Description
Are YOU the A*****e? Everyone has drama in their lives—we just happen to hate it more than most. Join hosts Mike and Dylan (we both have ADHD—hence the name) as we dive into listener-submitted stories & Reddit AITA posts of workplace catastrophes, relationship disasters, family feuds, and social media meltdowns. We select the juiciest, most ridiculous drama submissions and give them the treatment they deserve: brutal honesty, questionable advice, and jokes that somehow make everything better. We're not therapists or life coaches—we're just two guys who think chaos makes for great content.

Bye Bye Butterfree: Ridiculous Tangents and a Not Goodbye | MADHD EP106 | Wild Comedy Podcast |

Somehow the funniest episode of Mike and Dylan HATE! Drama is also the one where they announce the hiatus.
It starts with a Pokemon cold open that has no business hitting as hard as it does, and then immediately falls apart into everything this show has always been. Mike gets emotionally compromised by a butterfly. Dylan explains Duck Hunt with total confidence and zero sources. They obliterate Lexington barbecue while sitting in Lexington, argue about whether Nick's deserves to be eighth best in the nation, and float a burger podcast that would have killed them both. There is a Country Barbeque tenderloin biscuit rant. There is a sunscreen conspiracy. There is Abba Zaba.
Somewhere in the middle of all of it, they get honest about why this show never took off the way the other one did, three years of kerfuffles that never once got personal, and what happens to the time they are getting back. This is not the show dying. It is the show finally admitting what it actually is.
If this made you laugh, follow the show and leave us a review, it genuinely helps.

Aliens, Butthole Sunning, and Batman Takes | MADHD EP105 |

Mike and Dylan go completely off the rails this week, roasting everything from alien science to Lexington barbecue with zero filter and no chill. What starts as a World Cup prediction spins into a cursed power ranking, then a full-blown argument about whether aliens have to look like us, and somehow lands on a serious plan to sun their buttholes for extra energy. Russell is along for the entire ride, egging it on and occasionally winning the debate.
Mike refuses to be calm about anything, Dylan keeps dragging the science receipts into it, and the whole thing detonates into Batman opinions, a Lexington barbecue roast, and a closing bit where the crew literally times how long Mike takes to poop. It is one hour and thirty-six minutes of three guys with no off switch. No plot, no point, all chaos.

North Carolina Almost Got Nuked in 1961 | MADHD EP104 |
2026/07/06
Mike, Dylan, and Russell crack up covering the nuclear bomb that almost wiped out North Carolina. Pure comedy chaos from minute one.
They came in hot with a plan to cover the 1961 Goldsboro nuclear incident, where a B-52 crashed over North Carolina carrying two atomic bombs that came terrifyingly close to detonating. What followed was something no history teacher has ever experienced and absolutely no history teacher asked for.
Dylan misreads the crash report in a way nobody will let him live down. Mike connects the B-52 to Barack Obama through conspiracy math that somehow tracks. The three of them spiral from Cold War nuclear history into Vietnam War takes, Iraq War hot opinions, and a full Eminem career autopsy that turns into a flat-out shouting match over whether MGK actually won that rap battle. Russell goes somewhere nobody asked him to go and then keeps going anyway.
ICP gets destroyed in real time. Drug stories from Mike's past emerge. Getting fired from a busboy job at 18 gets confessed on air. The episode ends somewhere between nicotine withdrawal and juggalos.
This is Mike and Dylan HATE! Drama. They are absolutely not sorry.

3 Dudes Discuss Scary Stories & Tales of Ghost Encounters | MADHD EP103 |

Mike, Dylan, and Russell started this episode planning to talk about North Carolina paranormal stories. They ended up going somewhere none of them expected. Between Dylan's solo Christmas Eve trip to Lydia's Bridge in Jamestown (where he found a pile of bloody Halloween clothes and immediately posted to Reddit), a ghost hunting session cut short because a spirit apparently got into Russell's colon, and a CB radio childhood where Mike pranked truckers and called his dad a bastard on the airwaves in front of his friends, this one goes completely off the rails before it finds something real underneath.
Russell's apartment ghost story is a highlight. He talked to it out loud, negotiated a truce, and the thing left his roommate alone for months. When Mike moved out, the hauntings came back. Russell got a text asking him to come back and fix it.
By the second half, Mike, Dylan, and Russell dig into family history and trauma in a way that is somehow both brutal and funny. The fear of the sky origin story involving a recurring Phoenix dream, tall Norwegian beings in the clouds, and a possible alien connection wraps everything into a genuinely wild hour and twenty minutes.

