In this episode, Elizabeth betrays the person who trusted her most; her best friend McKay. What McKay believed was loyalty to a close friend slowly became a trap. Trust was exploited, emotions were manipulated, and a romantic relationship became another tool of control.  The betrayal wasn’t just financial, it was personal, intimate, and designed to keep her isolated and silent. This episode exposes how one friendship turned into a web of deception, and how uncovering the truth meant realizing that almost nothing was what it seemed.  See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

For months, his life had been reduced to one emergency after another. Every message carried the same implication, act RIGHT NOW, or someone would die. Compassion turned into obligation. Obligation turned into financial ruin. By the fall of 2021, Jason had sent more money than he ever thought possible, and still, repayment was always just one crisis away. In this episode, we follow the unraveling of one of Elizabeth Teckenbrock’s most devastating years of manipulation. Jason learns that the house he co-signed for (the one Elizabeth claimed she needed to escape her abusive husband) was never an escape at all. The divorce he believed he was funding didn’t exist. The lawyers were fabricated. And the cancer treatments draining his accounts were never real. Before the headlines, before the GoFundMes, before the viral videos and the cancer hoaxes, Elizabeth Teckenbrock tested and perfected her manipulation on the people who loved her most. For the first time, Chris’s family shares what really happened behind closed doors. The fabricated jobs, staged emergencies, fake attorneys, medical scares, pregnancy lies, and the emotional and financial devastation that followed. Their story exposes an early version of the pattern Elizabeth would refine and reuse on victim after victim. And just as Elizabeth walked out of their lives, she walked directly into someone else’s, a man who would become one of her most exploited victims to date. In this episode, you’ll hear how she sets the trap, gains trust, isolates her target, and drains everything they have. This is the foundation. This is the method. This is the blueprint of a con. Before the cancer scams, the GoFundMes, and the viral chaos, there was Chris. The teenage boy who loved Elizabeth long before the world knew her name. In this episode, he shares the truth about their relationship, the birth of their son Chance, and how Elizabeth rewrote his role in their lives. From manipulation to isolation, from sudden disappearances to devastating neglect, Chris walks us through the earliest chapter of Elizabeth’s pattern. It’s a heartbreaking story of a father erased, a child caught in the middle, and the first glimpse of the tactics she would go on to use again and again. This is where it all began. This is the first lie. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

In the Season Two premiere of eLIESabeth, we catch you up on everything Elizabeth Teckenbrock has been up to since our Season One finale — and spoiler: it’s a lot. From launching brand-new fake businesses, to “hiring” employees for jobs that don’t exist, catfishing as her grandma, to getting called out on social media (again) and going viral (again), Elizabeth has been busy constructing new scams with old tricks. The past couple of episodes have been a lot. I know; there have been twists, turns, new names, new scams; so before we jump into wrapping things up, I want to take a quick minute to hit pause, lay out a simple timeline, and remind you where we’re at in the story. Because in this episode, we’re bringing things right up to real time; July 2025, in case you’re listening from the future See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

