2026/10/21
Ever dated a man and thought, “He's PERFECT… he just needs to change about 17 things”? 😭🚩 Well, babe, we've got some news for you. This week on The Break-Up Diet, fan favourite Jemima Rhys is BACK, and she's officially in her healthy relationship era! 💗 After years of dating the wrong men, ignoring red flags and convincing herself that surely he'll change eventually (spoiler: he didn't), Jemima is spilling all the details on what it's actually like to find someone who loves you for YOU. We're talking about the difference between chemistry and compatibility, why you need to STOP trying to fix men, knowing when to walk away, and how to tell if you've finally met your person. Plus, we get into jealous boyfriends, men who make snarky comments about your lifestyle, why having things in common matters more than you think, and Jemima's VERY cute story of how she met her new boyfriend in Costa Rica. 🌴💋 Because liking the same food isn't a personality match, babe. We all need to eat. 😭 And the biggest lesson? The right man won't make you feel like you're too much. He'll actually LIKE you exactly as you are. So grab a wine, get comfy and join us for a proper girls' debrief about bad dating decisions, finally raising your standards and finding a love that doesn't feel like a full-time renovation project. 🥂💕 Hosted on Acast. The EMBARRASSING Things We Do When We're Heartbroken.
2026/10/15
We've ALL done something embarrassing after a breakup… but how bad was yours? 😭💔 This week on The Break-Up Diet, Josefin Eklund is BACK, and we're having a proper girls' debrief about all the questionable things we do when we're heartbroken. From stalking your ex and sending back every love letter he's ever written, to dating someone new when you're CLEARLY not over the last one… we've got some confessions to make. 👀 And just when you think the dating stories can't get any crazier, Josefin tells me about a guy who claimed he had cancer when she tried to end things with him. Yes, you read that right. We're getting into rebound relationships, going back to exes, whether you can EVER really be friends with an ex, the awkwardness of seeing him with someone new, and why forcing yourself to date before you're ready can make everything feel ten times worse. Plus, we're sharing our personal breakup survival routines — from crying in public and wanting to text him AGAIN to the classic post-breakup revenge glow-up. 💅 Because sometimes getting over someone isn't pretty, and we've all had our moments. Be honest… what's the most embarrassing thing YOU'VE done after a breakup? 💗 Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Your Friend’s Being Cheated On… Would You TELL Her?
2026/10/07
What would you do if you found out your best friend’s boyfriend was cheating on her… would you tell her? 👀 This week on The Break-Up Diet, I’m getting into all things cheating after watching the first episode of Channel 4’s new six-part series, Break Clause. I’ve ONLY watched episode one so far, but it already gave me a LOT to talk about. 😭 We meet Lil and Ben, whose relationship is thrown into chaos just as they move to London together — and suddenly they’re dealing with cheating, broken trust and the very awkward reality of living with your ex. We’re talking about whether you should always tell a friend they’re being cheated on, whether you’d actually want to know if it was happening to you, whether being drunk EVER makes cheating a “mistake,” emotional vs physical cheating, and whether you can genuinely rebuild trust after betrayal. Because honestly… if everyone knows your boyfriend is cheating except you, your friends keeping it from you feels like another betrayal. 😬 Pasted text So I need to know: if you knew your friend was being cheated on, would YOU tell her? ⚠️ SPOILER WARNING: I’d watch episode one of Break Clause before listening because we’re getting INTO it. Break Clause is available on Channel 4. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
I Started a Breakup Podcast… Then Had My Heart Broken
2026/09/30
Two years ago, I started a podcast about breakups… before I’d ever actually had my heart properly broken. 😭 Well, a LOT has happened since then. For the 2-year anniversary of The Break-Up Diet, I’m taking it back to where it all started — why I created the podcast, where the name actually came from, and how going through my own heartbreak completely changed the way I think about breakups, dating and all the advice I used to give so confidently. Pasted text I’m getting VERY honest about my own breakups and situationships, going back to an ex when I probably shouldn’t have, the things I’d NEVER do again, my current dating red flags (and yes, some of my own 🚩), and why giving your friends breakup advice is sooo much easier than actually taking it yourself. We also talk about rebuilding your confidence after heartbreak, learning to trust yourself again, knowing when you’re actually ready to date, and why sometimes you just have to let yourself completely crash out before you can finally move on. ❤️‍🩹 If you’re going through a breakup, questioning your dating life, or just trying to figure yourself out as you go… this one feels like a proper girls’ catch-up. And to everyone who has listened, shared an episode, sent me a DM or been here at any point over the last two years — THANK YOU. 🤍 Here’s to another year of breakups, glow-ups and figuring it all out together. 🥂 Hosted on Acast. You’re Scared To Let Go... But Staying Costs You MORE. ft. Rebecca Dickinson
