16 | The Born Leader: Trust Yourself & Create the Life You Want | Jess Snyder
2026/10/24
What if you’re grateful for the life you have—and still want something different? For 10 years, Jess Snyder worked as a labor and delivery nurse, following a path she believed would bring fulfillment. After the premature birth of her son and a series of life-changing experiences, she began questioning what she wanted her future to look like. In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I sit down with Jess, founder of Born Leader, to talk about leaving a familiar career, building a coaching business, and raising three young boys while navigating the uncertainty of change. Jess shares the decisions, doubts, and everyday practices behind that transition—and what leading herself looks like when she doesn’t have every answer. Together, we explore: • Recognizing when a career that looks right on paper no longer fits.
• Making a decision before you feel completely ready.
• Bringing the experience you already have into a new direction.
• Jess’s perspective on identity, manifestation, and taking action.
• Noticing old thought patterns before they shape your next choice.
• Allowing yourself to want more without dismissing what you already value. One phrase Jess returns to when familiar doubts arise: “I don’t do that anymore.” She shares how she uses those words to interrupt an old pattern and choose how she wants to respond. If you’re considering a career change, building a business, or wondering where your own ambitions fit alongside motherhood, this conversation offers an honest look at choosing a new direction while life keeps happening. What would you give yourself permission to explore if wanting more didn’t require feeling guilty? CONNECT WITH JESS SNYDER Instagram:

15 | You Built the Dream. Why Does What’s Next Feel So Scary? | Slesh Teray
2026/10/16
You’ve built something you once prayed for. So why does your next chapter bring back the same doubts you had at the beginning? In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I sit down with Slesh Teray, founder of Beauty Slesh, for an honest conversation about ambition, reinvention, and taking action when confidence hasn’t caught up with your vision. Slesh shares her journey from earning $850 a month and living in a tiny apartment to building an international beauty education business—and the uncertainty she still experiences as she moves into new work. As she expands from teaching permanent makeup techniques into mentoring women in marketing, sales, and business systems, familiar questions return: Will this work? Am I making the right decision? What if I can’t see what’s next? Together, we explore: • Moving forward before you have evidence that your idea will work.
• How waiting for perfection can delay the experience you need.
• The daily habits and visualization practices Slesh used while building her business.
• Why technical talent and business skills both deserve attention.
• Navigating a new direction after becoming known for something else.
• Making room for doubt without letting it make every decision. Slesh speaks openly about continuing to believe while crying, questioning herself, and wondering how things will unfold. Her story gives us room to talk about the parts of entrepreneurship that a polished success story can leave out. If you’re building your first business or wondering whether you’re allowed to change the one you’ve already built, this conversation is for you. What would you take action on if you stopped requiring yourself to feel certain first? CONNECT WITH SLESH TERAY Beauty Slesh | Beauty Education & Business Mentorship Instagram:

13 | Successful but Running on Empty? Making Room for Your Well-Being | Anna Finck
2026/10/12
You’ve learned how to keep going. But how often do you stop to ask how you’re actually feeling? In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I sit down with Anna Finck, The Wellness Architect, founder of Embodied Wellness, and creator of the Body Coding Method, for a conversation about ambition, perfectionism, and making room for your well-being. Anna shares how her own health challenges led her to explore lifestyle medicine and integrative wellness—and reconsider what success meant if she didn’t feel well enough to enjoy it. Together, we explore: • The pressure to keep performing when you’re running on empty.
• Perfectionism and the expectations we carry into work and life.
• Anna’s perspective on the relationship between physical health, emotions, and identity.
• Giving yourself permission to slow down and acknowledge your needs.
• Building a version of success that includes how you feel every day. If you’ve been treating your well-being as something you’ll get to after everything else is handled, this conversation invites you to reconsider its place in your life. 12 | Who Are You Beyond Being Needed? Motherhood & Identity | Jazmin of The Human Drive
2026/10/07
You know what everyone needs from you. But when was the last time you asked yourself what you want? In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I sit down with Jazmin, host of The Human Drive, for an honest conversation about motherhood, identity, starting over, and making decisions without letting fear of judgment lead. After leaving home at 16, Jazmin began building a life from the ground up. She became a mother, entrepreneur, and community leader. Along the way, seasons of change pushed her to ask a question many women quietly carry: Who am I underneath all the roles I fill? Together, we explore: • Making room for yourself alongside motherhood and responsibility.