This week on E-LIES-abeth, we hear from Rachel; Elizabeth’s former best friend and a criminal defense attorney who knows a thing or two about spotting red flags. Her first real clue that something was very wrong? When someone representing Richard Powell called Rachel’s firm to confirm she was Elizabeth’s lawyer. She wasn’t; and that call opened a floodgate of lies she didn’t see coming. As Rachel starts to piece things together, we learn just how deep the deception went; and the extravagant lifestyle Liz was funding with money stolen from her victims. Private jets, yachts, luxury cars, and screenshots of bank accounts boasting hundreds of thousands of dollars; shown off like it was her own hard-earned cash. But behind every flashy purchase was someone who had no idea they were financing the illusion. Among them… another retired man she left in financial ruin. We also talk about Elizabeth’s return to social media, her claims of mental health treatment, and her insistence that she’s “doing better than ever.” And just when we thought we’d heard it all… we got an email. Someone claiming to be a paralegal with incriminating audio of Elizabeth.  Let’s just say… we’re not done yet. In this episode, we peel back the final layers of Liz’s unraveling marriage and the abrupt, unexplained end to her cancer storyline. Her former friends were left with nothing but emotional turmoil, for one couple it marked the realization that sacrificing their wedding day to accommodate Liz’s “dying wishes” and making a promise to be her son's guardian was all for nothing but lies.  Some had tried to sound the alarm—but without a large platform, their warnings got drowned out.  While the internet showered her with praise, Elizabeth promoted a domestic violence non-profit and Bridgerton-inspired gala. Donations rolled in, but the only thing that transpired was the recurring charges showing up on supporters’ bank statements. And if that wasn’t enough? Her search history was exposed—and let’s just say… Googling "fake bruise apps" and “how to know if you’re reported to the FBI” doesn’t exactly scream innocent. But don’t worry. The tides are about to turn. Because what Elizabeth didn’t factor is that she was about to meet her match with one of her closest friends. Someone who didn't just have her matched in social media credit —she was trained to dismantle people exactly like her. As Elizabeth disappears from her home life, Andrew receives a legal complaint that leaves him stunned: his name is listed as the co-signer on a lease he never saw—let alone signed. It’s forged. And it’s just one of many tricks Elizabeth tries to pull as their divorce moves full speed ahead, despite her last-ditch attempts to derail it. But while Andrew fights for custody and the truth, a new victim quietly enters the picture. A 75-year-old retiree who believed Elizabeth’s story—her cancer, her children, the abuse. Within months, he would lose nearly one million dollars. And just like that, the cancer story was gone. TikTok? Deleted. Facebook? Vanished. No update. No goodbye. Friends and supporters were left to assume the worst: that she’d passed away. But Elizabeth wasn’t gone. She was just reinventing herself—again. And her next batch of victims? They were already welcoming her in. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

A cancer diagnosis. A failing lease. A vanishing equipment deal. But when Andrew called a treatment center to ask a simple question about antibiotics—and they said they’d never heard of Elizabeth—everything changed. In this episode, we unravel the moment Andrew went from confused husband to amateur investigator. As her lifestyle ramped up—designer bags, spontaneous Vegas trips, failed businesses, and flaky “appendix surgery”—Andrew quietly started gathering receipts. What he found wasn’t just about lies. It was identity fraud, financial manipulation, and possibly a scam involving cancer, children, and over a million dollars. And the scariest part? He lived with it. Slept next to it. Raised kids with it. Because in this house of lies, the call wasn’t coming from outside. It was coming from her inbox. When Dr. Andrew Cormier married Elizabeth Teckenbrock, he thought he was building a life—with a growing family, a new home, and a medical practice on the rise. What he didn’t expect? That the person managing his office would also be quietly managing a growing web of lies. In this episode, we dive into the early years of their marriage—from financial red flags and mysteriously vanished cash, to a devastating diagnosis that changed everything. Elizabeth told Andrew—and the world—that she had cancer. But as her story gained traction, sympathy, and money… her husband began to ask: What if none of it was real? Because sometimes, "in sickness and in health" isn’t a vow—it’s a test. It started with a cupcake. A tearful TikTok from a single mom baking her own birthday dessert for her kids captured the hearts of millions and turned Elizabeth Teckenbrock into “Cupcake Mom” overnight. But just as quickly as she rose to viral fame, her ex-husband came forward with a video of his own—and a completely different version of who Elizabeth really was. He accused her of faking cancer, scamming donors, and lying about everything from custody to court orders. And while the internet was still deciding who to believe, we started digging… and what we found went far beyond a messy divorce. In our premiere episode, we go deeper than a TikTok takedown. From faking her child’s cancer diagnosis, to telling friends she’d been cast on 16 and Pregnant, to reinventing herself under a new name—Elizabeth’s story spans over a decade of deception. And this is just the beginning. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

She said she had cancer. More than once. She claimed to be a doctor, business owner, and the daughter of a Canadian oil tycoon; She promised luxury trips, business ventures, and a future that never existed — all funded by the people who trusted her most. But none of it was real. Elizabeth Teckenbrock is a con artist hiding in plain sight, on tiktok. With every new lie, she crafted a more elaborate persona… and everyone bought it. In this limited series, CC Suarez and Sherrilyn Dale unravel Elizabeth’s tangled web of deception, spun over years of manipulation. From fake diagnoses to stolen money, charity fraud, evictions, and broken friendships, eLIESabeth is the story of a woman who weaponized sympathy and left a trail of destruction in her wake.
