BREAKING: Indigenous Tribunal's Bioweapon Declaration
2025/10/16
I’m honoured to have Dr. Joseph Sansone as today’s guest. We share connections through folks like James Roguski, Karen Kingston and Lawyer Lisa (Lisa Miron), who’ve been pushing to classify mRNA shots as biological weapons. That has officially happened now!
On October 5th, 2025, the AIN released a declaration stating “This Tribunal finds and hereby declares that the COVID-19 injections, mRNA injections, or mRNA nanoparticle injections, are in fact biological and technological weapons of mass destruction”.
You can read the full declaration by clicking here or clicking the image below:
You can read Dr Sansone and Lawyer Lisa’s article on all of this here:
Today, I want to unpack Joe’s case, the bills he’s introduced, the backstory, and what this means moving forward, especially since these shots are still recommended in places like Canada!
Key Points Discussed
Here’s a breakdown of what we discuss on today’s show as well as some links to articles and resources:
* Joe’s Journey: Joe, a psychotherapist fighting “psychopathic authoritarianism,” started this fight in May 2021. After 18 months, he got his county Republican Party in Florida to pass a resolution in February 2023 declaring the shots as bioweapons. This spread to Idaho and Arizona Republican parties, calling on governors and attorneys general to enforce laws.
* Legal Battles: Joe filed a writ of mandamus in March 2024 to force Florida’s governor and attorney general to act, backed by a literature review from Karen Kingston. Though he lost the appeal in October due to niche case law, he filed a new case on December 1, 2024, arguing his heart surgery and congestive heart failure resulted from shedding. He’s invoking Florida’s weapons of mass destruction law (790.166), informed consent, and fraud laws, plus the Florida Civil Rights Act for public safety rights.
* Joe’s case includes nine affidavits from experts like Dr. Francis Boyle (author of the 1989 Biological Weapons Act), Dr. Zywiec, Dr. Ana Mihalcea, Dr Paul Alexander, Dr David Speicher, and others, plus 100 citations (80 studies) showing harm. The intent to harm, backed by the Kansas vs. Pfizer case, is central to his “knowingness standard” argument. You can read all affidavits as part of the AIN declaration here.
* AIN Breakthrough: The Alliance of Indigenous Nations (AIN) ruling, supported by Lisa Miron, declared mRNA shots bioweapons — the world’s first governing body to do so. Joe helped with affidavits, and this order, filed as a persuasive authority, could inspire global action.
* The Sansone Bill: Joe drafted the Sansone mRNA Bioweapers Prohibition Act, introduced in Minnesota, recognizing these shots are already illegal under existing bioweapons laws. It adds criminal and civil liability for non-enforcement, aiming to pressure officials across 50 states and 55 countries. Read the Sansone Bill here:
* Broader Impact: we posit that this targets all mRNA products, including self-amplifying versions, potentially covering future shots. With a “pandemic industry” looming (e.g., bird flu mandates), this ruling is timely.
* Action Steps: Share the AIN order widely to counter censorship. Use it in lawsuits, pressure tribal nations for similar rulings, and overwhelm the system with cases. Joe stresses maximum pressure, mimicking the Civil Rights Movement’s persistence, to force accountability.
* The Stakes: With 75% of shot recipients showing immune damage (per Dr. Vila) and potential species-threatening effects, denial won’t undo the harm. Joe sees this as depopulation, technocratic slavery, and transhumanism, requiring asymmetrical resistance.

Maggie Braun, founder of KICLEI Canada, joins me to discuss how local communities can fight back against global agendas infiltrating municipal governance. I was excited to record this because Maggie’s local, boots-on-the-ground style of activism dovetails perfectly with much of what I have been covering lately.
If this is a new-ish conversation for you, I suggest reading this primer series on Maggie’s (KICLEI’s) substack:
Episode Highlights:
* Localism as the Antidote: I’ve been hammering home that globalism can’t be beaten at the federal level. Voting and policy shifts aren’t cutting it. The courts and judiciary appear to be captured too. Local action, as also discussed with Shelagh McFarlane, is where change happens. Maggie’s work aligns perfectly, pushing for community-driven governance over UN-driven mandates.
* Maggie’s Mission: Maggie Braun founded KICLEI Canada to restore transparency and accountability in Canadian municipalities. She tackles unaccountable influences like the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) and ICLEI, working with councils and citizens to protect energy security, property rights, and local decision-making.
* From Climate Curiosity to Action: Maggie’s journey began with her ecosystem management background, questioning climate change narratives in college. Post-COVID, her involvement in the convoy sparked a shift, leading her to uncover how UN directives shape local councils. Her viral Peterborough delegation in 2023 was a springboard, inspiring others to engage locally.
* UN Infiltration Exposed: Maggie reveals how ICLEI, founded by the UN in 1990 to “restructure human society” via local governments, partners with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM). This shift turns local councils into conduits for voluntary UN programs, like climate action plans (among others), tied to federal funding with hidden costs.
* The Cost of Climate Plans: These plans start as “free” but spiral into expensive data collection (smart tech, cameras, livestock counts), fleet transitions to EVs, and infrastructure overhauls. Maggie cites Lethbridge’s bike lanes, where winter maintenance costs jumped from $6,000 to $18,000 per kilometer, draining local funds for multinational carbon markets.
* 15-Minute Cities Insight: Maggie sees 15-minute cities as a profit-driven scheme, not just a totalitarian lockdown. They redirect population to high-density urban hubs, favouring big corporations (e.g., Tim Hortons, Walmart) while killing small towns and businesses with green regulations.
* Propaganda Pressure: I note the relentless climate change narrative we are being bombarded with daily. Every extreme weather event (floods, droughts, fires, hurricanes, etc.) are blamed on climate change, while dissenting scientists are silenced. This intimidates councils and citizens, who either buy into the official narrative or tune out for fear of blowback from their constituents. Either way, the result is the slow adoption of technocratic solutions creeping into our towns and municipalities.
* Wins and Solutions: Maggie’s boots-on-the-ground approach is paying off. KICLEI’s network educates councils with reports and resolutions, fostering allies. Wins include Thorold withdrawing from a climate program, Lethbridge lowering its reduction target (saving $63 million), and Oxford County pushing for cost analyses. New resources help councils audit expenses effectively.
* Bill C-5 Concern: I raise Bill C-5, a federal move to override local decisions, like funding EV infrastructure. Maggie warns it’s a backup plan if municipalities resist, urging vigilance.
* Global Call to Action: Maggie’s strategies apply worldwide. Check your council’s ties to ICLEI and local federations, then use KICLEI’s resources to push back. The fight against net-zero agendas is universal.

