If trans people are allowed to exist, we pose a direct threat to the story they've been telling us about people's "role" in society for thousands of years. Naturally, it becomes necessary, in order to maintain power, to paint us out as "freaks" and "mentally ill," instead of just "people with a slight variation in gender and possibly biology from other people." We sometimes define our womanhood in opposition to it, rather than by defining it on its own terms. When you're raised in a misogynistic world, it's easy to internalize some of the ideas about what "femininity" and "womanhood" are SUPPOSED to look like, and unfortunately a lot of times that means trauma. SA. DV. Boiling our entire identities down to whether or not we're able to reproduce or conceive children. And that's what patriarchy wants from us. In today's discussion, we break down how trans women and cis women alike are affected by misogyny and how we need to unlearn those beliefs in order to grow into the fullness of our feminine power.

Starting with a relationship with a very un/supportive partner in 2020, all the way to transitioning like it was the 1970s, and finally working in education as a trans person. But society doesn't really accept bisexual people, and bi people are often erased or told to "choose a side," (another version of experiencing comphet) where people will choose one or the other sides of your identity and choose to ignore the rest of it. She finally broke ranks and switched sides, speaking out against big tech, billionaires, and the entire MAGA ideology, explaining that by doing some reading and learning, she was able to see the error in her ways. There is a prevalent belief in TERF and "gender critical" circles, and a narrative being pushed by right-wing grifters and people with ulterior motives, that being trans causes people to be MORE VIOLENT than all other demographics of people. And, of course, it's easy to find an example of any type of person who did something wrong if you're LOOKING for that. So this week, we're covering a number of examples of "bad" trans people, trans people who committed violence, and the general rhetoric that the "gender criticals" (just TERFs with a funny name) push en masse to try to convince people to be terrified of us. In our last two "debunking propaganda videos, we talked about how they think being trans is a "social contagion" (a belief that has been disproven after being first proposed in 2015 and gaining steam in 2016), and then the idea that trans identity is a "cult," the harmful idea that having autism both makes you 'more vulnerable' to trans ideology (because you aren't smart enough to think for yourself) and 'causes' you to transition, and bizarre, pseudoscientific beliefs about puberty blockers, brain changes, and identical twins. These ultra right-wing grifters (who are often RACIST as well as transphobic) are wildly misinformed, and have ulterior motives that largely align with patriarchal ideas that we should all be reduced purely to our biology. We watch several of their propaganda videos and look at their memes and DEBUNK their Nazi ideology with facts, logic, and statistics.

Blaire White is a prominent transgender influencer who also happens to be Gender Critical and TERFy... she spews anti-trans rhetoric and makes content bullying other trans women for their appearance, while also being racist, conservative, MAGA, and being a token trans person for the Right to weaponize.