2026/09/23
Have you ever known deep down that a relationship isn’t making you happy… but the thought of actually letting go feels even scarier than staying? This week I’m joined by Rebecca Dickinson, founder of Becca’s Day, to talk heartbreak, attachment, knowing when it’s time to walk away, and rebuilding your life when the future you pictured with someone suddenly disappears. After a brutal breakup, Becca realised how many signs she’d explained away and how easy it is to stay because you’ve already invested YEARS into someone. But if you’ve already spent two years in the wrong relationship, staying another day doesn’t get those years back — it just costs you more. We talk about loving someone’s potential, ignoring what you know deep down, learning to be alone, therapy, dating again, protecting your peace and figuring out who YOU are outside of a relationship. Because sometimes you’re not scared of losing them… you’re scared of letting go of the life you thought you’d have. If you’re thinking “I know I need to let go, I just don’t know how” — this one’s for you. 🤍 Follow Becca: @beccas_day_ Check out Becca’s Day: beccasday.com Hosted on Acast. You Don’t Even Know If You Like Him... You’re Just HOOKED. ft. Rose Viggiano
2026/09/16
Have you ever been OBSESSED with whether a guy likes you... only to realise you're not even sure you actually like him? This week I'm joined by relationship and attachment specialist Rose Viggiano to talk about why we get so hooked on certain people, why we keep dating the same type over and over, and how our attachment patterns might have way more to do with it than we realise. Rose opens up about her own history of choosing emotionally unavailable partners — chasing people who couldn't commit while finding the safe, secure ones "boring." Eventually she saw the pattern and went all in on studying attachment, trauma, and what actually makes a relationship feel secure. We break down the attachment styles — anxious, avoidant, secure and fearful avoidant — and what they actually look like when you're dating. Because sometimes you think you're just really into someone, when actually you're checking your phone 100 times a day, analysing their replies, and panicking because they haven't texted back. 🫠 And THIS is where it gets interesting. Rose explains why inconsistent attention is so addictive. They text you constantly... then disappear for three days. They get close... then pull away. Suddenly you're desperate to know where you stand, and the chase starts feeling impossible to walk away from. But if you actually stopped and asked yourself "do I even like this person?"... the answer might surprise you. We also cover the early dating red flags to watch for, why we make excuses for people who aren't giving us what we want, and what a secure relationship is actually supposed to feel like. And obviously... we talk breakups. Rose explains why an avoidant can be the one to end things and then come back weeks or months later, why your attachment style can look completely different after a breakup, and how rejection can make you question whether you were ever good enough in the first place. If you keep chasing emotionally unavailable people, checking your phone waiting for a text, or wondering "why does this ALWAYS happen to me?"... girls, you need this episode. 🤍 Find out more about Rose: Website: www.roseviggiano.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/awakeningrelationships/ Hosted on Acast. 9 Signs You Should Break Up With Your "NICE" Boyfriend
2026/09/09
Okay, controversial one today — because sometimes the nice guy just isn't your guy, and I'm not sorry for saying it. In this episode I'm going through nine signs it might genuinely be time to break up with your boyfriend, even the ones who've technically done nothing wrong. We're talking loving the potential instead of the actual person in front of you, having the same argument on a loop, feeling like his mum more than his girlfriend, being lonelier next to him than you'd ever be single, wanting completely different futures, and the sneaky ways you start shrinking yourself without even clocking it. I get really personal in this one — plane, crying, phoning my mum personal — because honestly, I've done every single thing on this list myself. This one's for the girls who are six years in, three months in, or just nosy for a mate. And stay till the end because there's a little quiz that'll tell you everything you need to know, so don't overthink your answers, just say the first thing that comes to your head. Because at the end of the day, it's never really about choosing this man or that man. It's about choosing yourself. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Sophie Bertrand: Stop Being So HARD On Yourself.