Bill Gates, Albert Bourla Get Sued in Dutch Court
2025/07/26
In this jaw-dropping interview, Dutch independent media journalist and citizen activist, Erica Krikke of Zebra Inspiratie, discusses the ongoing court case against Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, former Dutch PM Mark Rutte and other high profile people.
Social media blew up towards the end of last year with reports that “Bill Gates has been arrested” and “Nurember 2.0 has begun”. In today’s episode we trace things all the way back to the beginning of this story and fill in all the details.
I encourage you to read Erica’s 2 articles that cover most of this story — here and here.
This precedent-setting case takes many twists and turns with the elites looking like they are doing everything in their power to stop this case from moving forward. From claiming jurisdictional issues to postponing court dates it is clear they are stalling.
The most shocking part of this story is that the lead attorney, has been arrested and locked up in one of the harshest Dutch prisons reserved for dangerous criminals. His “charges”? Domestic terrorism!
If this case goes through we could see a tidal wave of accountability around the world.
This is a must-share episode!

Repeal The PREP Act
2025/07/22
Show sponsor: VP.Net— protect your privacy with the most iron-clad VPN on the internet. Subscribe today by clicking here
Today I’m joined by James Roguski to discuss a major development in the fight against the PREP Act, a law shielding Big Pharma and medical providers from liability. James shares breaking news about new legislation to repeal it, exposing its corrupt roots and global implications. We also touch on how this ties to international health policies and the push for accountability.
Check out James’ detailed and thorough article below which includes steps on how to take action:
Episode Highlights:
* PREP Act Exposed: James breaks down the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, enacted in 2005 via a sneaky attachment to a must-pass bill for Hurricane Katrina relief and war funding. It grants immunity to pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and others for harms caused by “covered countermeasures” (e.g., vaccines, PCR tests, ventilators, remdesivir) during declared emergencies.
* Breaking News: Representative Thomas Massie has introduced House Resolution 4388 to repeal the PREP Act, a huge step toward accountability. James, who’s been pushing for this for years, is thrilled but notes the challenge: securing 216 more House votes and 51 Senate votes.
* Corrupt Origins: The PREP Act was slipped into law amid post-9/11 fears of biological warfare, originally meant to protect military and medical personnel. Instead, it’s become a blanket shield for industry, allowing unchecked harm under vague “emergency” declarations by the HHS Secretary.
* Global Impact: While U.S.-centric, the PREP Act affects the world, as victims of U.S.-made products (e.g., Pfizer vaccines) can’t sue in U.S. courts. James connects this to similar liability shields globally, referencing a Dutch case against Bill Gates as a sign of growing pushback.
* Constitutional Violations: The Act bypasses due process, jury trials, and state laws, centralizing power with the HHS Secretary. James highlights its unconstitutionality, citing opposition from figures like Ted Kennedy and Joe Biden in 2005.
* Call to Action: James urges listeners to visit www.repealtheprepact.com to sign a petition (2,000+ U.S. supporters, 350+ globally) and contact Congress to back HR 4388. He emphasizes the need to raise awareness, as most people are unaware of this “legalized tyranny.”
* Profit Over People: The PREP Act, paired with the CARES Act, incentivized harmful protocols (e.g., ventilators, Remdesivir) with payouts, while safe alternatives were sidelined. James calls it “medical murder” enabled by immunity.

Who Really Rules The World?

