“We’re Gonna Get Canceled” | Hot Takes, Conspiracies & Who’d Survive Prison
2026/09/29
This week on SHEENA INTERRUPTED, everyone has a hot take. Whether they can defend it is another story.
Sheena, TRID, and Lauren debate whether a manicure is worth $73, whether pineapple on pizza still qualifies as controversial, and who would actually survive prison. Along the way, mattress stores come under suspicion, Lauren has questions about childhood back braces, and some very questionable theories are delivered with the confidence of peer-reviewed research.
Plus, Sheena and Lauren share the behind-the-scenes scramble leading up to Sheena’s surprise performance at a Fenway Park proposal. Then, after spending most of the episode giving each other a hard time, they attempt something slightly less familiar: compliments. What starts as a round of saying nice things turns unexpectedly emotional. Turns out the compliments hit harder than the insults.
What’s a hot take you’ll defend no matter what?

Quit the Job, Dump the Guy, Cancel the Friend | Asinine Advice
2026/09/22
Asinine Advice is BACK and “helpful” is open to interpretation.
This week, Sheena, TRID and Lauren (producer) tackle relationship advice, career changes, and friendship dilemmas with very different approaches. Is breaking up over text ever okay? Should you quit your job without another one lined up? And when a friend keeps canceling plans, should you give them grace or find a better friend?
Sheena is thinking through the consequences. TRID is not particularly concerned. From getting over heartbreak and debating ghosting to parenting frustrations and questionable business ideas, everyday problems become anything but straightforward. Plus, Lauren reveals where she found the questions, raising a new one: have their answers gotten any better? Whose advice would you actually take?
Tell us in the comments, and subscribe to Sheena Interrupted for more candid conversations and questionable recommendations.

The Rules of Swearing & a LOT of Oversharing
2026/09/15
Swearing has rules. Oversharing, apparently, does not. In this episode of Sheena Interrupted, Sheena, TRID, and producer Lauren compare their very different ideas about what’s appropriate, from swearing around your parents to what you should never say to your partner.
Naturally, a conversation about manners turns into sharing everyone’s business. We’re talking awkward TV moments with family, falling asleep mid-argument, and why sharing a shower sounds better in theory. Plus, TRID makes the case that the best insults don’t need a single swear word.
We said we’d keep it light. We never said we’d keep it private. Follow the podcast for more!
Bathroom Boundaries & TRID’s Questionable Reality Show
2026/09/08
What if Love Is Blind contestants who don’t find love get sent straight to Naked and Afraid? TRID has a pitch. Someone should probably stop him.
In this episode of Sheena Interrupted, TRID and Lauren (producer) debate bathroom boundaries, how comfortable is too comfortable with your partner, and hotel rooms that take “no privacy” a little too literally. Plus, childhood bullies, Lauren’s unibrow era, and increasingly questionable reality show ideas.
Lauren and TRID keep it real, keep it weird, and somehow end up with a surprisingly memorable episode full of absurd honesty and off-the-cuff comedy.

Is It Disrespectful or Are You Overreacting? | Relationship Rules, Trust & Boundaries
2026/09/01
SHEENA IS BACK (for now). In this episode of Sheena Interrupted, we discuss all of the relationship scenarios guaranteed to divide the group chat.
Would you be mad if your partner posted a photo where they looked great and you looked terrible? What if someone flirted with them, they claimed they were “five minutes away” while still at home, liked an ex’s thirst trap, fell asleep in the middle of an argument, or made a joke about one of your insecurities?
Sheena shares her honest opinions on trust, jealousy, social media boundaries, communication, marriage, and what actually crosses the line. She and Lauren compare modern dating with long-term partnership, talk about how security can grow over time, and decide which relationship offenses are harmless, irritating, or completely disrespectful.

Would You Be Mad If Your Partner Did This? | Thirst Traps, Exes & the App TRID Built for Sheena
2026/08/25
TRID SUMMER continues as producer Lauren puts TRID in the hot seat: are you allowed to be mad when your partner likes thirst traps, keeps photos of an ex, posts a terrible photo of you, lies about being five minutes away or falls asleep mid-argument?
They debate relationship boundaries, jealousy, flirting, trust, social media, insecurities and communication. Then TRID reveals the private app he built for himself and Sheena to stop small frustrations from turning into major fights.
Tune in every Tuesday for honest and hilarious conversations about relationships, marriage, family, communication and everyday life!!

Reading Your Wildest Comments & Blind-Tasting Spicy Chips | TRID SUMMER
2026/08/18
This week on Sheena Interrupted, TRID and Lauren are reading your wildest comments…and the internet certainly has opinions.
They react to everything from over-the-top compliments and relationship questions to eyebrow criticism, an unsolicited ADHD theory, and one listener who was very unimpressed with TRID Summer.
Then TRID and Lauren blind-taste and rank a lineup of unusual and spicy chips, including Golden Sriracha Doritos, Pizza Pringles, Dill Pickle Lay’s, All Dressed chips, Takis Fuego, and Ghost Pepper plantains. Their reactions make absolutely no scientific sense: Lauren can handle Ghost Pepper but nearly gets taken out by a Dorito.
Plus, millennial snack nostalgia, a reality show for partying grandmas, and several business ideas no one should be trusted to pursue.

TRID Mailed His Poop & Lauren Watched WHAT With Her Parents?!
2026/08/11
What do Moulin Rouge, a box of poop, and sleeping in socks have in common? Apparently... this episode.
This week on Sheena Interrupted, TRID and Lauren are left unsupervised...and nothing stays normal for long. They revisit the elaborate lie that convinced Lauren Moulin Rouge would be an adults-only nightmare while she sat directly between her parents. Then TRID explains why he mailed a box labeled “human specimen” through UPS before the two put their strangest everyday habits on trial in a game of Normal or Not: eating in bed, brushing your teeth in the shower, sleeping in socks, speeding up when someone walks behind you, and more.
It’s equal parts oversharing, accidental life advice, and exactly what happens when Sheena leaves TRID and the producer alone with microphones.
You Shave Your Toes?! | Things Women Are Insecure About That Men Never Notice
2026/08/04
Apparently, women have been shaving their toes in silence…and TRID has only just discovered it.
What begins with Lauren admitting that body hair has been one of her deepest insecurities becomes a hilarious and unexpectedly honest conversation about PCOS, beauty standards, aging, motherhood, social media, friendships, and the pressure to look effortlessly “put together.”
Sheena, TRID, Lauren, and Jae unpack why we should never minimize someone else’s insecurity, how confidence changes as we get older, and the clearest difference between real confidence and arrogance: how you respond to feedback.
It’s chaotic, vulnerable, surprisingly wholesome, and a reminder that everyone has something, even when you’d never guess it from the outside.

A Man, A Microphone, And 8 Minutes Of Tangents | TRID SUMMER
2026/06/23
Welcome back to TRID Summer!! This week on Sheena Interrupted, you're getting something a little different. What started as a quick call (with producer Lauren) to plan the podcast, somehow became the podcast. No script. No topic. No direction. Just eight minutes inside TRID's brain.
Along the way, there were new characters, unsolicited life advice, questionable business ventures, and enough tangents to fill an entire episode (literally just 8 minutes).
The best part?
TRID had absolutely no idea he was being recorded and that this was the only content we had for an episode.
So here it is.
Welcome to TRID Summer.