2026/09/02
Why are we always SO much harder on ourselves when we’re already struggling? 🥲 This week I’m joined by Sophie Bertrand to talk about what actually happens when you stop showing up for yourself — and why the way you speak to yourself might matter more than you realise. Sophie opens up about going through one of the hardest periods of her life after having her first son, struggling with her mental health, and the huge difference she noticed when she started changing the way she spoke to herself. We talk about that horrible little voice in your head telling you “I can’t do this”, and what can happen when you start replacing it with “I CAN do this.” We also get into food and wellness because, honestly, there is SO much conflicting advice online. Eat this. Don’t eat that. Do this workout. Avoid that ingredient. Sophie explains why two people can eat and exercise in exactly the same way and still feel completely different — and why constantly trying to do everything “right” can make you stop listening to yourself. And obviously, we had to bring it back to heartbreak. ❤️‍🩹 Because when you’re going through a breakup or just a really shiiiiit period of your life, taking care of yourself can be the first thing to disappear. Maybe you’re barely eating. Maybe you’re eating everything. Maybe you can’t be bothered to shower, get dressed or do any of the little things that normally make you feel like you. Sophie explains why sometimes, without even realising it, we start punishing ourselves when we’re already going through enough — and why showing up for yourself in the smallest ways can make such a difference. We also chat about Sophie’s journey creating Serene, her clean, non-toxic fragrance ritual designed to help you pause, breathe and return to yourself, which launches this October. Sophie takes us behind the scenes of actually building the brand — from coming up with the idea to developing the product, dealing with delays and learning that sometimes you have to stop obsessing over the entire plan and just take the next step. If you’ve been feeling a bit lost, overwhelmed, heartbroken, burnt out, or you’ve just realised you haven’t been taking very good care of yourself lately... this episode is your reminder to stop being so HARD on yourself. 🤍 Hosted on Acast. You’re NOT Behind. Stop Trying To Have Your Life Figured Out.
2026/08/27
Does anyone else feel like they were supposed to have their life together by now... because SAME. 🙃 I’m 26 and for some reason I genuinely thought that by this age I’d have everything a little more figured out. A steady career, maybe a boyfriend, a clear plan for what I actually want to do with my life... meanwhile I currently have about 500 different ideas and absolutely no idea which one I’m supposed to choose. 😂 In this solo episode, we’re talking about that horrible feeling of being “behind” in your 20s. Watching people around you get engaged, have babies, move countries, buy houses, smash their careers and seemingly know exactly where their life is going... while you’re sitting there wondering if you’re even on the right path. I’m sharing all the things currently going around in my head — wanting to move to New York, grow the podcast, buy a property, do my Pilates instructor course, start a fashion brand... basically wanting to do EVERYTHING and then getting so overwhelmed by all the options that I end up questioning all of them. We also get into comparison, procrastination disguised as “research”, being scared of wasting time or money, caring way too much about what other people think, and why sometimes you just need to give the idea you can’t stop thinking about a go. Because maybe the problem isn’t that you don’t have your life figured out. Maybe you’re putting way too much pressure on yourself to know what the next 10 years are supposed to look like. So instead of asking yourself “What am I going to do with my life?” maybe there’s a much easier question: “What do I want to do next?” If you’re in your 20s, feeling behind, changing your mind every five minutes or watching everyone else’s lives and wondering what you’re doing with yours... this episode is for you. 🤍 Hosted on Acast. Najwa Zebian: The Person Who Broke You CAN’T Heal You.
2026/08/19
If you’re still waiting for an apology, closure, or one last conversation with the person who hurt you... you NEED to hear this one. ❤️‍🩹 This week I’m joined by bestselling author Najwa Zebian, and honestly, this conversation completely changed the way I think about healing after someone breaks your heart. We talk about why we stay in relationships we know aren’t right for us, the difference between a rough patch and an actual deal breaker, and why we can become so obsessed with trying to “fix” something that is only hurting us more. Najwa also explains why leaving can feel SO scary, even when deep down you know it’s what you need to do. And obviously, we had to talk about closure. Why do we convince ourselves we need one last conversation? Why do we want them to finally understand how badly they hurt us? And would getting the apology we’ve been waiting for actually make us feel any better? Because sometimes the closure you’re desperately trying to get from them is something you have to give yourself. We also get into toxic relationships, ignoring your intuition, giving someone one too many chances, the post-breakup “glow up”, and Najwa’s Never Again List — aka deciding what you will NEVER accept from someone again. This genuinely felt like one big therapy session and there were sooo many moments where I was thinking, okay... I needed to hear that. If you’re struggling to let someone go, still waiting for them to give you the closure you deserve, or wondering why you keep going back to someone who has already shown you who they are... this episode is for you. Because the one who broke you can’t be the person you rely on to heal you. 🤍 And make sure you check out Najwa’s new book, The One Who Broke You Can’t Heal You, out August 25th. If you’re going through heartbreak or trying to heal from someone who hurt you, this book is basically made for you. ❤️‍🩹 Pre-order / learn more about Najwa’s book here: The One Who Broke You Can’t Heal You — Najwa Zebian Hosted on Acast. Stop Making Excuses For Bad Friends. HISTORY Doesn't Mean Loyalty.
