In this deeply honest and moving episode of The Mind Corner, we’re joined by Sophie Stonem for an open conversation about music, grief, loss, and the ways we find comfort and connection through difficult times. Sophie shares her experiences and insights into the powerful relationship between music and our emotional wellbeing. We talk about what grief can look and feel like, the role music can play in navigating loss, and why allowing ourselves to feel rather than hide from difficult emotions can be such an important part of healing.
