In this final episode, I open a terminology I have been working with for many years — the awakened healer. Episode summary In this conversation, I explore why many healers awaken through challenge, yet challenge itself does not automatically create healing gifts, compassion, or faith. I share how the wounded healer myth can become a glass ceiling, keeping us identified with the wound and led by protection that is actually separation. I break down the difference between the big ego and the little ego, and how the little ego often shows up as self doubt, hesitation, and the belief that I am not ready. I also share what it takes to say goodbye to the wound as an identity, even when the wound remains part of the story, so I can lead with truth, wholeness, and light. As we close, I offer reflection questions to help you notice where the wound might still be driving your choices, voice, visibility, love, and finances, and what it looks like to lead myself in wholeness, one with light, one with truth. If everything is consciousness, then the impact we create is through light, through aura, through presence. There is nothing else that leads this world but light. We are called to create in alignment, not more of the same, but creation through light. I also speak about the power of creation. Love is force. Truth is force. Compassion is force. Caring is force. Listening is force. Yet we can underestimate these forces because they are natural for us. We can confuse compassion with weakness, love with self abandonment, and selfless service with letting people take everything from us. To be a stable portal, to be a sacred space, to activate life force in others, we must stand for truth as truth. Healing is not about fixing. Healing is about bringing frequency into the space so the truth inside another person can resonate and remember itself. Mudras and hand movements are not the source of healing. They help us shift state, enter a transmission state, and become a stable portal for the divine to pass through. The deeper work is living your singularity, not only when the session begins, but as a way of being. As we close, notice where you divide yourself. Spiritual in one place, small in another. This episode, Singularity and Your Unique Expression of the Divine, is part 3 of an 8-part series inspired by one of my most beautiful and important masterclasses, The Healer. Today, we are speaking about singularity. When I use this word, I am pointing to something very simple and very profound, your unique expression of the divine, the part of you that cannot be copied, cannot be replaced, and cannot be reduced to a role, a title, or a personality. So take a deep breath. Let yourself be here. Bring your heart forth a little more than your mind. And as you listen, ask yourself gently from within, what in me is ready to be illuminated? Episode Summary In this conversation, I share what I mean by singularity, and why I return to this word again and again. For some, singularity is the name for God. For others, it is the core of creation. For me, singularity is my one and only aspect of God. As healers, one of the biggest medicines we can offer is to plug people into the socket, to connect hearts with spirit. We clear the stories so God can show up in the emptiness, so divinity has space to exist. And yet, as my own vision of healing evolved, I realised it is not only about connecting to the socket. When someone reconnects to source, their singularity begins to be illuminated. Their unique signature. Their unique God presence and gift. I also speak about what it means to show up in your highest light. If we perceive ourselves as an extension of the divine, made in the image of God, then there is a deeper question here. Would it be a sin to cover that light? My work as a healer is to connect you to source, to activate your singularity, to activate your life force. I am not fixing, erasing, cutting, or gluing. I am showing you energetically what is possible, so your life force rises, and the distortion dissolves in the presence of truth. We close with a living question. What is my singularity, and how do I bring it forth? Let it reveal itself, not as a mental answer, but as an inner knowing. Let the transmission do what it is here for. Episode Summary When I started giving healing sessions, I carried a very strong prayer. I wanted my system to recognise the original cause. I wanted to understand why there was a distortion, why disease appeared, where the story began. I believed that cracking the code of the root cause was what made me a good healer. As I continued, through teaching, meditation, spiritual practice, and being in the field with many healers, something became clear. God is the original code. And when I began to hold divinity and the infinite nature of God inside my consciousness, I saw that true healing is not searching the story. It is not tracing what the mother did, what the father did, what happened at five, at sixteen, or even in a past life. True healing is reunification with God. Energetic healing has nothing to do with fixing. It is not western medicine. It is not symptom chasing, even though symptoms can shift as we go. Healing is awakening. It is an expansion of consciousness beyond a mental narrative, a