New Love For Labour, Time For An Election?
2026/09/30
Andy Burnham did well with his conference speech, even his enemies have to admit he held the room but can he persuade the country with the bold 'new' ideas, in particular targeting OAP's ,once again? The Burnham Bounce appears to be holding with Labour now putting clear water between them and Reform and the Tories. If the Prime Minister can settle the arguments on how to pay for his ambitious care plans will an early General Election be on the cards to implement his ideas even sooner?
Royal "Cad" Cashes In
2026/09/23
Diana, Princess of Wales's, brother Charles looks a right Charlie now with an attack on Piers Morgan in his new Royal expose book that's turned out to be major Fake News. Charlie Spencer has slagged off Charles the King with deeply disturbing accusations about the King's reaction to Diana's death, however, can we believe anything in this book is true after Spencer had to apologise to Piers Morgan for failing to fact check slurs on him which turned about to be false.? Andrew and Kevin know the players involved, their take on yet another Royal fall out is well worth the half hour.
Harry&Meghan - School Run Fears
2026/09/16
Their children lasted just two days in their new UK school before Harry and Meghan decided sitting in traffic, like the rest of us private citizens, which they are, was too dangerous. It was a school run deemed a terror threat for the convoy the couple need to make the school run. Again it's another PR mistake, perhaps they could take a lesson from the villagers of Piddington, likley not far from Harry's secret Cotswold base, who declared independence from the UK over plans to house more than a thousands migrants on an old military site on their doorstep.Andrew and Kevin provide another half hour of topical debate which includes millionaires telling pensioners their weekly government handouts should be cut back whilst Kemi Badenoch has inheritance tax in her vote winning manual.
Harry Told Live Like Common People
2026/09/09
The King has told his courtiers Harry may be back but he's not part of the Firm. In a stark letter Charles makes it clear his son and Meghan can not use royal titles for visits, they are, like the rest of us, private citizens.Andrew and Kevin decipher what's behind this shot across the bows from the monarch to the prodigal son. Also in this packed episode, the balaclava henchmen on the march against small boat arrivals, Reform's money woes get worse with police stepping in and we try to solve the problem of the middle
Harry&Meghan - The Real Reason They're Back
2026/08/26
Is it a new Royal war or just a continuation of the past? Harry and William back on home turf together and possibly even on the same Eton rugby touchline as fathers of boys at the exclusive public school. Why is Harry back and why is there silence from his brother? Was Meghan really offered a starring role in a big tv series and if not who was briefing the press? Buckle up it's going to be a circus this September onwards with the politics of the House of Windsor competing with Westminster. Have a watch and listen to Andrew and Kevin and their no holds barred take on the week's events.
The King- What They're Not Telling You!
2026/08/19
In this special Royal episode, insight into the future of Charles III and his failing health and unlikely to be improved by bombshell revelations expected from a new memoir from Charles Spencer, Princess Diana's brother. He concentrates especially on the week of her death and how the Royal family handled the response to a nation in mourning.
Clacton Election Special: Will Farage Victory Backfire?
2026/08/14
Was Farage frit in not turning up to his own count in Clacton on Sea?what will his less than expected majority percentage mean for Reform's chances and will Burnham see this as a window to call a snap election? And didn't Count Binface do well heading towards a third of the vote? The chances are we will be suffering deja vu as most likley there will be another Clacton election ordered soon, this time over Farage's controversial £5 million gift. Andrew and Kevin watched the count, so you didn't have to...
Burnham's Bounce Hits First Controversy
2026/08/05
PM Andy's on holiday, Andrew Pierce is back from schmoozing Joan Collins while Kevin has escaped to Spain to avoid the UK heatwave. But it's far from quiet on the political front with bad headlines for the government rejecting pleas by the family of PC Andrew Harper to keep his killers in jail, questions on how the PM will pay for his ambitious adult social care plans which he seems to be betting the farm on and have Reform jumped the shark with policies more suited to Count Binface? They want to send in the Royal Marines to dump illegal migrants back on the French beaches, what could possibly go wrong? Sit back on the sun lounger, sangria in hand and enjoy half an hour of all you need to know from back home, then chillax.