Frances Leader is a researcher who’s spent years unraveling the historical threads of power, particularly the shadowy influence of the “Black Nobility”. I first encountered Frances’s work through a podcast years ago that introduced me to this concept, and her Substack has since become a go-to for understanding the hidden forces shaping our world. Frances and I also share a passion for alternative and holistic health — a topic we work our way into during the second half of this episode.
I’m delighted to finally meet Frances after following her work for some time now. She’s spent over a decade researching the Black Nobility, meticulously compiling her findings despite being de-platformed from mainstream platforms — another thing we share. She moved to Substack to share her extensive library, which draws from old books - pre-1950s, unfiltered by AI or modern censorship. Her work uncovers the hidden international crime syndicate behind the Black Nobility, a topic Wikipedia glosses over with curated, sanitized narratives.
The term “Black Nobility” is relatively modern, coined by these families themselves to sound mysterious and occult. Their origins trace back to the Roman Empire, claiming descent from senators driven out by the Visigoths centuries ago. Fleeing to the marshes of northern Italy, they founded Venice, a pirate stronghold that dominated Mediterranean trade. From Venice, they expanded to Amsterdam and then the City of London with William of Orange, establishing a financial empire independent of Britain.
Here are the episode highlights:
* The Human Shield Tactic: Frances reveals how the Black Nobility use “human shields” to deflect blame. The British Empire, for instance, was never truly British—it was their empire, mislabeled to make the British people take the fall for its atrocities. Frances points out similar tactics today, like using Israel as a pawn to absorb global criticism while the real orchestrators (descendants of Roman senators) stay hidden. From the Rothschilds to BlackRock and Vanguard, these are just employees managing the Nobility’s wealth.
* The Three (Now Four) Power Centers: The Black Nobility operate through three key hubs: the Vatican (spiritual control), Washington, D.C. (military), and the City of London (finance). Each is an independent entity, not part of their respective nations. Frances drops a bombshell about a fourth hub emerging in Astana, Kazakhstan, a city built this century with in-your-face symbolism—phoenix gardens, Judaic towers, and ties to the ancient Tengri religion. Astana’s financial center adopting English as its official language is a clue it’s becoming a globalist nerve center. I note how London’s financial district has quieted post-lockdowns, with businesses moving online, signalling a shift to places like Astana where BRICS meetings hint at a unified global agenda, not a NATO-BRICS divide.
* The Financial Trap: Frances breaks down the immoral banking system: central banks create money as loans, forcing us to repay with interest we must borrow again to cover—a perpetual debt cycle. I share how Canada’s Banking Act renewal and bank branch closures signal a push toward centralized digital currencies (CBDCs). National debts are skyrocketing, yet Black Nobility families hold trillions under the Vatican’s umbrella. Catherine Austin Fitts’s work on the missing $21 trillion in U.S. ledgers underscores this theft. Frances’s solution? Ditch their system entirely, like the Bradbury Pound or Greenbacks, and create our own currencies without interest. I tie this to sovereignty—self-governance means breaking free from their financial stranglehold.
* No Legal Recourse: I ask if international laws like the Geneva Protocols or The Hague offer hope, but Frances is blunt: the United Nations, set up by the Black Nobility via the Club of Rome, is a trap. The Vatican’s observer seat and the City of London’s “Remembrancer” in British Parliament ensure these entities are untouchable. The judiciary is captured, leaving no avenue to prosecute. Even grassroots uprisings, like the French Revolution, were orchestrated by rival aristocrats to eliminate competition. I muse about “white hats” or military saviours, but Frances dismisses this, saying that every major revolution has their fingerprints, and true grassroots leaders get silenced or worse.
* Health Impacts of neighbouring: Shifting gears, I ask Frances about her work on electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs). She shares a chilling personal story: in 2013, while speaking at an anti-fracking protest, she was hit in the kidney by a “ray gun” device, causing her health to plummet from perfect fitness to a heart attack and stroke. Her son, an electronics whiz, hardwired her home to minimize EMFs, but neighbouring Wi-Fi still bleeds in. Frances links EMF exposure to COVID-like symptoms and vaccine reactions, citing hotspots like Wuhan, Tehran, and Bergamo where 5G rollouts preceded outbreaks.
* The Destabilization Agenda: I connect the dots to a broader destabilization campaign: wars, migration, and economic collapse all serve to usher in a New World Order with digital IDs and CBDCs. Frances references Thomas P. Barnett’s Pentagon Brief, dividing the world into “core” countries (like the U.S. and Europe) forced to accept migrants and poverty, and “gap” regions (Africa, Middle East) cleared out via conflict. We touch on how the UN’s 2000 Replacement Migration document and their 2018 Migration Compact green-lights this overwhelm of social systems. In the UK, Frances sees resistance growing, especially in Ireland, where people are pushing back against mass immigration. But protests, like the million-strong march against the Iraq War, change nothing…the Black Nobility’s agenda rolls on.
* Hope in Human Creativity: Despite the bleak picture, Frances is optimistic. She scoffs at Yuval Harari’s claim that “useless eaters” will be pacified with drugs and games. As an activist who’s scraped by, she knows humans are inventive under pressure. I agree, noting my community’s growing chatter about self-sufficiency—knowing farmers, focusing on health, and rebuilding local ties. The antidote to globalism is localism, but I lament how online life has eroded real-world communities. Frances, now an elder, sees it as our role to study and strategize while younger generations focus on survival.

