It's giving ROUGH - Sickness hits hard, sleep vs temperament & some rec's for your solids journey!
2026/08/18
Welcome back - this week we are coming to you mere hours before this episode goes live because the past week has been ROUGH!
Sickness has hit Liv's household again & the guilt has come along with it. Carla is amongst renovations of her unit & her visions of painting in peace were not achieved.
We also somehow got into a bit of a deep dive on sleep & question if there really is anything you can do that would ultimately override the main factor - temperament.
Plus! Here are a couple of recommendations for products to help your solids journey, tried & tested by us -
Nourishing Bubs Smock
Nourishing Bubs Solids Starter Pack
