Did you know that you have permission to believe anything you want? In this episode, I give you permssion :) and we discuss a few more random things I have been thinking about.

In this episode, we're talking about the energy you're coming from in the things you do, the decisions you make, and the things you want. Are you coming from fear or trust? Lack or abundance? Are you doing something because you genuinely want to, or because you're afraid of what will happen if you don't? The same action can come from completely different places. You can build a business because you're excited about what's possible, or because you're afraid you won't have enough. You can want to change your body while still loving the body you have. This is about becoming aware of what's underneath your actions and realizing you have a choice in how you move through your life. A few things we talk about: What it means to ask, “What energy am I coming from?” The difference between creating from desire and acting from fear How to recognize when you're trying to prove something, control an outcome, or prevent something bad from happening Why you don't have to feel perfect to choose a different way of being How your energy influences the way you approach money, relationships, your body, and your business Learning to pursue what you want without making it mean you're not already enough A little reminder: you don't have to stop wanting more to be happy with what you have. You can desire, create, grow, and change from a place of trust instead of fear.

We can get so stuck on how money is going to come to us. “My clients need to pay me.” “I need to make more sales.” “I need to get a better job.” “I need to work harder.” But what if those are just some of the ways money can come to you? In this episode, I want to open up the idea of all the different ways money can find you. It could come through a client, but it could also come through a gift, an inheritance, a refund, an investment, unclaimed property, a random opportunity, someone recommending you, something you sell, an idea you have, or something you completely didn't see coming. And I want to talk about something I think is really important: Money can come THROUGH people without coming FROM people. Your client isn't the source. Your employer isn't the source. Your business isn't the source. They're channels. And when we start separating the source from the channel, I think we can become a lot more open to the possibilities of how money can actually reach us. Because maybe you don't need to know where the money is going to come from. Maybe you just need to stop deciding that you already know. In this episode, we're going to play with that idea and really expand our perception of how money can find us.

In this episode, Maren talks about some of her favorite beliefs she has adopted over the past few years. What you believe creates the filter that you view life through. So, it is very important to LIVE fully AWAKE in your beliefs. AND you can change your beliefs at anytime. There is no contract or commitment to a belief (unless you believe there is) :)

In this episode, we will dicuss what the difference between awareness and attention is. Maren will also move through what it looks like to be in awareness and how that can actually be the only thing you need (at times) to shift your energy.

In this episode, we will explore fear and how it may not be something that is a directive but more so information. Do it afraid :)

In this epsiode we will discuss resistance and how we can move into acceptance which allows us to align with the universe. From this space, we can know that all emotions are okay and then we can create a life intentionally :)

If you think "nobody likes me" then you will definitely look for how that is true in a relationship, a room, a friendship...etc. Be open to believing something new about yourself and seeing yourself and others differently.

In this episode we will discuss "blaming" God vs taking responsibilty of your reality. Maybe God wants everything and more for you that you want. What if your wants and desires are good? And the only thing you need to shift is your identity. Becoming the person that has that thing and life is one belief away :)