Restoring Peace, Order & Good Governance

Welcome back! In this podcast I sit down with Shelagh McFarlane, also known as SheLaw, to explore the fight for local sovereignty. I met Shelagh at a panel discussion in Huntsville, Ontario, where we connected over our shared passion for taking back our communities from globalist agendas. Her Peace, Order, and Good Governance (POGG) protocol offers practical steps to challenge the corporate capture of our municipalities. This episode is a deep dive into actionable solutions and a great one to share with friends and family.
Episode Highlights
* Why I’m Diving into Sovereignty: Lately, I’ve been obsessed with sovereignty, building on conversations with folks like Matthew Ehret, Dan Oke, and Cal Washington, and my research into the monetization of human capital via birth certificates. I’ve realized that traditional remedies like protests haven’t worked, and the system offers no real solutions. That’s why Shelagh’s POGG protocol excites me: it’s a tangible way forward, worthy of exploration even if we don’t have all the answers yet.
Read my long-from article below for background context:
* Shelagh’s Journey: Shelagh’s story is powerful. She stumbled across the UN’s Agenda 21 documents in the mid-2000s, revealing how public-private partnerships infiltrate local sovereignty, undermining land rights and bodily autonomy. By 2014, she and her late husband challenged mortgage fraud with TD Canada Trust and ran for local office to restore the mayor’s role as a fiduciary trustee. After her husband’s tragic loss in 2018, the 2022 truckers’ convoy and COVID policies exposed the UN’s de facto control, spurring Sheila to run for mayor in Guelph to fight back. Her passion and persistence are inspiring.
* The Sovereignty Challenge: I’ve noticed that the sovereignty space often feels ethereal, full of big ideas but lacking clear action. Shelagh’s work stands out because it’s practical. She’s laid out logical steps to address corruption and move beyond just understanding the problem to actually doing something about it.
* What is POGG?: Shelagh breaks down Peace, Order, and Good Governance (POGG) in two ways:
* Lawful Doctrine: Rooted in the Hudson’s Bay Charter, it demands that governments align with peace, welfare, and good governance. If they don’t, they’re illegitimate, and we have a duty to replace them.
* Legal Clause (Section 91, Canadian Charter): This allows the Crown to intervene during emergencies, as we saw with COVID mandates. Shelagh’s POGG protocol leverages the lawful doctrine to restore local control peacefully, without military involvement, unlike some other approaches.
* The Corporate Takeover: Shelagh explains how our municipalities are captured by corporate structures. Mayors swear a declaration of office to the municipal corporation, not the people, acting as heads of council under provincial control. Chief Administrative Officers (CAOs), appointed by the province, hold higher authority, directing mayors to enforce bylaws like those during COVID. When we vote, our all-caps legal name ties us to electing corporate officers, not public servants, linking municipalities to UN agendas through public-private partnerships. It’s a shocking revelation that our votes aren’t what we think.
Read here for more context:
Thanks for reading Onward Podcast with Brett Hawes! This post is public so feel free to share it.
* The POGG Protocol: Here’s where it gets exciting. Sheila’s POGG protocol is about re-oathing mayors and councillors to serve as fiduciaries for the people, not corporations. The steps include:
* Approaching elected officials to inform them of their mistaken oath and urging them to re-oath as public trustees.
* If they refuse, challenging their legitimacy, as their seats are vacant due to election fraud (taking the wrong oath).
* Separating public securities (our all-caps entities, like birth certificates and land titles) into a trust account managed by the mayor as trustee, safe-harboring them from corporate control. This process restores local governance, letting communities reject globalist policies like 15-minute cities or vaccine mandates and control their own resources.
* Fiduciary Duty in Plain English: A fiduciary is someone trusted to act for another’s benefit, managing public securities (like our estates tied to birth certificates) to protect the community, not corporate interests. A re-oathed mayor becomes a trustee for the people, safeguarding our assets.
* The Estate and Monetization: I’ve been vocal about how birth certificates create a corporate entity (our all-caps name) used as collateral on global debt markets, based on our projected lifetime taxes and earnings. Shelagh explains that a re-oathed mayor can safe-harbour these securities, allowing us to co-manage or redeem our estate for necessities like housing or education—not cashing out some mythical fortune, but securing our basic needs.
* Accountability Concerns: I wrestle with whether re-oathing officials lets them off the hook for past harms, like COVID mandates. Shelagh reassures me that restored governance is grassroots-driven. We, the people, instruct the mayor and council on what to do, flipping the top-down model. By safe-harbouring our securities, we block municipal, provincial, or federal charges (like fines or taxes), dismantling their financial control. It’s not about letting officials off the hook, it’s about empowering communities to hold them accountable.
* Practical Steps: So, how do we do this? Shelagh says we approach mayors or councillors and ask them to re-oath. If they agree, they inform the corporation of the legal mistake and reclaim their role as public trustees. If they refuse, we can challenge their election as fraudulent (since they took the wrong oath) or approach past candidates to step in. Groups preparing for the next local election (October 2026) can organize now, forming assemblies to flip vacant seats and restore lawful governance. It’s about local action: writing letters, meeting officials, and standing firm as peaceful inhabitants, not corporate entities.
* Bill C-5 and the Globalist Push: I bring up a breaking issue — Canada’s Bill C-5, which gives the federal government power to override local municipal decisions. It’s a blatant move to centralize control, undermining democracy. Shelagh sees it as a desperate act by a system losing its grip, like a bad chess move to delay the inevitable. It underscores why local sovereignty is critical and the antidote to globalist overreach is decentralization. They’re scared because we’re waking up.
* The Spiritual Dimension: I emphasize that this is a massive spiritual undertaking. We can’t dismantle the system with its own tools or wait for a saviour. This is about self-empowerment, stepping into uncharted territory to reclaim our power. Shelagh agrees, likening it to the child in The Emperor’s New Clothes calling out the truth. Once we see the system’s fraud, we can stand together in lawful jurisdiction, supported by our numbers.
* A Vision for the Future: I love Shelagh’s vision of re-oathed mayors and councillors holding space for the people, stopping globalist agendas, and enabling us to rebuild. From local food markets to health centres, we can take back control. It’s governance by the people, for the people, rooted in local assemblies and community needs. Canada’s lack of a true founding document makes this urgent—we’re in an abusive system, and this flips the power back to us.
Shelagh’s POGG protocol is a game-changer, offering a clear path to reclaim our towns and live as free men and women. It’s not easy, and I’ll admit I get a bit blackpilled sometimes, but the more I learn, the more I believe we must pursue this. I’m sharing all the documents we discussed in the show notes. Take them to your local municipality and act. This is about our kids, our communities, and our future.

