He is involved in a quite a few different facets of the sport but co-owning The Soul Fly Lodge in The Berry Islands, Bahamas is something we get into here. Also, we have some other cool things in the works for 2026 in the entertainment world of fly fishing...it's huge, incredible. I was fortunate enough to be in Bozeman, MT recently and got to sit down and hassle my friend Jim Klug for a little bit. We just have some loose talk about traveling the world to do what we love most, Flyfishing. Thanks for listening.
Ep. 2 - David Mangum's Barbershop
2024/07/19
The days and time went quickly over the 4 days in Florida with a few of my buddies and a fishing guide named, David Mangum. We had planned on a sit-down podcast to go over mainly his love for fishing photography and another creative outlet, painting. Instead of a more serious session, we opted for the last minute hair cutting moment as he cut our guide, Jack Foley's hair. We had fun with it and kept it loose and pretty un-serious. I apologize for the "poppy" mic as I was a little too close to the mic at times. Thanks David for being a good sport!
