The Power of Being Heard: Ember's Story: Part Two - with Breanne Kerr & Marci Wright
2026/07/01
In Part 2 of this conversation, we dive into the Animal Communication session that changed everything. After laying the foundation of Ember's story in Part 1, we now explore what happened when she was given the opportunity to share her perspective. Despite being only eight months old at the time of the session, Ember spoke with remarkable clarity about how she was feeling, what she wanted from life, and the incongruencies she was experiencing in her world. Together with Breanne Kerr and Marci Wright, we reflect on what it was like to receive Ember's messages, the personal processing that followed, and the ways her words created meaningful shifts for everyone involved. We also discuss the changes that were witnessed in Ember after the session and the unexpected ripple effects that extended far beyond the original intention of the reading. To close the episode, I share a portion of Ember's session so you can hear her words and perspective for yourself. This conversation is a beautiful reminder that animals of any age have wisdom, feelings, preferences, and experiences worth listening to and that sometimes being heard can create more change than we ever imagined. . The Power of Being Heard: Ember's Story : Part One - with Breanne Kerr & Marci Wright
2026/06/24
For the final episodes of Season 2, I am joined by returning guests Breanne Kerr and Marci Wright to share the story of a very special young horse named Ember. At the time of her Animal Communication session, Ember was only eight months old. While many people assume younger animals have less to share, Ember quickly challenged that belief. In this first part of our conversation, we explore who Ember is, how she came into Breanne and Marci's lives, what her circumstances were at the time, and what ultimately led to the session being booked. We also talk about who Ember was in relationship with the people and animals around her, and the unique role each guest played in her life. This episode lays the foundation for the powerful conversation that followed and offers an honest look at the questions, concerns, and hopes that surrounded Ember before anyone knew what she wanted to say. Whether you're familiar with Animal Communication or simply curious about the deeper relationships we share with animals, Ember's story is one that invites reflection, understanding, and a willingness to listen. . Missing Animals Through the Lens of Animal Communication
2026/06/17
In this episode, I’m talking about something many people will experience at some point in their lives: Having an animal go missing. Whether it’s a dog who bolts unexpectedly, a cat who never returns home, a horse who gets loose, or an animal who intentionally wanders away, these situations can carry so much fear, urgency, grief, confusion, and uncertainty. I wanted to create this episode because I think there is a lot of curiosity around how Animal Communication can help in situations where animals are missing, but also a lot of misunderstanding around what this work is, what it can offer, and what its limitations are. In this conversation, I share my perspective and experiences working with missing animals, including the different reasons animals may go missing, the types of information that can sometimes come through in these sessions, and why every communicator will experience this work differently. I also talk about the emotional intensity that can exist within these cases, both for the guardians and for the communicator. We also explore some of the harder conversations around missing animals, including animals who don’t want to be found, animals who intentionally leave to transition, and why Animal Communication is never about forcing an animal to come home or override their sovereignty. This episode is honest, nuanced, and deeply compassionate toward both the humans and animals navigating these experiences. Whether you have personally experienced a missing animal situation, are curious about this side of Animal Communication, or simply want to better understand the complexity behind these cases, I hope this conversation brings perspective, support, and understanding. . How to Navigate an Animal's Unrealistic Requests
2026/06/10
In this episode, I am talking about something that I think many animal guardians, and people exploring animal communication, quietly navigate but don’t always talk openly about… What happens when animals ask for things that feel unrealistic, unattainable, or simply impossible for us to provide? As much as we may want to meet all of our animals’ needs all of the time, the reality is that life is more complex than that. Sometimes animals ask for things that aren’t logistically possible, financially accessible, aligned with their wellbeing, or realistic within the human world they are living in. In this conversation, I explore why this happens, how animals perceive possibility differently than humans do, and the importance of understanding that animals, just like people, can ask for things they want that may not actually be supportive or achievable for them. I also talk about the nuance between literal and symbolic communication, how some requests are connected to deeper emotional or physical needs, and the importance of not automatically perceiving yourself as failing your animal simply because you cannot give them everything they ask for. Throughout the episode, I share real examples from my own experiences and client sessions, including animals asking for impossible environmental changes, different living situations, specific foods, relief from pain, additional companionship, and more. This episode is really about holding compassion for both the animal and the human in the relationship, while recognizing that supporting our animals often requires navigating the space between what is desired, what is realistic, and what is truly aligned. . Expanding Your Capacity to Receive
2026/06/03
In this episode, I am diving into something that comes up constantly in my work as a teacher and mentor: Expanding your capacity to receive and raising your energetic minimum. This is one of the biggest areas I support people through as they begin developing animal communication, intuitive abilities, energy work, or any kind of spiritual practice. So often, people want to strengthen their gifts or receive more clearly, but what they don’t always realize is that our systems also need the capacity to hold and sustain that level of connection. I talk about what it actually means to raise your energetic minimum, why intuitive work can sometimes feel exhausting or overwhelming when you are first learning, and how developing these abilities is much more like building endurance and strength than people often expect. I also share personal experiences from my own practice, including what happened when I took time away from sessions and how even now, after years of doing this work professionally, I still have to be mindful of my energetic capacity and what my system can sustainably hold. This episode is really about giving yourself permission to grow at your own pace, understanding that development takes practice and patience, and recognizing that where you are right now may actually be perfectly aligned with what your system is currently able to support. If you are someone developing your intuition, learning animal communication, exploring spiritual work, or simply wanting to understand why receiving can sometimes feel difficult or draining, this episode will offer both perspective and encouragement for the journey. . Relationships That Stretch Us: A Journey with Rosie - with Jennifer Woolwine