The Historical Fight Against the Oligarchy
2025/07/03
Show sponsor: VP.Net— protect your privacy with the most iron-clad VPN on the internet. Subscribe today by clicking here
Hey everyone, welcome back to another episode of Onward! Today I’m excited to have my friend Matthew Ehret back for a follow-up conversation that dives deep into the historical patterns of resistance against tyranny and what that means for us today. If you missed our last episode, where we unpacked the architects behind Canada’s decline, you can catch that here:
This time, we’re shifting gears to explore moments in history when the people fought back and won, and whether we’re seeing those same patterns today. As with any organic conversation, we get into all sorts of nooks and crannies in this one.
Key Topics Discussed
* Introduction: I kick things off by reflecting on the hopelessness many feel today—whether it’s post-election blues in Canada or the global chaos unfolding. Matt’s last episode got me thinking about times when the “victors won,” when the people triumphed over oppressive systems. We’re here to dig into those historical wins and see if they offer hope for our current struggles.
* Historical Patterns of Resistance: Matt frames the conversation around moments when the “oligarchy failed.” He describes the oligarchy as a persistent, parasitic force throughout history, one that thrives in the shadows and recoils when exposed. Yet, history shows us times when their influence was curbed, and freedom flourished—stories often hidden by those in power. Matt’s research, from his Untold History of Canada series to The Clash of the Two Americas and Revenge of the Mystery Cults, uncovers these pivotal moments.
* The Personal Journey: Matt shares his own path from nihilism to hope, sparked by uncovering lies like 9/11 and JFK’s assassination. He wrestled with despair in the early 2000s, questioning if the oligarchy always wins. His quest for answers led him to study historical victories over this “death cult” and how they inform today’s fight. I relate, noting how many are waking up post-COVID, feeling powerless against a system that seems rigged.
* The Power of Culture: Matt emphasizes the oligarchy’s fear of humanity’s creative spark. When people tap into their divine potential—through art, music, science, or political freedom—the oligarchy loses ground. He cites Benjamin Franklin’s efforts to uplift colonial culture through literacy, publishing, and science, laying the groundwork for the American Revolution. This cultural maturity was key to defeating oligarchical control.
* The Sovereign Nation-State: Matt argues that the nation-state, when wielded by principled leaders, is a powerful tool against the oligarchy. Historically, victories came when people organized around this “metaphysical technology” to defend humanity. The oligarchy’s obsession with dismantling nation-states for a globalist system underscores their fear of this power.
* Canada’s Struggle: We lament Canada’s lack of significant pushback against encroaching control. Matt points to Alberta’s separatist movement as a spark of resistance, but warns it lacks the cultural and educational sophistication needed to succeed. He contrasts this with Canada’s failed 1837-38 rebellion, where impatience and poor strategy led to defeat.
* Cultural Warfare: Matt dives into how the oligarchy shapes culture through psyops like CIA’s MK Ultra, Hollywood, and even Super Bowl halftime shows. From the British Invasion to films like 2001: A Space Odyssey, these are deliberate efforts to weaken our sense of truth and beauty. He mentions CERN and its occult undertones, like the Kali statue, as part of this cultural manipulation.
* The Spiritual War: We explore the idea of a spiritual war, where the oligarchy’s Manichaean cosmology—equating good and evil as equal forces—justifies their dark actions. Matt argues this is a fallacy; light (truth, creation) is substantial, while darkness (entropy, destruction) is merely its absence. The oligarchy’s “magic tricks” rely on our inability to imagine their evil, as H.G. Wells noted.
* Science and Subversion: Matt reveals how the Rockefeller Foundation corrupted science, promoting figures like Niels Bohr who denied knowable truth in favour of probabilistic models. This paved the way for untestable concepts like dark matter and string theory, aligning with the oligarchy’s occult agenda to confuse and control.
* Historical Victories: Matt highlights key moments when the oligarchy was thwarted:
* Golden Renaissance (15th-16th Century): Figures like Nicholas of Cusa and Dante Alighieri championed natural law, fostering a cultural and scientific explosion that broke the Dark Age’s grip.
* Warren Harding (1921-23): Harding disrupted the League of Nations’ globalist agenda by forging bilateral treaties, only to be likely murdered for it.
* Franklin Roosevelt (1932-45): FDR torpedoed the 1932 London Conference and broke up Wall Street banks, thwarting a fascist one-world government. His alliances during WWII further delayed the oligarchy’s plans.
* The Trump Question: We grapple with Donald Trump’s role. Is he a philosopher king like FDR, a well-intentioned patriot navigating a corrupt system, or a controlled player in a larger game? Matt leans toward Trump being a good-hearted figure working within constraints, but he’s wary of transhumanist influences around him. The debate—17D chess vs. controlled opposition—remains unresolved.
* A Citizen’s Movement: Matt stresses that waiting for a saviour is a trap. A viable citizen’s movement requires educated, courageous leaders who reject the death cult’s cosmology. Practical steps include reinstating Glass-Steagall legislation to defuse economic bombs and fostering international cooperation with nations like Russia and China to avoid war and prioritize human progress. He’s skeptical of micro-economies or off-grid solutions, as they leave us vulnerable to a centralized enemy.
* A Revolution in Consciousness: I propose that a spiritual evolution—self-reflection and a return to shared values—might be key. Matt agrees, noting that crises force self-examination, but we must cultivate our noble human qualities to resist consumerist sheepdom. The erosion of national identity and rapid societal shifts demand we find common ground.
* UFOs and Final Thoughts: We touch on the UFO narrative as another oligarchical psyop, with Matt referencing his documentary series The Hidden Hand Behind UFOs. We wrap up with gratitude for the conversation and a call to keep exploring these ideas.

In this mind-expanding episode of Onward Podcast, I’m joined by Dan Oke, a returning guest, and his mentor, Sensei Phil, who’s been diving deep into sovereignty and systemic issues since the 1980s. Buckle up — this is a dense, thought-provoking conversation that weaves together personal sovereignty, collective action, military law, and the spiritual war we’re navigating.
In this episode, we pick up where we left off with Dan, exploring the next steps in reclaiming sovereignty. Dan shares a personal update about the challenges he and his wife, Yayoi, are facing, including a recent deportation threat despite her serving only three months of house arrest. They’ve been tirelessly filing paperwork, submitting evidence, and launching a Change.org petition titled Canada, the Quiet Killer: A State in Dishonour. This petition isn’t just a call for change — it’s rooted in the Law of War Manual, declaring civilian non-combatant status and demanding protections, reparations, and remedy for victims of systemic harm.
Click here to sign the petition
Phil brings a wealth of perspective, framing Canada as a lawless corporation that ignores due process and weaponizes agencies like the CRA against its people. He argues we’re in a multilayered war—physical, under military law, and spiritual, tied to a 13-millennia-long battle for consciousness.
We dive into the Law of War Manual, particularly Section 11, which outlines our obligation to exhaust every remedy before military intervention steps in. Phil also touches on advanced technologies, like the Golden Dome, a consciousness-protecting interface, and the Tesseract, an infinite energy source allegedly used by the “White Hats” to thwart cabal plans, like the MH370 incident in 2014.
We get candid about the controversial figure of Donald Trump. I admit I’m on the fence, wrestling with whether the “White Hats” and Trump are truly orchestrating a global liberation or if it’s a stretch for many to buy into (I speak about this in my preamble introduction). Phil insists Trump’s military, backed by off-world tech, has already bankrupted corporate entities like Washington, DC, and Canada, setting the stage for a new, sovereign financial system. He predicts a collapse of the old system — Canada, the UK, France, and Germany included — to make way for a North American republic under a new paradigm.
On the spiritual front, Phil emphasizes that true sovereignty starts within. He urges us to clear our DNA of past traumas, protect our consciousness, and connect with the planet’s etheric grid to manifest a reality of abundance and unity. It might seem a bit “out there” to some, but it resonates with the shift I’m seeing in people around me: folks waking up, questioning old narratives, and seeking inner transformation.
This episode is a call to action: support the petition, dive into the resources (Law of War Manual, Iron Mountain Document, Paradigm Report), and do the inner work to elevate your consciousness. I’m still processing it all, and I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