Funny doesn't even begin to cover what happens when a third guy enters the room. Mike and Dylan welcome Russell to the mic, and it takes about four minutes before the wheels fall completely off.
Russell's backstory alone is chaos: a half-finished bio, a very bad employment decision made right after joining the crew. From there, things escalate.
The guys go deep on historical accuracy in movies (spoiler: Mike has very strong feelings about fat historians who never fought in WWII), whether Neil DeGrasse Tyson is right about the Titanic sky, and why Band of Brothers might owe a dead guy an apology. That somehow becomes a long tour through growing up before smartphones, and then Mike reveals he spent part of his youth acting "severely mentally handicapped" in the Walmart parking lot for nickels as a performance art piece.
Then Mike explains the spray paint henchman job. That is all we will say about that.
Crystal with the Blue Hair returns with a new submission: the story of an 18-year-old, a gym personal trainer she thought was 23, and what happened when she found out he was 41. The guys react live, look up "predicament bondage" on air, and have to explain it to each other. It goes exactly as well as you'd expect.
Bryce from Kansas writes in about Cookout, Mike compares Chick-fil-A employees to failed Disney Channel hopefuls, and somehow it wraps up before anyone gets arrested.

Mike and Dylan completely lose it over dueling Michael Jackson impersonators, a guy literally named Jeff Epstein booking the nation's 250th national celebration, and the most chaotic auto parts story ever heard. This is comedy with zero filter and even less of a plan.
Episode 101 is the off-the-cuff one. Mike and Dylan tear into the White House UFC card, the Gaethje vs Topuria buildup, and that legendary UFC 300 Holloway knockout, then somehow end up arguing about whether Henry Ford was a Nazi while Googling the dates of both World Wars in real time. In between the chaos, Crystal with the Blue Hair sends in a genuinely beautiful piece about the special needs kids she worked with, and Goat Man 507 delivers an instant classic about a Ford Ranger owner who tried to fight him over a brake line. Two guys, full confidence, almost always wrong, and having the best time being wrong. No takes survive contact.

Mike and Dylan recap their 48 Hour Film Festival experience and editor Russell is finally here in person to make it worse...
For Episode 100, the guys brought in their editor Russell to do a full behind-the-scenes breakdown of their short film Be Alpha, a comedy they had to write, shoot, and edit in a single weekend. What followed was a script-writing tiff at 11pm, Dylan hanging out of a moving convertible with no seatbelt, a van so freshly waxed it became a mirror on set, and a submission deadline miss that almost never happened. Dylan somehow pulled it all together in solo flow-state edit mode while Mike went swimming with his family.
Then just when they were wrapping up, Russell dropped something nobody saw coming, original dirty limericks written specifically for Mike and Dylan on his first-ever pod appearance. One was sweet. One was decidedly not.

This week, Mike and Dylan tear apart a full lineup of listener chaos: a one-legged scooter collision at a Cardinals game, a grand jury no-indict that had the whole town exhaling, and a church shut-in story that starts with paintball and ends with an arrest with absolutely no trigger warning.
Then Sam's friend decides the perfect moment to play Pokémon Go is while driving someone who just took acid, gets pulled over, and covers by telling the cop his passenger is "mentally retarded." They get away with a warning.
Goat Man is back again, somehow topping himself, his buddy Andrew dragging him into a Tuesday afternoon strip club described as "a haunted waiting room with neon lights," losing $50, getting a rogue lap dance, and receiving what may or may not have been a sexual proposition disguised as a conversation about a spicy bean burrito.
Mike and Dylan dig into all of it with zero chill and zero apologies.

