CREATINE: How it can improve your game ✅
2025/11/24
Curious about creatine and its potential impact on your golf game?
Creatine isn’t just for bodybuilders, it’s one of the most researched supplements in the world and can play a role in strength, endurance, and overall performance, even for golfers.
In this discussion, we dive into how creatine interacts with the ATP system, what research says about its benefits for strength and swing power, and some practical tips for supplementation.
From improving muscular endurance to supporting consistent training performance, creatine has more benefits than most people realise. There are also emerging studies showing possible neurological benefits and improved recovery, making it an interesting addition to a golfer’s fitness plan.
As always, make sure your general diet is solid and consult with your doctor before starting any supplement routine.

GRIP STRENGTH = Longer Drives ✅ The Science Behind It
2025/11/24
Unlock the hidden power of your swing by understanding the crucial role grip strength plays in your driving distance.
Research from Superspeed Golf highlights just how much your hands and upper body influence your ability to maintain club control through the downswing, maximise lag, and generate speed.
A stronger grip doesn’t just mean holding the club tighter, it means engaging your body more effectively, swinging with confidence, and reducing the risk of overuse injuries.
Heavy strength training, from deadlifts to farmers carries, can naturally improve your grip while also building overall power and resilience. Many amateur golfers don’t realise how much distance they’re leaving on the tee due to weak grip strength, and the difference can be significant – sometimes adding dozens of extra yards.

ELBOW PAIN: Treatment and management
2025/11/24
Elbow pain is one of the most common injuries golfers face, often appearing as either golfers elbow or tennis elbow. Both can be frustrating, impact your game, and make every swing uncomfortable if left unmanaged. These injuries stem from overuse, technique issues, grip pressure, and even practice surfaces.
Golfers elbow affects the inside of the elbow and is linked to wrist flexion during your swing, while tennis elbow impacts the outside of the elbow, commonly the lead arm, from resisting wrist extension. Both conditions can be aggravated by factors such as practice mats, improper swing mechanics, and rapid increases in training or practice load.
Management strategies include addressing strength and movement imbalances, monitoring practice intensity, using supportive braces when necessary, and ensuring proper equipment and technique. Paying attention to load management, forearm and wrist strength, and overall swing efficiency can make a huge difference in preventing recurring pain.

Gain 11 Yards With Carbon Insoles? 💥
2025/11/24
Carbon insoles are making waves in golf circles, promising more clubhead speed, extra distance, and potentially less pain on the course. From tour pros to research studies, there’s a lot of discussion around whether these insoles actually deliver results.
In this podcast, I explore the science behind carbon insoles, including studies that measure improvements in vertical and broad jumps, as well as real-world tests on clubhead speed and yardage. Some golfers have reported gains of up to 11 yards in distance and increased accuracy – but as always, results vary from person to person.
For anyone serious about golf performance, understanding how your equipment interacts with your body is key. Ground force, stability, and energy transfer play a huge role in generating speed – and carbon insoles could be a small but meaningful piece of that puzzle.