The Architects Behind Canada’s Decline
2025/05/28
In this episode of Onward, I’m joined by Canadian historian, geopolitical analyst, and investigative journalist Matthew Ehret for one of the most eye-opening conversations I’ve had in a while. We trace the roots of Canada’s current political and economic crisis back through a web of crown corporations, foreign interference, and a long-standing strategy to undermine national sovereignty: not just in Canada, but across the so-called democratic West.
Matthew lays out the hidden history of our country’s unratified constitutional structure and how Canada’s legal and political system has been shaped more by external interests than by democratic will. We explore how institutions like the Privy Council Office, crown corporations, and even global finance powerhouses all play a role in this orchestration.
We trace how Canada was structured from its inception as a colonial asset, and how figures like Vincent Massey, C.D. Howe, and later Mark Carney played key roles in steering the country toward deeper integration with globalist institutions — not as representatives of Canadian interests, but as managers of empire.
Matthew lays out the timeline of how this unfolded:
* From the 1867 British North America Act, which created a corporate federation without public ratification
* Through the Massey Commission and Fabian Socialist infiltration of Canadian cultural and academic institutions in the mid-20th century
* To the present-day rise of technocratic governance under leaders hand-picked by transnational financiers and think tanks
We also talk about Mark Carney and his deep ties to the WEF, climate finance, and supranational governance; and why Carney’s rise is no accident.
We examine how institutions like the Bank of Canada, once created to protect national interests, were hollowed out and restructured to align with global banking cartels, including the BIS (Bank for International Settlements). We also discuss how BlackRock, the IMF, and the WEF are now steering everything from climate finance to energy policy — all under the narrative of “sustainability”, “inclusivity” and “resilience,” but with no real accountability to Canadians.
One of the most compelling parts of our conversation centers on Alberta separatism, the myth of Canadian confederation, and how regions like Alberta are being pushed toward reactionary movements by design.
Be sure to check out Matt’s extensive collection of books he’s written if you want to deep-dive on some of these subjects (and many we weren’t able to get around to!)
Other Key Points of Discussion:
* How Canada became a controlled asset of the British Empire and U.S. deep state
* The role of psychological warfare, trauma programming, and elite grooming
* The “two Canadas” narrative and why most of us are still voting inside a rigged system
* The controlled dialectic of “left vs. right” politics — and how both serve the same interests
* The deliberate collapse of the Canadian middle class through debt, inflation, and digital enclosures
* The use of crisis narratives and misinformation (from COVID to climate) to usher in digital ID, UBI, and full-spectrum, centralized control
* Strategies for reclaiming sovereignty through education, decentralization, and civic engagement
This one is dense and complex, but absolutely essential. If you’ve ever sensed that Canada isn’t what it appears to be — that our elections are theatre, our leadership is installed, and our future is being outsourced — this episode will connect a lot of dots.
This episode isn’t just about the fall of Canada. It’s about how the empire functions.

The PCR Scam: How a Faulty Test Built a Pandemic Industry
2025/05/21
In this episode of Onward Podcast, I reconnect with Jamie Andrews from the Virology Control Studies Project to explore the role of PCR testing in the construction of modern pandemics, and where it’s headed next.
If you haven’t listened to our earlier two-part conversation, please the links below. That series laid the groundwork with a deep dive into virology’s foundational assumptions, the myth of contagion, and the implications of Jamie’s control experiments on sterile cell cultures.
In today’s episode, we follow the next logical thread and the tool that is propping up the emerging Pandemic Industry: the PCR test itself.
PCR testing — marketed as a precise and accurate diagnostic tool — has become the gatekeeper of not only disease identification but of sweeping policy, economic disruption, and even food system control. Whether it’s farm culling in Western Canada (see the ongoing ostrich farm case), travel restrictions, or vaccine rollouts, it all hinges on one thing: a test.
But what if the test is fundamentally flawed?
Before I dive into the highlights, I would strongly suggest that you read Jamie’s deep-dive into the PCR test here:
Key Points of Discussion for This Episode:
* Revisiting the Virology Control Studies and Public Response: We recap the findings that emerged from the Virology Control Studies, including how sterile cell cultures still produced viral-like particles when starved and stressed—calling into question the assumption that these effects are caused by infectious agents. We also reflect on how these results were received, not only by the public but by scientists (both supportive and critical), and what it revealed about the state of institutional science.
* The German Court Case That Quietly Undermined Virology: We dig into a pivotal legal case in Germany involving Dr. Stefan Lanka and the question of whether the measles virus has ever been proven to exist. The ruling affirmed that no single paper proves the existence of the virus, and notably rejected the genome sequence paper as definitive evidence. This case, which reached the country’s highest court, has gone largely unacknowledged, but carries major legal and scientific implications.
* PCR Testing: What It Claims vs. What It Actually Does: We break down how PCR testing is supposed to work according to mainstream science (amplifying specific nucleotide sequences using primers and fluorescent dyes). Then we contrast that with what’s actually being measured in practice. Based on Jamie’s experiments and what we’ve seen in the literature, electrical charge and pH levels appear to be the real variables influencing test outcomes. From mineral content in the body to ionized water, and even warnings for patients to avoid mineral water before testing, it’s clear something much more basic is being measured, not genetic sequences as advertised. The claim that PCR identifies infectious pathogens completely collapses when negative controls (nuclease-free water) routinely test “positive,” and when lab techs report that bacterial or unrelated samples still generate amplification. This information is especially important considering the entire Pandemic Industry is built around PCR testing
* PCR and the New Era of Preemptive Diagnostics: We explore how PCR is already being positioned as a tool for early cancer detection, despite having never been designed or validated for this purpose. We discuss how this paves the way for mRNA-based personalized “treatments” based on early diagnostics, which may or may not correlate with any actual illness or pathology.
* How the PCR Test Traps People in the Disease Model: We reflect on the psychological impact of PCR-driven diagnostics, particularly in HIV-positive individuals. Jamie shares insights from people who have stopped antiretroviral medications and experienced improved health - some even testing negative. We discuss how this challenges the dominant medical narrative and raises critical questions about how PCR is being used to create and sustain disease identities.
* The Real-World Consequences: Ostrich Farms, Food Supply, and Bill C-293: We zoom out from the lab to real-life application, specifically the recent Canadian ostrich farm case, where PCR testing was used to justify the culling of healthy animals. We connect this to Bill C-293 and the World Health Organization’s One Health surveillance framework, which aims to test humans, animals, and the environment for so-called “pathogens with pandemic potential.” We see this as a major red flag for farmers, food security, and bodily autonomy.