2026/05/27
In this episode, I am joined by Jennifer Woolwine for a deeply honest conversation about navigating one of the harder, more complex relationships we can have with our animals. Together, we talk about Jennifer’s journey with her dog Rosie. A relationship that has stretched, challenged, and transformed her in ways she never expected. From moments of deep connection to moments of doubt, overwhelm, guilt, and questioning whether she was truly the “right” home for Rosie, this conversation opens the door to experiences that many animal guardians quietly navigate but rarely speak about openly. We explore the emotional reality of living alongside an animal who pushes your edges, the shame that can arise when a relationship with an animal doesn’t feel easy, and the importance of support, honesty, and patience throughout the process. My hope is that this conversation helps listeners feel less alone, while also creating more space for the truth that relationships with animals (just like relationships with humans) can sometimes be deeply loving and deeply challenging at the same time. I'm Jen. Farm mama to 50+ rescue animals, wife of 21 years to my best friend + fellow shit scooper, a recently-discovered- Animal-Communicator, Intuitive Guide, and co-creator of The Sacred Space Between. I spend most of my days with my animals—listening, learning, caring for them and experiencing the beautiful connection that’s possible when we FINALLY slow down enough to really listen. If you would have told me 5 years ago, hell 2 years ago, after several failed businesses that I would be a professional animal communicator that now mentors and teaches others how to do it with their own animals, I probably would have laughed in your face, but here we are. The Unexpected Ways This Work Changed My Life
2026/05/20
In this episode, I am reflecting on the ways that animal communication has shaped who I am, changed my perspectives, and influenced the way I move through life. When I first found this work, I knew very little about energy, intuition, or the metaphysical world. Animal communication was simply something I was curious about exploring, but over the years, it has become so much more than just connecting with animals. It has completely shifted my perspective on life, relationships, transitions, intuition, nature, and even myself. Through this work, the animals have taught me about neutrality, relationships, trust, and the many different ways beings move through life and experience the world. They have expanded my understanding of things I never imagined I would one day speak about, including transitions, soul contracts, and the Akashic Records. They have also challenged me to soften old perspectives, move beyond black-and-white thinking, and become more aware of the way humans interact with the world around us. This episode is a more personal reflection on the journey that animal communication has taken me on, the lessons the animals have shared with me along the way, and the ways this work continues to shape me both personally and professionally. My hope is that this conversation also invites you to reflect on how your own animals may have changed you, influenced your perspective, or guided your growth in ways you may not have fully recognized before. . The Pressure to Perform
2026/05/13
In this episode, I’m talking about something that so many people experience in life, but especially within intuitive and spiritual work: the pressure to perform. Through the lens of Animal Communication, I explore what it feels like to carry expectations into our sessions, our businesses, our visibility, and even our relationships with ourselves. The pressure to “get it right,” to prove ourselves, to give enough, to be enough, or to make sure every experience feels meaningful and impactful. We dive into how this can show up differently for each of us. From perfectionism and overgiving, to fear of failure, burnout, procrastination, self-doubt, and even resentment toward work we genuinely love. I also talk about the importance of recognizing where this pressure comes from, whether it’s internal expectations we place on ourselves or external expectations from clients, social media, mentors, or the industry as a whole. This episode is about building awareness, understanding our own patterns, and learning how to stay connected to ourselves within the experience of them. Because while some level of care and responsibility can support integrity within this work, the pressure to perform should never become the thing leading it. A grounded, honest conversation for intuitive practitioners, animal communicators, and honestly… anyone who has ever felt the weight of expectations. . The Soul’s Journey: A Q&A on Reincarnation
2026/04/29
In this episode, we’re diving into some of the most asked-about and often misunderstood topics: Reincarnation I am answering your questions through the lens of both soul-level understanding and my experience communicating with animals. This conversation explores not only how animals reincarnate, but also what it can look like when we reconnect with them in a new lifetime. We talk about some of the most common curiosities, like whether animals come back in the same gender, if they return to the same families, and how quickly a soul can incarnate again. I also share what it’s like to connect with an animal who has already reincarnated, and why they may or may not choose to share details about their current life. This episode is a reminder that reincarnation isn’t a rigid or predictable process. It’s deeply individual, guided by the soul, and influenced by alignment, timing, and choice. If you're wondering if your animal will come back to you, or simply wanting to understand the bigger picture of the soul’s journey, this episode offers an expansive perspective on what happens beyond this lifetime and how connection might look moving forward. Why Animals Hide Illness (And What It Really Means)
2026/04/22
