The Illicit Feminine, Elizabeth Marth explores Gate Seven of the Sovereign Descent, known as The Rage Gate. This conversation reframes anger and rage not as destructive emotions, but as intelligent signals from the soul calling us back to ourselves. Elizabeth explains how rage often arises when we repeatedly abandon our truth, ignore our body's wisdom, or suppress emotions to maintain connection and approval. Rather than viewing anger as something to fear, she invites listeners to understand it as a sacred messenger that reveals where self-betrayal has occurred and where transformation is ready to begin. Through reflections on spiritual conditioning, relational dynamics, and feminine empowerment, Elizabeth uncovers how cultural expectations have often taught women to silence their anger. When acknowledged and processed in a healthy container, however, rage becomes a powerful catalyst for clarity, boundaries, and personal sovereignty. Elizabeth also shares practical insights on how to safely process anger, the difference between rage and violence, and why anger can be a necessary step in healing depression, illness, and emotional repression. The episode concludes with a guided embodiment practice designed to help listeners reconnect with the physical energy of anger and transform it into clarity, self-trust, and empowered action. This episode is part of the ongoing Sovereign Descent series, where each gate represents a stage in the journey of confronting shadow, reclaiming truth, and embodying the wisdom gained through transformation. 03:00 – Understanding Punitive Anger vs. Sacred Anger The difference between destructive anger and the deeper, clarifying anger that catalyzes change. 07:00 – Rage as a Signal of Self-Abandonment Why rage often appears when we repeatedly ignore our inner truth, intuition, and bodily wisdom. 12:00 – Reclaiming the Fire Within How anger reconnects us to passion, boundaries, creativity, and personal power. 17:00 – The Difference Between Rage and Violence Why rage itself is not dangerous, and how processing anger safely prevents harmful expressions. 20:00 – The Sacred Function of Rage How anger becomes a catalyst for clarity, transformation, and reclaiming sovereignty. 24:00 – Healthy Ways to Process Anger Shadow work, somatic movement, journaling, and other practices that allow anger to move safely through the body. 27:00 – Embodiment Practice for Working with Rage Elizabeth guides listeners through a grounding somatic exercise to safely release and listen to anger. 33:00 – From Rage to Grief: The Next Gate Preview of the upcoming episode exploring Gate Eight, the Grief Gate. Gate Six of the Sovereign Descent: Reclaiming Erotic Authority and Desire
2026/02/11
In Gate Six of the Sovereign Descent, Elizabeth Marth guides listeners into one of the most powerful and misunderstood aspects of feminine awakening: the reclamation of erotic authority. This episode explores erotic energy not as performance, seduction, or sexuality for validation—but as life force, creativity, desire, pleasure, and embodied truth. Elizabeth reframes the “illicit feminine” as the part of a woman that was never immoral—but unauthorized. The part that feels deeply, wants boldly, and moves without needing consensus. Building on Gate Five’s work of reclaiming the inner masculine as safety and containment, Gate Six invites the feminine to rise—not in rebellion or chaos—but in grounded sovereignty. When safety is internalized, desire can become guidance rather than threat. Drawing from trauma psychology, attachment dynamics, somatic awareness, and sacred feminine energetics, this episode examines how many women were conditioned to distrust desire, suppress pleasure, or use erotic energy strategically for attachment, validation, or survival. Gate Six names the cost of disconnection from erotic life force—and the transformation that becomes possible when it is reclaimed. Elizabeth explores: What “erotic energy” truly is (and what it is not)Why desire has been labeled sinful, dangerous, or destabilizingThe difference between grounded desire and wounded compulsionHow erotic energy becomes performative in relationshipsWhy many women disconnect from their bodies—and how to returnThe impact of suppressing desire on vitality, creativity, and emotional alivenessHow pleasure functions as grounding rather than indulgenceWhy a woman without desire becomes disconnected from her inner compassThe role of the illicit feminine in reclaiming sovereigntyHow reclaiming erotic authority reorganizes relationships around truthThe connection between creativity, sensuality, and sexual energyWhy your body is a source of knowing—not something to overrideThe difference between momentary gratification and