The Bigger Picture
If PCR is being used to fabricate disease narratives - from “asymptomatic pandemics” to early-stage cancers—then it’s not just a medical issue. It’s a civilizational risk. PCR is becoming the digital switch that controls your mobility, access to healthcare, and now even your right to farm or own livestock.
The implications are staggering:
* A test that can’t be consistently replicated…
* Being used to justify lockdowns, mandates, farm quarantines, culling of animals and forced medication…
* And soon to underwrite an entirely new era of personalized AI-driven mRNA treatments.

Exit the Matrix: Walking the Path of the Living Man and Woman
2025/05/07
What if the entire system (legal, political, and judicial) was designed not to protect your rights but to manage your consent?
In this episode of the Onward Podcast, I sat down with Dan Oke and Yayoi Takemoto, two of the most grounded voices in the Canadian sovereignty movement. They’ve spent years digging into how the legal fiction operates, the illusion of remedy in the courts, and why true freedom lies in reclaiming our authority as men and women under God: not under corporate statute.
For background context, please tune into my previous podcast with Dan here:
In today’s show we unpack what it means to be a living man or woman, the deception of elections, and how our votes are used to renew consent to a fraudulent system. Dan explains how Canada’s political structure functions as a corporate apparatus, not a constitutional government, and why the judiciary is incapable of offering justice when bound by administrative rules that serve the Crown.
But this conversation doesn’t stop there.
We dive into actionable steps toward lawful self-liberation, including invoking international treaties, understanding your rights under the Law of War Manual, and how to navigate the battlefield we unknowingly live on. This is about exiting The Matrix - not with violence or resistance - but with neutrality (ie. non-participation), international law, and spiritual conviction.
Thanks for reading Onward Podcast with Brett Hawes! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.
I also highly recommend reviewing my podcast with Cal Washington as it ties everything together from a foundational perspective:
Key Takeaways
* The legal fiction vs. the living man or woman:
Dan breaks down how our birth certificates are used to create a corporate “person” (a legal fiction) separate from who we truly are. We explore how this deception forms the basis of all statutory control and why reclaiming your status as a living man or woman is the first step to true sovereignty.
* Why the court system offers no real remedy:
We discuss how Canadian courts operate under administrative rules and commercial law, not natural law or common law. Dan explains why justice cannot be found in a system designed to uphold Crown authority, and what lawful alternatives exist for asserting your rights.
* The role of elections in maintaining consent:
Voting isn’t just civic participation—it’s contractual consent to be governed by the very system people believe they’re challenging. We unpack how the act of voting renews the Crown’s jurisdiction over you and what it means to withdraw consent lawfully.
* Lawful exit strategies and spiritual alignment:
Yayoi shares how spiritual awakening is intertwined with lawful reclamation. This isn’t just a legal process: it’s about breaking contracts you were entered into at birth (without your consent), exiting “The Matrix”, and aligning with divine law. We get into the energetics behind paperwork and the power of intention.
* The Law of War Manual and Canada as occupied territory:
Dan introduces how international law - specifically the Law of War Manual - can be invoked when remedy is no longer possible through domestic courts. He outlines how to recognize when you’re living under military occupation and why this matters for your legal standing.
* Understanding how statutes function commercially:
Every statute is a commercial offer. We explore what this means, how to respond without acquiescence, and how silence or compliance is interpreted as agreement. This changes how you interact with every agency, from Canada Revenue Agency to traffic court.
* The hidden control structures behind the Canadian state:
From the Vatican to corporate Crown entities, we talk about who really pulls the strings behind Canada’s government, and why recognizing this is crucial for those pursuing lawful self-liberation.
* Practical remedies and steps for reclaiming sovereignty:
We don’t just talk theory. We also get into practical tools like lawful notices, affidavits of status, claims of right, and how to navigate interactions with enforcement or courts when you’re standing in your private capacity.

WHO Pandemic Agreement Update
2025/04/17
Researcher, freedom advocate, and WHO expert, James Roguski, joins me to discuss the latest regarding the WHO Pandemic Agreement (aka Treaty). If you’ve been following the show for a while, you will be familiar with James’ work and my extensive coverage on WHO-related topics like the International Health Regulation Amendments (IHR), Pandemic Treaty, Bill C-293 in Canada, and the emerging “Pandemic Industry”.
If you want to catch up on my last show with James, see here:
We talk about the global pharmaceutical power grab disguised as “health equity” and ending “vaccine apartheid”, the PREP Act and emergency powers, and how these so-called agreements are creating the framework for biosecurity and surveillance states.
This podcast dovetails and follows on from my previous podcast with Sasha Latypova where we discuss the PREP Act in-depth as well as how “emergency measures” are really “medical countermeasures” - a war-term. Watch this episode here:
Here are the highlights:
* The Pandemic Treaty and Canadian Election
Why this election matters more than most, and why the PM’s decision, not Parliament’s, will determine our global commitments.
* Corporate Wealth Redistribution Disguised as Health
James explains how the pandemic agreement is a Framework Convention (think: climate change playbook - COP) that benefits pharmaceutical giants, not public health.
* Conference of the Parties (COP)
What’s really happening behind closed doors with WHO negotiations and what the PABS system (Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing) is really about.
* Emergency Powers and the PREP Act
We break down how governments bypass normal safety protocols during “emergencies”, and why this sets a dangerous precedent.
* Bird Flu, H5N1 & the FDA
The recent approval of a self-amplifying mRNA vaccine raises alarm bells. We talk about the regulatory shortcuts and safety concerns, especially for kids.
* Engaging the Faithful and Opinionated:
How to navigate difficult conversations, particularly with those grounded in dogma, religious or political.
* Biosecurity Theatre
From hospital masks to farm inspections, we talk about safety protocols and practices that look good on paper but fail in reality.

