Description
I help geeks and gamers to play life better. As an INFP, I've spent a lot of time trying to understand myself, forcing myself outside of my comfort zone, finding my purpose in life, gaining self-confidence, and learning how to have better relationships. Personality type is one of the main models I use to help clients regain control over their lives, but I also tend to use Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnosis as well. Stay awhile and listen!

why INFPs trade actual progress for endless possibilities
2026/10/02
Have you ever sat down to work on a project, only to open 20 new tabs, bounce into 10 new ideas, and end up taking zero action?
For INFPs, staying at the crossroads often feels safer than picking a path. We tell ourselves we’re keeping our options open, but what we're really doing is trading real-world progress and experience points (XP) for the safety of infinite potential.
In this video, I talk about:
• Why your Innovating Explorer (Extraverted Intuition / Ne) feels like choosing one path means "murdering" your other ideas.
• Why your Resonating Soul (Introverted Feeling / Fi) doubts the outcome before you even take the first step.
• The fear of getting trapped in a "prison of accomplishment" run by your Strategizing Commander (Extraverted Thinking / Te).
• 3 practical shifts to separate exploration from execution, treat action as data collection, and build your own custom skill tree without getting stuck.
Drop a comment below: What is one idea or creative project you've been keeping safe in possibility space that you can take a small 15-minute action on today?
Good luck, have fun. Peace.

Many INFPs feel like a fraud when they can't be 100% authentic in every single social situation. But hiding your inner depth behind a mask isn't a sign of weakness or social fragility... it’s the mechanical reality of how your dominant Introverted Feeling (Fi) processes the world.
Because Introverted Feeling is personal, subjective, and internally calibrated, it was never built to be broadcasted to an entire room. Past experiences with weird reactions or blank stares teach INFPs early on that over-sharing can lead to misunderstandings and unnecessary conflict.
In this video, I talk about why you don't need to dump your entire soul onto everyone you meet, how to use the "faucet" metaphor to manage how much you share, and how to create genuine connections through faceted sharing and tactical empathy.

This is a compilation of the 4 videos I made on the INFP subtypes. I chopped out the intros and outros to make it easier to view it all in one place.
If you're an INFP and you've never quite resonated with standard personality stereotypes, it’s likely because you belong to one of four distinct brain-based subtypes.
Based on Dr. Dario Nardi’s 64-channel EEG brain-mapping research in "Decode Your Personality," the INFP personality type expands into four distinct neurological patterns: Dominant, Creative, Normalizing, and Harmonizing.
In this full compilation guide, I break down each INFP subtype, looking at their real brain wiring, core strengths, career tendencies, blind spots, and how to identify your unique character class (personality type).

Have you ever realized you've been sitting in the same chair for six hours, forgotten to eat, or pushed through an injury because you were completely lost in your head?
For INFPs, our tertiary function Introverted Sensing (Si) often leaves us swinging between two extremes: hyper-focusing on small bodily sensations or completely ignoring our physical health until an emergency forces us to stop.
In this video, we break down why INFPs disconnect from their physical body and explore two practical strategies (external sensory triggers and internal identity shifts) to keep your physical hardware running so your creative software has a place to thrive.

These 7 Habits Hold INFPs Back from Being Respected
2026/09/16
I got on a train in Japan about twenty years ago.
My friend convinced me to get on the Green car.
I didn't buy the upgraded ticket. When the conductor walked down the aisle asking to see it, I froze. Instead of just owning the mistake, I pulled out the stupid foreigner routine. “I don't know, I don't know.”
She let it go. But I felt dirty afterward.
I pretended to be small, innocent, and confused so I could avoid a moment of friction. And the uncomfortable truth is, INFPs do this all the time in everyday life.
We play harmless. We let other people handle the practical weight, make the hard calls, or cross our lines without saying a word. We tell ourselves we are just being peaceful, or that we are strong enough to carry the annoyance. We absorb the snide remarks, the racist comments, the endless emotional dumping from people who never ask how we are doing.
We stay quiet to avoid the tension.
Then, after months of swallowing it, something snaps. We go cold. We drop a ruthless, surgical verbal takedown on someone who had no idea we were even upset. They walk away thinking we are unstable. We walk away feeling guilty, terrified that speaking up means we are secretly cruel people.
So we retreat. We go right back to being passive.
Assertiveness is not cruelty. Setting a boundary is just stating a practical reality: If you do this, I am going to step out of the room. It is not about controlling the other person. It is about deciding what you will tolerate around you.
You will not turn into a monster just because you start drawing a line. You might swing too hard once or twice, but you will calibrate. You will find the middle ground.
What is a line you have been keeping silent about, just to protect someone else from the discomfort of your truth?

An INFP asked me "Can my Ne lead me down the wrong path in dreaming about my possible futures?"
Stop INFP decision paralysis by understanding how your extraverted intuition affects your ability to choose a path.
Many people with the INFP personality type struggle with closing doors, often mistaking lack of direction with a fear of commitment. This video explains why your cognitive functions, specifically extraverted intuition, might be keeping you trapped in an endless loop of dreaming about possible futures instead of taking action.
I talk about how to recognize when your natural brainstorming abilities are actually hindering your progress. By identifying the root cause of these INFP struggles, you can learn to narrow your focus and finally move forward with confidence.
I also share a method that helps you more easily and confidently commit to a path.

Are you an INFP struggling to finish projects? Learn how to stop the mental battle between your inner Commander and Explorer.
Most INFPs bounce between a rigid need for productivity and an impulsive craving for total freedom. This video covers why your personality creates this specific friction and provides a clear strategy to stop self-sabotage. If you feel like your goals are constantly thwarted by your own shifting priorities, this breakdown offers a way to integrate those opposing sides rather than forcing yourself to choose one over the other.
I go over a framework that helps you regain control of your creative focus. You'll learn how to identify the specific positive intentions driving your Commander part, how to approach your Explorer side with genuine curiosity instead of frustration, and a bit on how to design a lifestyle that respects both systems and spontaneity.
By negotiating between these internal voices, you can finally build consistent habits that actually align with your authentic self. Or at least get started.

This is a video about how infps can develop introverted sensing (si)
Learn how to use aspirational introverted sensing to build routines that actually work for your personality type. Stop fighting your natural instincts and find better structure.
Many INFP personality type and ENFP personality growth discussions focus exclusively on developing extraverted intuition or introverted feeling. While those are important, this video explores a different path for personality development based on Dr. Dario Nardi's Decode Your Personality. I examine how to stop viewing the Si function as an enemy and start using it for practical life management.
By leaning into aspirational introverted sensing, you can create sustainable routines that support your life instead of draining your energy. This approach is designed for those who struggle with consistency but want to find a way to integrate stability without losing their creative spark.