soul-aligned desireHow suppressed erotic energy leads to numbness, flat relationships, and blocked creativityWhy your “yes” and “no” must become sacred againHow to discern fear from truth when following desireThe episode also addresses the subtle ways erotic energy can be unconsciously used for safety, attachment, approval, or power and why reclaiming it as embodied truth rather than manipulation is essential for sovereign womanhood. Elizabeth closes with a somatic embodiment practice inviting listeners to reconnect with their pelvic center, their womb space, and their body’s intuitive knowing. Through breath and sensation, women are guided to ask: What do I want? not from the mind, but from the body. Gate Six marks the moment where women stop apologizing for wanting, stop outsourcing permission, and begin trusting their erotic life force as sacred guidance. Gate Five of the Sovereign Descent: Reclaiming the Inner Masculine, Safety, and Emotional Containment
2026/02/04
In Gate Five of the Sovereign Descent, Elizabeth Marth guides listeners into one of the most misunderstood and underdeveloped aspects of feminine healing: the inner masculine. This gate explores masculine energy not as dominance, productivity, or hustle, but as safety, containment, structure, and protection. Elizabeth reframes the inner masculine as the internal force that allows the feminine to soften, desire, rest, and tell the truth without collapse. Drawing from trauma psychology, attachment theory, somatic awareness, and sacred feminine–masculine energetics, this episode names a core wound many women carry: the absence of internal safety. When the inner masculine is underdeveloped or outsourced to external authority figures, partners, systems, or approval, the feminine becomes overwhelmed, impulsive, fearful of desire, or disconnected from truth. Gate Five reveals why reclaiming desire, pleasure, and authenticity is not sustainable without an internal structure capable of holding it. Elizabeth explores: What the inner masculine truly is and what it is notWhy safety is a prerequisite for desire, truth-telling, and embodimentHow women are conditioned to outsource protection, authority, and containmentThe difference between productive action and embodied masculine presenceSigns your inner masculine may be wounded or offline, including indecision, emotional flooding, paralysis, fear of consequences, and avoidanceHow lack of internal safety leads to over-emotionality, burnout, and self-abandonmentWhy boundaries are first internal—not performative or confrontationalThe role of the inner masculine in emotional containment, discernment, follow-through, and nervous system regulationHow reclaiming the inner masculine allows the feminine to rise without chaosWhy manifestation, erotic awakening, and desire cannot be sustained without internal structureThe episode also addresses how imbalance between feminine and masculine energies can lead to confusion between divine desire and ego-driven impulse, and why many women feel destabilized when attempting to reclaim pleasure without first feeling safe inside themselves. Elizabeth closes with a grounding somatic embodiment practice designed to help listeners connect with their inner masculine as a steady, protective, and clarifying presence inviting the body into a felt sense of safety, containment, and self-trust. Gate Five marks the moment where women stop outsourcing their authority and begin holding themselves emotionally, energetically, and spiritually—from the inside out. The Disavowed Woman Reclaiming the Parts You Exiled to Survive - Gate 4 of The Sovereign Descent
2026/01/03
In Gate Four of the Sovereign Descent, Elizabeth Marth guides listeners into one of the most psychologically and spiritually confronting stages of the Inanna journey: the disavowed woman. This gate explores the parts of ourselves we did not merely repress but consciously or unconsciously deemed unacceptable in order to survive. Unlike repression, disavowal is a knowing exile. It is the moment the psyche decides that certain truths, needs, desires, emotions, or instincts are too dangerous to keep visible. Through the lens of trauma, attachment, shadow work, and sacred feminine psychology, Elizabeth unpacks how women learn early in life to abandon parts of themselves in exchange for safety, approval, and connection. Anger, erotic desire, ambition, intuition, emotional intensity, truth-telling, and need itself are often among the first to be sent underground. This episode reframes these adaptations not as pathology, but as brilliant survival strategies while also naming the profound cost of living disconnected from one’s life force. Elizabeth explores: What disavowal is and how it differs from