Mike and Dylan crack up over a guy who strips to tighty-whities before EVERY fight and that's somehow not even the most unhinged thing in this episode.
In Episode 97, the guys go off on: Ryan cut off his toxic alcoholic parents after they spent years trashing his wife and his military service and he hasn't heard from them since. Mike has feelings. Violent, road-trip-shaped feelings. Jordan blacked out at 16, woke up covered in vomit, blamed her best friend for a year, and didn't confess for even longer. Mike has a matching story involving V8 juice, punk socks, and 5pm unconsciousness. Fat Thundercat is back, first with an update on her emotionally-cheating husband, then with a new submission about grocery store grannies who will not stop trying to touch her babies. She's one tap away from becoming Stone Cold Steve Austin in the produce section.
Then Goat Man sends in a masterpiece: the legend of Ronald, a college guy who stripped down to tighty-whities before every single fight, won maybe one in three, and once had to sprint down Main Street in his underwear chased by cops after his clothes got stolen. Mike and Dylan add the Dragon Ball Z transformation theory, two childhood bullies separately arrested on meth while naked, and a deep dive into the worst Christmas propaganda movie ever made.

The Most Legendary Bathroom Disaster We've Ever Heard | MADHD EP96 |
2026/05/11

Mike and Dylan read the most legendary bathroom disaster story in podcast history and that's not even where this episode starts.
Fat Thundercat is back with a wild update that goes way deeper than the original cheating saga including a rib-breaking reveal nobody saw coming. Then Ricky from Oklahoma sends in a heartfelt single-dad story that genuinely hits. And then Goatman507 delivers "Defcon Brown at the Shake Shack" four full pages of pure, unhinged comedic writing about what happens when your stomach declares a state of emergency inside an escape room, in front of your girlfriend's family, six months into the relationship.
Mike and Dylan weigh in on all of it. They also go off on the Lexington BBQ festival (Bridget's Kitchen gets its flowers), announce a brand new film review podcast, and Mike shares exactly what it's like to hold in Thanksgiving farts at a new girlfriend's house while trying to maintain any shred of dignity.
It's chaotic, it's warm, and it absolutely goes off the rails in the best way. New episodes every week. Follow on Apple or Spotify and we'll see you next time.

Mike and Dylan completely lose it over a hefty fisherman who got towed to shore like a freshly-speared walrus and that's just the FIRST story on this comedy podcast.
Episode 95 of Mike and Dylan HATE! Drama opens with the guys breaking down their chaotic weekend short film shoot (no shot list, full mayhem), before diving into one of the funniest listener submissions they've ever received.
Goatman507, self-described "hefty country boy" goes fishing solo on Hillsdale Lake in a tiny plastic boat that was "basically a Walmart kayak with self-esteem." He gets high-centered on a submerged log, goes straight into 40-degree water "like a bag of wet concrete," perches on an underwater tree like a half-drowned swamp goblin, gets rescued by strangers who cannot lift him into their boat, and ends up getting literally towed to shore while hanging off the side. Then he gets back in the boat and keeps fishing. Mike and Dylan are done.
From there: a listener pitches a third podcast idea (and wants 10% for Mike's big toe), a 20-year-old accidentally breaks and enters the wrong house while blackout drunk on Pink Whitney, Ricky from Oklahoma handles his girlfriend's workplace stalker with an absolute power move, and a mom of a child with autism and intellectual disability brings a genuinely moving question about CBD therapy that sends Mike and Dylan deep into parenting advice, heavy metal exposure, vaccines, and why the media is the real enemy.
It's a lot. We're not sorry.

Mike and Dylan lose it over some crazy listener stories that somehow keep escalating. First: Diane's soon-to-be ex-husband who slept in the backseat of his truck waiting for her at work shifts, built a nursery alone, and waited 27 hours in a hospital lobby and she's asking if she's the a*****e for wanting to leave him. Then they catch live ChatGPT formatting mid-read and absolutely cannot recover.
Then what starts as a mental health check-in about her husband leaving for a railroad job ends in a three-part cheating saga: burner phones in the basement, dating apps, Reddit, nine months of denial while she was raising twins. Mike and Dylan give the take they almost never give: nuanced, no-judgment, and still brutally honest.
Then a submission forces them to think harder than usual about a 17-year-old senior, a 14-year-old freshman, and whether public perception should stop him from running a drill camp at 21. Spoiler: they draw a clear line and it's not where most people expect.