• The courage to begin again at any age.
• Recognizing when other people’s opinions are shaping your choices.
• Reconnecting with what you enjoy through simple, everyday moments.
• Giving your own needs and desires a place in the life you’re building. If you’ve become so focused on being dependable that you struggle to name what lights you up, this conversation is an invitation to get curious again. 11 | Who Are You Beyond Survival? Identity, Faith & Surrender | Jen Horling
2026/10/03
What if something you’ve always called “just who I am” began as a way to protect yourself? In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I sit down with Jen Horling, founder of The Overcomers Movement, to explore the beliefs we carry through grief, the roles we learn to play, and the possibility of discovering ourselves beyond them. After losing her father to suicide during her first week of college, Jen faced painful questions about identity and belonging. She shares how faith, quiet time with God, mentorship, and community helped her begin understanding herself differently. At the heart of her story is a conviction that shapes her work: Identity before destiny. Together, we explore: • What Jen calls a “survival code”—and how she began recognizing it in her own life.
• Questioning familiar patterns without judging the version of you that needed them.
• The tension between trying to control your future and practicing surrender.
• Creating space to hear God amid expectations and outside opinions.
• How being believed in can help you become willing to be seen.
• Finding meaning in chapters you once wished you could erase. If you’ve been asking who you are beyond what you’ve been through, this conversation offers room to explore that question with honesty and faith. What beliefs about yourself are you ready to look at again? Content note: This conversation includes discussion of suicide loss and grief. 10 | You’re Allowed to Outgrow the Life That Once Made Sense | Tina LeAnn
2026/09/25
What happens when you’re good at holding your life together—but no longer feel at home in it? Tina LeAnn knew how to be capable. A successful career in engineering and product design. A 21-year marriage. A reputation for handling whatever came her way. In this episode of Called to Be Seen, Tina joins me to share what happened when she began questioning how much of that identity came from what she wanted—and how much came from learning to need very little. Growing up around addiction and inconsistency, Tina learned to stay quiet and avoid making waves. She calls it her “invisibility wound.” In adulthood, she recognized that pattern in people-pleasing, over-functioning, and becoming whoever she needed to be to belong. After her marriage ended, she entered a season of grief and reinvention. She bought the 1971 muscle car she’d wanted since she was 16 and spent a year on the road. Then the radio broke. Thousands of miles. Windows down. The sound of the engine. And a phrase she kept returning to: Let go. Tina, founder of The Sovereign Soul and creator of Recode Your System™, shares how that journey became a practice in surrender and listening to herself. Together, we explore: • The hidden cost of always being “the capable one.”
• Recognizing when familiar patterns no longer serve you.
• What happens in relationships when you begin honoring your own needs.
• Making space for grief while allowing yourself to change.
• Taking an uncomfortable next step without having every answer. If you’re questioning a relationship, a role, or a version of success you once wanted, this conversation gives you room to consider what fits you now. You can appreciate what a chapter gave you and still choose to turn the page. CONNECT WITH TINA LEANN The Sovereign Soul

9 | You Know There’s More for You—But You Can’t See What’s Next
2026/09/16
What happens when you can feel yourself changing before you know what your next chapter looks like? You still have responsibilities. A business to run. People counting on you. Yet something inside is asking for your attention—a story, a message, a way of living you haven’t fully made room for. In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I share what unfolded after a last-minute decision to drive nine hours to Colorado and surround myself with women building, leading, and pursuing what they felt called to create. That drive gave me space to hear what I’d been too busy to notice. Through reflections on entrepreneurship, divorce, motherhood, and faith, I explore what it means to trust yourself through a transition you can’t neatly explain—and how to make room for what’s next without controlling every detail. We talk about: • Recognizing when the success you’ve built is asking to evolve.
• Following a calling before you have a complete plan.
• Moving from “How can I do everything?” to “Who can help me?”
• Creating space for the work only you can do.
