The Inspiring Rise of the Dockers and Their People

Fremantle is about to embark on its finals campaign having finished the season as the minor premiers. But whether they secure a maiden Premiership or not, the cultural revolution since the turn of the decade has seen the Dockers establish a system which puts its people first. Mark Foreman wrote this story documenting the inspiring way Fremantle is putting people first and bringing the community with them, showing everybody that care, compassion and treating people well is the blueprint for success.
