S3 E4 When God Says Trust- Finding Peace in the Crossroads

S3 E4: When God Says Trust: Finding Peace in the CrossroadsHave you ever found yourself at a crossroads, unsure of which path to take, wondering if you're falling behind, or questioning what God has planned for you?
Beautiful amiga, you're not alone. 🤍
In this episode, I'm opening up about why I've been a little quiet lately. Between motherhood, marriage, my career, building a business, and navigating grief and change, I've found myself in another season of uncertainty.
And if I'm being real, sometimes I wish God would just hand me the map!
But what happens when His timing doesn't align with ours? When we start comparing where we are to where we thought we'd be? Or when the pressure to do it all makes us question whether we're doing enough?
This season is teaching me that trusting God isn't always about knowing what's next. Sometimes it's about learning to find peace right where we are.
In this episode, we're talking about:
Navigating life's crossroads without having all the answersRecognizing the difference between our thoughts and the actual factsLetting go of comparison, especially with our own expectationsTrusting God's timing, even when it's inconvenientGiving ourselves permission to rest while still pursuing our purposeTaking one faithful step without needing to see the entire pathWe'll also reflect on Proverbs 3:5–6 and Matthew 11:28–30, reminding us that we can trust God's direction while finding rest in Him.
Because trusting God doesn't mean standing still, but it also doesn't mean exhausting ourselves trying to figure everything out.
So grab your cafecito (or some tea, like me this time ☕), take a moment for yourself, and let's navigate this season of becoming together.
And before you go, I want you to reflect on one question:
Where in your life are you trying to force an answer when maybe what you need right now is to trust?
Your plans may change. Your timeline may look different. But your worth hasn't changed.
You are already enough. 🤍
If this episode speaks to your heart, share it with another woman who might need this reminder today.

S3 What doors is God Opening

What Doors Is God Opening? 🚪✨
What happens when the year doesn’t look like the vision board you created?
In this episode of She Is Enough, I’m reflecting on where I am with the goals and dreams I set for myself this year—and realizing that maybe progress doesn’t always look like checking every box.
Sometimes, the plan changes. Sometimes, we pivot. Sometimes, the door we keep trying to push open simply isn’t the door God has for us.
And in those moments, it can be so easy to focus on what didn’t happen instead of recognizing everything that did.
One reminder on my vision board has become especially important: I am enough.
I have to remind myself of those words daily because when things don’t go according to plan, it’s easy to question ourselves, our progress, and even our purpose. But our worth was never dependent on how much we accomplished.
Maybe this season isn’t about forcing another door open.
Maybe it’s about giving ourselves grace, trusting the pivot, and paying attention to the doors God is already opening.
Beautiful amiga, your plans may change—but your worth doesn’t. 🤍

S3 E2 One Faithful Step
2026/08/14
Send us Fan Mail
Season 3, Episode 2: One Faithful Step 👣🤍
What if becoming the woman God is calling you to be doesn’t require one giant leap—but simply the courage to take the next small step?
In this episode of She Is Enough, I’m sharing what I’m learning about slowing down, letting go of the pressure to make everything perfect, and finding God in the ordinary moments of our lives.
We talk about motherhood and realizing our children need our presence more than perfect experiences, building small habits instead of constantly trying to overhaul our lives, making space for God—even if it’s only five minutes—and learning to celebrate the wins we so easily overlook.
Especially during busy seasons like back-to-school, when so many women are taking care of everyone else, I want to ask: When was the last time you made space to simply breathe, be still, and recognize what God is already doing in your life?
Maybe you don’t need to have the entire path figured out.
Maybe you just need enough faith for the next step.
✨ One prayer.
✨ One verse.
✨ One quiet moment.
✨ One small act of courage.
✨ One faithful step.
Because sometimes we're waiting for God to do something extraordinary while He's inviting us to be faithful in the ordinary.
🎧 Press play and let’s take the next step together.