2026/08/12
One minute you have a huge group of friends, you’re doing everything together and genuinely can’t imagine not having them in your life... then suddenly you’re 26 wondering how you went from being inseparable to barely speaking. And sometimes, there wasn’t even a big falling out. You just grew up, changed and realised the friendship doesn’t fit anymore.  In this solo episode, I’m having a proper chat about friendships in your 20s — the good ones, the one-sided ones and the ones we probably hold onto for wayyyy longer than we should just because we have history. I’m getting into friendship red flags, jealousy disguised as “jokes”, backhanded compliments, friends who only show up when it suits them and that horrible realisation that you might be putting way more into a friendship than you’re getting back.  I also talk about my own experiences with losing friends, why friendship breakups can genuinely hurt just as much as relationship breakups, and learning that having a smaller circle as you get older really isn’t a bad thing. Sometimes quality over quantity is the biggest glow-up of all.  Basically, if you’ve been questioning a friendship, feel like you’ve outgrown someone, or you’re grieving a friend you genuinely thought would be in your life forever... grab a coffee (or a wine lol) and come have a debrief with me. 🤍 Because having history with someone doesn’t mean they automatically deserve a place in your future. You Already Know He's Cheating... You Just Want To Be WRONG.
2026/08/05
Girls... this one is MESSY. 👀 This week, Josefin Eklund is back on The Break-Up Diet and she's spilling the full story of how she found out she was being cheated on. Honestly, by the end of this episode we were both convinced every girl turns into a part-time FBI agent when her gut is telling her something isn't right. 😂 We're talking Instagram stalking, zooming into hotel bathroom photos, recognising toothbrushes and hairbrushes, piecing together a million tiny clues, and that awful feeling of desperately wanting to believe someone... even when deep down you already know the truth. We also get into the big questions: Why do people cheat? Can someone who cheats actually change? Can you ever trust someone again after betrayal? And at what point do you stop looking for more proof and finally trust your gut? This episode honestly felt like one big girl debrief. We've both been through heartbreak, we've both ignored red flags, and there are definitely moments in this conversation where you'll either be laughing... or sitting there thinking, "Yep... I've done that too." If you've ever had that horrible gut feeling, found yourself overanalysing every little thing, or desperately hoped you were wrong because the truth hurt too much... this one's for you. 🤍 Hosted on Acast. Why You're Still Single... (And It's Not Why You Think) | Johnny Cassell
2026/07/29
Ever found yourself lying in bed thinking, "Why am I still single?" 😅 Because same. This week, I'm joined by elite dating and men's lifestyle strategist Johnny Cassell, and let's just say... he had me questioning EVERYTHING I thought I knew about dating. We get into why so many people keep attracting the wrong partners, whether dating apps are actually ruining your love life (or if we're just blaming them 👀), why confidence beats looks every single time, and the habits that might be quietly holding you back without you even realising it. I loved this conversation because it isn't about playing games or pretending to be someone you're not. It's about understanding what actually attracts people, why some dating advice is complete rubbish, and how a few small mindset shifts could completely change your dating life. Whether you're fresh out of a breakup, sick of situationships, or just wondering why everyone else seems to have found their person... this episode is going to make you think. And honestly? You might finish it looking at your own dating life in a completely different way. Go and make yourself a coffee, stick your headphones in, and let's get into it. 💛 Hosted on Acast. He Treated Me Like His Girlfriend... Until He Didn't | ft. Jemima Rhys
2026/07/22
Have you ever been heartbroken over someone who was never actually your boyfriend? Yeah... same. This week, Jemima Rhys is back on The Break-Up Diet and we're talking about the situationships that leave you questioning your sanity. You know the ones... they text you every day, meet your friends and family, make future plans with you, act like your boyfriend... and then somehow you're still "nothing." We're sharing our own situationship stories, the guys who gave us just enough to keep us hoping, and why those breakups can hurt even more than losing an actual relationship. We also get into the conversation every girl dreads—"What are we?"—and why asking that question can tell you everything you need to know. If you've ever found yourself overthinking every text, wondering if you were asking for too much, or hoping that if you just waited a little longer he'd finally choose you... this episode is for you. Because the right person will never leave you questioning where you stand. ❤️‍🩹 Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

We get into everything from Botox, fillers, skincare, SPF, microneedling, red light therapy, chemical peels and salmon sperm facials (yes, really 😭) to the treatments that are actually worth your money... but we also talk about something so much bigger.
