Ted Lasso Season 4, Episode 10: "Being Alive"
2026/10/12
Spencer and Lee review the finale of Season 4 of Apple TV+'s "Ted Lasso." Let us know what you think! www.mangumtalks.com or [email protected]
Ted Lasso Season 4, Episode 9: "Mae Rides the Bus"
2026/10/04
Spencer and Lee break down the penultimate episode of Ted Lasso. A few notes on this one- Lee lost the initial recording, so you're hearing a version 2 of this particular episode (which is also why the pod is a few days late- SORRY!)... also, the guys *didn't love* this episode. In any case, a fun episode to discuss. Also in this one, Lee explains why Fields of Dreams is Kiss. Let us know what you think! [email protected] or www.mangumtalks.com
Ted Lasso Season 4, Episode 8: "Follow the Anger"
2026/09/25
The mood is more positive this week as the show takes on Roy/ Keeley, A League of their Own, sports injuries, All The President's Men, hostile corporate takeovers, and what else motivates the Lady Greyhounds (besides "Believe"). The guys continue to praise Tonya Reynold's portrayal of Coach Alice Chilton and they've even come around on Rebecca. A good Sportscenter Top 10 this week with an Academy Awards guessing game. Let us know what you think? www.mangumtalks.com or [email protected].
Ted Lasso Season 4, Episode 7: "Yes and Baby"
2026/09/18
Warning: Lee *did not* enjoy this episode and doesn't hold back. Spencer attempts to balance the pod with some positivity but that's not his natural state. Some great criticism in this one, but if you enjoyed the episode, be warned... the guys had qualms. Thank you for listening! Let us know what you think: www.mangumtalks.com or [email protected]
Ted Lasso Season 4, Episode 6 "Don't Jump Around Much Anymore"
2026/09/11
It's the return of Jamie Tartt!!! Spencer and Lee had *completely* different reactions to this episode. Spencer comes in with boxing gloves taped up, on-brand unhappy with the course of the season. Meanwhile, it seems Lee took a dose of Lasso and would like to focus on the positive. Great discussion from two guys who have definitely jumped around in the house of pain. Let us know what you think! www.mangumtalks.com or [email protected]
Silo Season 3, Episode 10: "Troy"
2026/09/09
Spencer and Lee review the finale of Season 3 of the Apple TV+ series "Silo" and look ahead to season 4. Check us out at www.mangumtalks.com or [email protected]
Ted Lasso Season 4, Episode 5: "Riches of Embarassment"
2026/09/05
Spencer and Lee report in from Dragon Con in Atlanta! They cover what is increasingly becoming a tale of two shows: one they like, and one they have notes on (we're looking at you, Janeard). It's a wonderful long holiday weekend (in the states) and the guys are in-person for some Lasso talk. Let us know what you think! www.mangumtalks.com or [email protected]
Silo Season 3, Episode 9: "Farewell"
2026/08/31
Spencer and Lee review the explosive, penulimate episode of season 3 of Apple TV+'s Silo- episode 9, "Farewell". Let us know what you think! www.mangumtalks.com or [email protected]
Ted Lasso Season 4, Episode 4: "Greyhounds' Day Off"
2026/08/28
Spencer and Lee break down a bar fight, Tracy Ulman's new character, Bohea (Wuyi) tea, and all things Roy and Keely. They start out disagreeing on this episode but, in typical Lasso fashion, find accord by the end. Plus, Lee announces the Best Line of Lasso Ever (at least this week). Check us out at www.mangumtalks.com! We're an amateur podcast doing the best we can, but please let us know how we can get better- [email protected].
Silo Season 3, Episode 8: "Grey Goo"
2026/08/24
Spencer and Lee dive into the pen-penultimate episode of the Apple TV+ series "Silo." The have a *significant* amount of notes for one of the timelines, and they have a lot of questions about the lightbulb/murder/ whatever-it-is plot line in Silo 18. At the end, Lee does a book-spoilers-up-to-now segment to drive home just how far afield this show as drifted from the source material (not that there's anything wrong with that). Check us out! www.mangumtalks.com or let us know what you think at [email protected].
Ted Lasso Season 4, Episode 3: "Richmond's Got Talent"
2026/08/21
Spencer and Lee drink tea, debate BBQ and dive into just what's going on what the Rebecca plot lines. Lee debuts a hot take about the legacy characters, they break down the new additions to the Richmond team, and urge Roy to settle down. Another fun episode in the world of Lasso. www.mangumtalks.com or [email protected]
Silo Season 3, Episode 7: "Radio"
2026/08/17
Spencer and Lee start this this one disagreeing about the overall quality and effectiveness of the episode. They move onto discuss the various plots in both major timelines and debut a few predictions about the last four episodes of the season. Also, at the end, Lee announces the next show Mangum Talks TV will be covering! Check us out at mangumtalks.com, or contact us directly at [email protected] or facebook.com/mangumtalks
Ted Lasso Season 4, Episode 2: "Curiouser and Curiouser"
2026/08/14
Ted is back in England! Spencer and Lee are back to the old format! Ahh, nostalgia. Feels good. The guys start with Biscuits with the Boss, Tea Time with Lee, a full breakdown of the episode, then they wrap up with the Sportscenter Top 10 (not 9, not 11). A great conversation, wherein they only raved about the new cast member Tanya Reynolds for no more than half the episode. Also- Spencer gets serious! Let us know what you think! www.mangumtalks.com or [email protected] or facebook.com/mangumtalks
House of the Dragon Season 3, Episode 8: "Treasons at Tumbleton"
2026/08/12
Spencer and Lee review a fiery, blockbuster finale of House of the Dragon season 3. Spoiler: Spencer shows up to this one a la Daemon outside that walls of Tumbleton. Thank you for joining us for our coverage of season 3 of HBO's House of the Dragon! We hope you'll stay subscribed, as we'll be back with coverage of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms season 2, House of the Dragon season 4 (eventually), and a lot, lot, more. For now, we continue descending the Silo and seeing what Ted's up to in Missouri (or is it Kansas? Or England?) Let us know what you think! www.mangumtalks.com or [email protected] or facebook.com/mangumtalks
Silo Season 3, Episode 6: "The Drive"
2026/08/09
Spencer and Lee have a grand old time talking through the exact dynamics of the Daniel and Helen budding romance, Juliet's showdown with the maybe-AI, Harriet Walter's A+ performance and what feels off about Knox and Shirley. Good times. Let us know what you think: mangumtalks.com or [email protected] or facebook.com/mangumtalks