• Allowing yourself to receive support as you lead. I also share a moment in the Colorado mountains that brought me back to my dad, the butterflies that appeared after his passing, and the meaning of “Butterfly Kisses” in our story. It was a deeply personal reminder to notice what was happening around me while I was searching for answers. If you know there’s more inside you but can’t yet see how it all comes together, this conversation is for the space you’re in right now. 8 | You Can Be Successful and Still Be Hiding
2026/09/02
You’re showing up. Building the business. Leading the room. People see what you do—but how much of you do they actually know? There’s a kind of hiding that looks like success. You become so good at producing, achieving, and being the woman everyone can count on that your own needs, desires, and truth get harder to hear. In this personal episode of Called to Be Seen, I share how I began recognizing that pattern in my own life—and the season that interrupted it. During the pandemic, while navigating motherhood, uncertainty, and keeping a business going, I reached a point where I stopped pushing. In the quiet that followed, I began reconnecting with who I was outside of everything I knew how to do. We explore: • The difference between being visible and allowing yourself to be known.
• How achievement and responsibility can become places to hide.
• What surrender looked like in a season I couldn’t control.
• Rebuilding self-trust after years of meeting expectations.
• Making room for more of yourself in the life and business you’ve built. If you’re proud of what you’ve created but feel there’s a part of you missing from it, this conversation invites you to ask: “How much of me am I actually allowing to be seen?” You were never meant to be the best-kept secret in your own life. 7 | Beyond the Crown: When Your Story Becomes Your Purpose | Sherri Gorbett
2026/08/31
What if the story you’ve been afraid to share is the very thing that helps another woman feel less alone? At 48, Sherri Gorbett had no pageant experience—and little interest in walking across a stage in a swimsuit and heels. Then a friend asked a question that changed her perspective: “What if it isn’t about you? What if it’s about all the women who are going to hear your story?” In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I sit down with Sherri for an honest conversation about identity, body image, faith, advocacy, and finding purpose in experiences you never would have chosen. Sherri shares her experience with unexplained symptoms, her research into breast implant illness, and her decision to have her implants removed. She describes how sharing her experience locally grew into patient advocacy with the Breast Implant Safety Alliance—and eventually brought her onto state and national pageant stages. We also explore: • Growing up in foster care and carrying the label of being “just the foster child.”
• How early experiences can shape what we believe we’re worthy of.
• Becoming willing to be visible before you feel confident.
• Using a platform to serve a purpose bigger than yourself.
• Saying yes to a new chapter when you’re tempted to ask, “Am I too late?” If you’ve been holding back your story or questioning whether your experiences could help someone else, this conversation offers a question to carry with you: What becomes possible when you give people the chance to hear you? 6 | The Hidden Cost of Constant Noise and What Silence Reveals
2026/08/31
What if the answer you’ve been praying for is not more hustle, but more silence? After a vacation with no agenda, no laptop, and no notifications, I came home thinking about how easily we fill our lives with doing—and how little space we leave to hear ourselves. In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I share what a family road trip, beach walks, and quiet moments with my children reminded me about presence, purpose, and the legacy we’re creating every day. We explore: • What “calm” means inside my CALLED framework—and why it goes deeper than rest.
• How silence can bring overlooked boundaries, grief, dreams, and desires to the surface.
• The everyday habits that take our attention before we’ve chosen where to give it.
• How documenting a moment can sometimes pull us out of experiencing it.
• An invitation to begin with five to ten minutes of stillness a day. If you’ve been craving direction while taking in everyone else’s opinions, this conversation offers space to pause and notice what needs your attention. 5 | What If God Isn’t Waiting: What If You Are?
2026/07/02
Have you been waiting on God—or waiting until taking the next step no longer feels scary? When you feel called toward something bigger, it can be difficult to recognize where patience ends and fear begins. In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I’m reflecting on faith, identity, and the permission we keep waiting for before we use our voices and pursue what matters to us. If doubt or perfectionism has kept you putting off something you feel called to do, this conversation invites you to consider what you’re waiting for—and what trusting your next step could look like. 4 | Why You Stopped Trusting Yourself
2026/06/25
Sometimes we don’t stop trusting ourselves all at once. It happens quietly, one small moment at a time. You second-guess a decision. Look for someone else’s approval. Say yes when you want to say no. Eventually, it can become difficult to hear what you actually want. In this episode of Called to Be Seen, we’re talking about self-trust, intuition, and finding your way back to your own voice. If you’ve been questioning yourself or giving everyone else’s opinion more weight than your own, this conversation invites you to pause and consider: Where did I start dismissing what I think and feel? Rebuilding that relationship with yourself can begin with one honest moment. What’s something you already know you need—and what would it look like to honor it? This episode of Called to Be Seen is an invitation to get curious about that persistent dream—and what it might look like to give it room in your life.