return to what is real and profoundly true. In this episode, I also speak about the glass ceiling, the limitation we hold above our heads, and how stories, including shame, guilt, and embarrassment, can keep us small. I share why you are not paying for knowledge, you are paying for transmission, and how the level of consciousness we hold shapes what becomes possible for our clients, our work, our money, and our impact. Welcome In this third episode in the grief series I share about the healthy cycle of healing and overcoming grief. I bring a teaching that came as an energetic download from my shamanic lineage almost twenty years ago and translate it into a simple, human map you can use when you are walking through loss, separation and deep sadness. Episode Summary I speak about grief as an extensive sadness that arises from loss or the fear of losing something we love, and I honour the depth of those who are living through it. I share how, a little over thirty days after my mother’s passing, I feel a profound respect for anyone who is navigating this level of reorganisation in their life and heart. I introduce the healthy cycle of grief as four main stages. The first stage is the experience itself, the recognition of loss and the shock that lands in the heart. I explain how mastering sadness and grief awakens the lover within you, because grief opens the heart, softens the body and creates a deep need for intimacy and tenderness. The second stage is confusion, shock and sometimes anger. This can show up as questions about identity, rage at God, life or others, guilt and shame. People can get stuck here for years, so this stage needs empowerment, clarity and sovereignty. The third stage is isolation and going inward. I talk about withdrawing into your inner cave, licking your wounds and discovering that this is actually a portal of creation and deep healing, where vision can be activated. The fourth stage is reconnection. This is the moment you return to life changed, with an upgraded identity and a new relationship with yourself, your mission and even with the one you lost, now in a different dimension. The cycle is not truly linear. You can move back and forth between stages, and over time reconnection becomes more stable and embodied. Welcome In this episode I continue the tender conversation that began in the last transmission about my mother’s death. This time I am sharing about grief itself, strong emotions and the hidden gift in death. I speak very honestly about how grief is moving through my body thirty days after my mother passed, how it arrives like a powerful wave with no story attached, and how choosing to truly feel is giving me more life, more power and more wisdom. Episode Summary I explore how birth and death are not single moments but long processes that reflect the way we live. The way you die, and the way you give birth, is an extension of your lifelong patterns. You do not suddenly become someone else at the moment of death or at the moment of birth. I describe how grief arrives in my body like a powerful wave, with no story attached. Tears, sound and movement come, whether I am alone or with others, and I feel deep peace about my relationship with my mother. I share how most of us try to rationalise emotions, attach stories and blame others, instead of letting the pure energy move through us to clean, liberate and transform us. I speak about grief as an initiation and a rite of passage that supports my mother’s ascension and my own evolution. I reflect on how our mothers live inside us, how this era is asking us to reclaim our individual power and life force, and how allowing ourselves to feel fully is how we make art out of our lives. Welcome In this episode I open my heart and invite you into one of the most intimate portals of my life. I share about the death of my mother, the intensity of the last month, and what it really means to sit in the room with death. This is a raw, tender transmission recorded after a day of many tears, with silence, emotion and codes for you if you are willing to receive them. Episode Summary I take you through my mother’s long, gradual decline and the moment of her passing. I speak about how she seemed to be slowly turning into thin air, while her strong personality stayed present almost until the last breath. I share the sacred call to clear my day, sit by her side, hold her hand, call in the angels and witness her soul leaving her body. I also speak honestly about our complicated relationship. I was harmed by her behaviour for years and I had to do deep work to liberate myself and to liberate her. In her final hours I returned to her bedside, gave back what was never mine to carry and chose what I am willing to continue, heal and honour from her lineage. In that moment we reorganised the heritage between us so we could both be free. I reflect on the strange contrast between a whole life ending and the world carrying on as usual, the bureaucracy that surrounds death, and the small signs Spirit sent me, including the number 17:17. More than anything, I share the holiness of a single exhale that is not followed by another inhale, and the realisation that the Divine presence that animated my mother is the same presence that is breathing you now.