Welcome to the New Season | Becoming While Trusting God
Welcome to a brand-new season of the She Is Enough Podcast.
If you've ever felt like life changed you, this episode is for you.
After walking through grief, unexpected transitions, and seasons that challenged my identity, I realized something important: God isn't asking us to have everything figured out before we move forward. He's inviting us to trust Him while we're still becoming.
In this episode, I'm sharing why this season of the podcast is different, what God has been teaching me about slowing down, letting go of perfection, and finding peace in His presence. We'll talk about grief, healing, motherhood, faith, purpose, boundaries, and learning to embrace the woman God is shaping us into—without feeling like we have to earn our worth.
If you've been waiting until you're "healed enough," "ready enough," or "good enough" to step into what God has for you, I pray this conversation reminds you that you don't have to wait.
Because you are already enough.
Grab your cafecito, settle in, and let's walk through this season together.
In this episode you'll hear:
• Why Season 3 is centered on becoming instead of perfection
• How grief can change your identity—and your faith

• Learning to trust God one step at a time
• A prayer for the woman you're becoming

Grief: Losing Someone You Love | Honoring Ricardo Heredia Ortiz
2026/05/04
Send us Fan Mail
Grief is one of the hardest things we will ever experience… y también es una expresión profunda del amor que sentimos.
In this heartfelt episode, I honor the life of my father-in-law, Ricardo Heredia Ortiz—a man who meant so much to our family. For the first time, I share this episode in both English and Spanish to truly honor him, his story, and his family. Este episodio viene desde el corazón… con amor, con dolor, y con intención.
If you are navigating loss, this conversation is for you. No estás sola… you are not alone in your grief.
I share pieces of who he was, the things he loved, and the impact he leaves behind in our lives. También comparto maneras de mantener viva la memoria de nuestros seres queridos—because love doesn’t end, it transforms.
In this episode, we talk about:
Honoring your loved one by doing the things they loved / Honrar a tu ser querido haciendo lo que a ellos les gustaba Spending time in nature to reconnect and reflect / Conectar con la naturaleza para sentir su presencia Sharing their stories with your children and loved ones / Contar sus historias a nuestros hijos y familia Journaling your thoughts and emotions / Escribir lo que sientes Writing letters to them as a way to process and express / Escribirles cartas desde el corazón Allowing yourself to feel, sin presión, sin prisa… without rushing your healing Grief comes in waves… en momentos inesperados… y está bien sentirlo todo.
This episode is a gentle reminder that even in loss, there is still connection, still love, still meaning.

I explore how to take inventory of your current workload before committing to more, evaluate whether everything on your plate truly requires your involvement, and manage your calendar with clear expectations and communication boundaries.
I also discuss the importance of building reset moments into your day — taking your lunch, stepping away from the hustle, and creating small moments that bring you joy.
Setting boundaries isn’t about doing less — it’s about creating the space to do your best work without burning out.

What does it mean to come home to yourself?
In this episode, Josalin explores how we lose connection to who we are beneath our roles, responsibilities, and expectations. How self-awareness helps bring us back. She shares personal insights from her own journey, including how personality tools like the Enneagram helped her recognize patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, and seeking reassurance outside of herself.
You’ll be guided through simple reflection questions to help you reconnect with your identity, trust yourself more deeply, and set intentional goals for 2026 rooted in alignment.
This episode is a reminder that you don’t need to become someone new.
You just need to remember who you already are because You are already Enough.

E10- Trusting the Timing — Recenter, Release, and Receive
2025/11/14
Send us Fan Mail
In this episode of She Is Enough, I talk about something I’ve had to learn over and over again: trusting the timing of my life. Not my timeline, not the plan I thought I had figured out — but God’s timing, divine timing, the timing that unfolds even when I don’t fully understand it.
I share how I’ve learned to recenter myself when life feels off-track, and why surrendering isn’t about giving up — it’s about releasing control and allowing a bigger plan to work in my favor. I walk through four practices that have helped me grow through different seasons: practicing gratitude for where I am right now, accepting that I can’t predict or control the future, staying open to new opportunities, and trusting that God’s plan is always greater than my own.
From unexpected blessings to detours that redirected my life, I open up about how timing has shaped my journey in ways I never could’ve imagined. If you’re in a season of waiting, uncertainty, or transition, this episode is your reminder to breathe, release, and trust that what’s meant for you will always arrive — right on time.
Remember, You are already enough. And your path is unfolding exactly how it needs to.