Was The Pandemic a Military Operation?
2025/04/07
In this episode I sit down with Sasha Latypova, former pharmaceutical executive and whistleblower, to pull back the curtain on what really happened during the COVID-19 response, and what’s still happening behind the scenes.
We unpack Sasha’s extensive research and documentation, which lays out the case that the COVID-19 pandemic was not a public health emergency, but a globally coordinated military operation. Sasha shares how she uncovered disturbing inconsistencies in vaccine manufacturing data, how standard pharmaceutical safety regulations were bypassed, and why government agencies (including the FDA) refused to act even when presented with hard evidence.
We unpack how legal frameworks like the U.S. PREP Act (Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act) and Canada’s own emergency declarations have been weaponized to provide total liability immunity to pharmaceutical companies, health officials, and military actors. These frameworks enable experimental countermeasures (a term borrowed from military doctrine) to be deployed on the civilian population without proper testing, oversight, or accountability.
Tune into my podcast with Dan Oke here:
Sasha and I discuss the Department of Defense’s central role in COVID contracts, the implications of DARPA’s involvement, and how declarations of emergency serve as a legal backdoor to suspend civil liberties and consumer protections. We also explore parallels between U.S. and Canadian pandemic laws, the rise of global “One Health” initiatives, and how censorship has been enshrined as a health policy countermeasure.
If you’re Canadian, you’ll want to pay special attention to how Bill C-293 and pandemic preparedness legislation mirrors these global mechanisms, and what that could mean for future emergencies declared under the guise of climate change, zoonotic disease, or misinformation.
Listen to my groundbreaking podcast with lawyer Lisa Miron:
We also talk about solutions. From repealing the PREP Act to blocking global health law overhauls, Sasha urges lawyers, lawmakers, and engaged citizens to start dismantling these legal frameworks before they become permanent. As she says: this is not over - and we have a narrowing window to fight back.

What's Up Canada?
2025/04/02
Last week I was invited to go back on What’s Up Canada for a “fire side” chat with host Wayne Peters. This is a rebroadcast of our live stream on my show, Onward. This was an unscripted show where we just sat and talked about a variety of different issues plaguing Canada and the West today - less of an interview and more of a conversation as we both had questions for one another.
Wayne and I explore the tactics of social engineering and ideological subversion that have been at play for decades, eroding Canadian values, culture, and sovereignty from within. From loss of national identity to the weaponization of language and legislation, this episode touches on how every part of our society is being co-opted - from school boards to city councils, health departments to financial systems.
A topic that came up frequently was the idea that many of the things we are witnessing today have been tired and tested in other countries such as South Africa; with disastrous results.
We also discussed the insidious rollout of Bill C-293 and how this so-called “pandemic preparedness” legislation is being used as a gateway for a sweeping technocratic agenda; including the globalist push to embed international policies into local municipalities without democratic consent or public awareness.
Tune into this deep-dive on Bill C-293 here:
Wayne brings a powerful lens to this conversation, grounded in investigative research and a deep commitment to community action. We talk about why local resistance matters more than ever, and how individuals can begin reclaiming their voice, their power, and their place in shaping the future of this country.

Life with a Digital ID
2025/03/25
In this powerful and eye-opening episode, I sit down with Icelandic journalist and activist, Margrét Friďriksdóttir, founder of the independent news outlet Frettin, for a conversation that sheds light on the creeping technocratic agenda unfolding not just in Iceland, but across much of the Western world, including right here in Canada.
While many Canadians are still debating the future of digital ID, Iceland has already implemented it - and what Margrét shares from lived experience is sobering. From banking and healthcare to driver’s licenses and even passports, digital identity has become the key that unlocks participation in society. Lose your phone (or your compliance) and you’re effectively locked out of life.
But this episode goes far beyond tech. We examine the broader ecosystem of control that digital ID systems are quietly enabling: centralized data collection, surveillance, financial gatekeeping, social conformity, and ultimately, the erosion of bodily autonomy and freedom of speech.
What happens when your access to money, travel, or even healthcare can be revoked with the flip of a switch?
Margrét also shares firsthand accounts of censorship, propaganda, and societal breakdown in Iceland - painting a picture that mirrors much of what we’re seeing here in Canada. She speaks candidly about the rise in violent crime linked to immigration policies, the spread of gender ideology in schools, and the silencing of dissenting media voices - culminating in a sophisticated DDoS attack on her news platform, believed to be retaliation for publishing perspectives that challenge the official narrative.
If you think “it can’t happen here,” think again.
This isn’t just a conversation about Iceland. It’s a wake-up call for anyone in the West who believes in civil liberties, freedom of expression, and the right to bodily autonomy. The same playbook is being rolled out globally - under different names, different languages, and different branding - but with eerily similar results: less freedom, more control.
Whether you’re in Canada, the U.S., the UK, or beyond, this is a must-listen episode if you want to understand where things are headed, and what we can do to push back before it’s too late.
Thanks for reading Onward Podcast with Brett Hawes! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.
Key Topics Discussed
Digital ID in Iceland:
Iceland is already deep into digital ID integration: banking, healthcare, passports, and even driver’s licenses are all linked through a smartphone app. We unpack what this looks like in daily life and the silent erosion of freedom and privacy.
Why this matters for Canada and the West:
We draw sharp parallels between Iceland and Canada: state-funded media, suppression of dissent, woke overreach, and the normalization of surveillance and censorship. It’s already happening there, and much of this has started here too.
Behind-the-scenes censorship:
Margrét details a major DDoS attack on her independent media outlet, believed to be retaliation for publishing non-mainstream views on Ukraine, globalism, and more. This kind of back-end censorship is rarely discussed but is crucial to understand.
Weaponized propaganda and narrative control:
We dive into how government and legacy media collude to shape perception and suppress truth, whether it’s COVID, climate narratives, or mass migration. The same tactics used in Iceland are mirrored in Canada and other Western nations.
Immigration & cultural clashes:
Margrét shares candid insights into how Iceland’s immigration policies are causing societal friction—another area where Canada faces similar tensions and silence from the media.
Why cash still matters:
As Iceland moves closer to a cashless society, we discuss how financial control is a pillar of the broader technocratic agenda, and how keeping cash alive is an act of resistance.
The illusion of democracy & “opposition”:
We explore the facade of opposition parties in Canada and how globalist influence transcends party lines.