Exclusive: Inside the Burnham Bunker, The First Hours
2026/07/21
Who was first to betray Starmer to set the ball rolling? Why did Miliband and Mahmood miss out on the top job? When did the new Chancellor last use a calculator and what will you spend your 86p windfall on? What do the first few hours of the brave new Burnham world look like, Pierce and Maguire have ears to the ground as usual.
Why Did Widdecombe Turn Down The Pope?
2026/07/14
This week's episode is full of great stories including the shock decision Ann Widdecombe made after accepting the plum position of UK Ambassador to the Vatican. What made her hand in her resignation from the post to David Cameron? Andrew has the scoop on that whilst Kevin and his mates from the Mirror were responsible for the rather unkind moniker of Doris Karloff bestowed on Ann who had a great riposte. We'll never see her like again.
Clacton Showdown - Nigel v Binface
2026/07/07
Nigel Farage’s plan to go to the good burghers of Clacton in a by election to rage against the establishment machine faces falling into farce. All major parties claim they will boycott what they call a stunt with only Count Binface confirming he will stand against the Reform leader. It was just last week that we considered Nigel Farage's levels of stress, capacity to absorb the blows and whether he had the will to fight on. Lo and behold he's just demanded a dramatic Back Me or Sack Me from the good seaside folk of Clacton who now face their lucrative summer season being cancelled as the world's press descend on the Essex seaside for a shock by election. The first person declared to stand is its ex MP Nigel Farage. . Like Andy Burnham before him, Nigel is arguably abusing the democratic reason for local parliamentary elections, they are neither for overthrowing a sitting PM nor for diverting attention from an MP investigated for improper use of funds. Meanwhile, England has proper royalty once again in the form of a Harry, not Prince Harry but Harry Kane! Kane is a nailed on winner, Harry Windsor is a sore loser. He's now facing a lawyer's bill for millions having lost at the High Court against the publishers of the Mail titles found to have used lawful journalistic methods to write royal stories, albeit without his consent. It's just not going well for Harry, literally an ' Heir BnB' after his dad refused him a room at the Palace. Where does he go from here?
Will Farage Take Flight?
2026/07/01
It was all going so well for Reform but now after a series of set backs and bad press, Britain's top two political commentators, are suggesting Nigel Farage may be preparing to walk away from his plan to beat Labour at the next election. He has quit before and Andrew Pierce and Kevin Maguire reckon there are signs that history may be about to repeat itself. Sensational suggestion perhaps, but press play to hear their analysis and, of course, the latest developments from the Burnham coronation now days away.
And the rest is...political history
2026/06/24
Westminster is vacum packed, sealed in a sweltering bubble for days to come as we wait for the coronation of King Andy, Andrew Pierce and Kevin Maguire are scholars of political history and unpack the deja vu of PM's ruling, arguably, without a popular mandate. We've been here before and it almost always doesn't end well, can Burnham buck the trend and does he have a legitimate green light to change direction? Let's hope so.
Burnham Election Special - What it Means
2026/06/19
First out of the blocks with Westminster's two best commentators, Andrew Pierce and Kevin Maguire breaking down what Andy Burnham's crushing defeat of Reform in the Makerfield by election means for the UK. And what does Keir Starmer do now, is a coronation or catfight, who is in Burnham's cabinet and what are his policies? The most consequential few days in British political history are about to begin, buckle up with our insiders.
episode 40. The Truth About Andrew's New Royal Row
2026/06/10
All three of the Windsor Mountbattens, Andrew (formerly known as Prince) and his daughters, have been living rent free in royal lodgings for years. Andrew paid a peppercorn rent for his estate at Windsor and even allegedly earned money from cottages he rented out while the Queen, and now the King , have been bankrolling Beatrice and Eugenie's Palace apartments. It's not a good look when the country is struggling with high rentals especially for young families budgeting with the cost of living crisis. Rarely in agreement, Andrew seems to have a knack of uniting Pierce&Maguire as do the wacky Lib Dems in leafy Kingston upon Thames suggesting women get on their e bike to do their womanly duties better! Almost as sexist as the Reform candidate in Makersfield who's odds on now to lose to the King of the North after gross comments about women. All human life is here this week.