repressionHow conditional love teaches women to exile their truthThe link between disavowed parts and shame, self-sabotage, addiction, numbing, and low-grade anxiety or depressionWhy shadow work is not about acting out, but about relationship and integrationHow judgment keeps parts of us exiled, and curiosity restores contactWhy the woman you are becoming cannot be built on the continued abandonment of your truthThe episode closes with a gentle somatic embodiment practice, inviting listeners to reconnect with the parts of themselves that were hidden in order to survive and to begin the shift from exile to integration. Gate Four marks the moment where we stop fighting our shadow and begin listening to it. The Split Self: Why You Feel Torn Inside and How to Begin Integrating Your Sovereign Truth - Gate 3 of The Sovereign Descent
2025/12/19
Have you ever felt pulled in two directions unable to make a decision, looping in confusion, or feeling like two different versions of yourself are at war inside? In this powerful episode of The Illicit Feminine, Elizabeth continues the Sovereign Descent series by guiding listeners through Gate Three: The Split Self - the internal divide between who you became to survive and who you were born to be. Drawing from the ancient Sumerian myth of Inanna and deeply embodied feminine psychology, this episode explores why the split self is not a flaw, pathology, or personal failure but an intelligent survival strategy shaped by early conditioning, emotional wounds, and the need for safety and belonging. Elizabeth breaks down the two core identities at play: • The compliant self, shaped by survival, approval, and conditioning • The sovereign self, rooted in truth, desire, inner authority, and embodied power Between these two selves lies an internal battlefield that shows up as exhaustion, indecision, anxiety, self-betrayal, overthinking, and a persistent feeling of being stuck. This episode names what so many women feel but cannot articulate and offers a path forward that does not involve forcing clarity or “just making a decision.” You’ll learn why: Confusion is not the problem, but a symptom of unresolved survival patternsDemanding certainty too soon keeps you trapped in the splitIntegration - not elimination - is the true path to wholenessThe nervous system must feel safe before truth can riseCoherence in the body precedes clarity in the mindElizabeth also shares a gentle somatic integration practice to help you begin holding both selves with compassion, allowing the internal war to soften and your center to return. This episode is an invitation to stop abandoning yourself, to stop disappearing parts of who you are, and to begin the sacred work of integration where survival and sovereignty no longer compete, but coexist. You are not split because you are weak. You are split because you survived. Next week, the Sovereign Descent continues with Gate Four: The Disavowed Woman, where shadow, exile, and reclamation take center stage. Reclaiming Your Inner Authority in The Sovereign Descent - Gate 2 of The Sovereign Descent
2025/12/10
In this powerful episode of The Illicit Feminine Podcast, host Elizabeth Marth continues to open the first gate of the Sovereign Descent - the Authority Wound - where women learn to reclaim the throne of their own lives. Inspired by Inanna’s descent into the underworld, Elizabeth reveals how this ancient myth mirrors the modern woman’s journey through loss, identity collapse, and rebirth into soul-led sovereignty.  From childhood conditioning to emotional enmeshment and survival-based self-abandonment, the authority wound teaches women to prioritize approval over intuition, to stay small, safe, and pleasing. Elizabeth breaks down how this wound forms, how it shapes adult relationships, and how it keeps feminine power suppressed beneath fear. Through truth-telling, reclamation, and deep nervous system healing, this episode invites listeners to return their power inward - back to the heart, the womb, and the soul’s own knowing. This is where sovereignty is restored. This is where feminine leadership rises.  In this episode, you’ll discover: • What the Authority Wound is and how it is formed  • How women are conditioned to hand their power over to others • Why people-pleasing is a survival strategy - not a personality trait • How emotional attunement becomes over-responsibility • What individuation looks like for the feminine psyche • The first step in reclaiming your feminine sovereignty • A guided practice for returning your throne to your own body If you’ve ever feared disappointing others, felt trapped in roles that aren’t truly yours, or struggled to trust your own inner voice this episode will feel like coming home.