In this episode, we’re exploring something that can feel confusing, confronting, and even heartbreaking at times… why animals don’t always show us when something is going on in their bodies. Whether it’s a sudden diagnosis, something that seems to appear “out of nowhere,” or a health concern that wasn’t picked up earlier, many people find themselves asking: How did I not know? Or why didn’t they show me? Today, I’m sharing a deeper perspective on this. We’ll talk about why animals may hide or downplay health concerns, how their relationship to the body is different from ours, and the many layered reasons they might not bring something forward, even when we feel open and ready to receive it. I also speak to the nuance of this… not all animals hide things, and not everything missed is intentional. Sometimes it’s simply the complexity of bodies, communication, and being human in relationship with them. My hope is that this episode offers you a grounded and compassionate perspective to view your animal’s health through. One that supports trust, awareness, and a deeper connection between you and your animal. Exploring the Akashic Records for You and Your Animals
2026/04/15
This episode is a little bit different and one that has been highly requested. Today, we’re diving into the Akashic Records! What they are, how they work, and how they can support both you and your animals from a deeper, soul-level perspective. There’s been a lot of conversation around the Akashic Records lately, and my intention with this episode is to bring a grounded and approachable understanding to something that can often feel a bit abstract or misunderstood. At its core, the Akashic Records are an energetic field of consciousness often described as a library, a blueprint, or an imprint of your soul’s existence. It’s a space where we can access insight, perspective, and understanding beyond the physical experience we’re living. In this episode, I share how I personally experience and work within the Records and what it can look like to enter into that space. How they are a collaborative space for deeper awareness, clarity, and connection to your highest self. Whether you’re curious about the Akashic Records for yourself, your animal, or even your business, this episode offers a foundational look into what’s possible within this work. It can open the door to seeing yourself and your animal in a completely different way. What Animals Want Us to Know About Communication
2026/04/08
For this episode, I did things a little bit differently. I brought a curiosity to the Animal Collective and opened the space to channel a message directly from them to all of us. The intention I held was: “What do animals want us to know about animal communication?” What came through was a series of reflections, reminders, and perspectives that speak to how animals experience communication with us, and how they are already engaging in this exchange far more than we often realize. Their messages weren't about structure or technique, it was about understanding. My intention with this episode is to offer you a broader and more felt sense of what animal communication is from their perspective and to expand the way you may already be experiencing it. Supporting Our Senior Animals
2026/04/01
In this episode, we’re talking about something so many of us hope for, and yet often feel unprepared for, supporting our animals through their senior years. Aging is a natural part of life, and when our animals reach this stage, it can be both beautiful and incredibly challenging. Their needs begin to shift, their bodies change, and the way they engage with the world isn’t always the same as it once was. This episode is a look into what it really means to support our animals through this phase of life. Through my personal experiences, I share what it has looked like to navigate different aging journeys and the ongoing process of learning how to meet them where they are and what they are communicating. One of the greatest ways we can support our senior animals is by allowing all versions of them to be seen, supported, and loved without expectation. This is an episode for anyone walking alongside a senior animal, or anyone who wants to feel more prepared, grounded, and connected as their animal moves into this stage of life. And above all, it’s a reminder to keep asking: “What do they need from me now?” Suggest something for a future episode: Podcast Suggestions Form   Connect with Brittany Ashworth:  Website: www.sacredechos.com Instagram @sacredechosFacebook @sacredechos
Seeing Animals as Sovereign Beings
2026/03/25
In this episode, we’re exploring a perspective that has the potential to shift the way you see and relate to your animals in a really meaningful way — animal sovereignty. This isn’t just about giving our animals choices or a voice in their lives. It’s about recognizing that they are innately sovereign beings with their own awareness, agency, and ability to participate in shaping their lives and experiences. Together, we look at what sovereignty actually means, and how this shows up in both the everyday moments you share with your animals, as well as from a deeper, soul-level perspective. From the subtle ways they communicate preferences and boundaries, to the more obvious ways they express a “yes” or a “no,” there is so much available for us to notice when we start paying attention. We also expand into a broader perspective, one that considers how animals may play a role in the homes, environments, and experiences they find themselves in. This way of seeing can gently shift them out of the role of being passive participants in their lives, and instead into beings who are actively engaged in their own journey. When we start to truly see them as sovereign, everything about the relationship and the way we view other relationships begins to shift. The Channel: Exploring How We Receive from Animals
2026/03/18
This is an episode that has been requested for a long time… A conversation around receiving from animals and what it actually means to open the channel of communication. In this episode, I take a broad look at the process, while emphasizing something I believe deeply: there is no one “right” way to receive and hold this. Animal communication works through the transfer of thought, emotion, and energy, but how that information is received, interpreted, and understood is entirely unique to each individual. This episode is an invitation to explore and reflect on your own way of connecting. I also share why I tend to move away from rigid labels of understanding how we receive and instead encourage a deeper understanding of your own felt experience, allowing space for animals to communicate in the way that feels most natural for them, not just what we expect. This episode is about building a foundation, developing trust in your own experience, and learning how to become a more open and neutral channel over time.
