Soul Shares | Ease Is Your Natural State
2026/09/27
What if ease isn't something you have to earn, but something you return to?
In this Soul Share, my inner being speaks to ease, and how it's meant to be so much easier than we make it. Ease and flow are our natural, soul-led state, and the reason they feel so good is that our soul already knows the truth of what's possible.
But true ease isn't about never feeling discomfort or avoiding effort. When we reach for ease to escape struggle, we're reaching from lack. Instead, we're invited to come into alignment first, with peace and openness, and let ease flow from there. There is ease even in the discomfort, and flow even in the unknown.
If you're in the middle of struggle, there's no judgment here. You're not getting it wrong. You're here to expand, and this is a loving invitation to let your soul lead.
Soulfire: Living Your Soul's Purpose
2026/09/25
In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on Soulfire, my conscious women's community, and sharing something I've never talked about here before: what it's really about and what goes on inside. But first, we go deeper. A beautiful moment on one of our recent calls opened up a question I haven't been able to stop feeling into: what if the purpose we're all searching for is much simpler than we've been taught?
I also share a personal story about a dream Lee and I are holding, what happened when we stopped trying to make it happen, and why the "middle space" of not knowing might be one of the richest places you can be.
In this episode, you'll hear:
The core purpose I believe sits underneath every calling, whether it's a book, a business, a partnership, or a babyWhy you can't think your way into a life you've never lived before, and what to do insteadThe sneaky ways we "let go" while still holding on (I caught myself doing this more than once)The shift from transforming into being, and what changes when your life stops being a projectWhat actually happens inside Soulfire, and why the women in it are the real magicIf you've been healing, growing, and doing the work for years and something in you is ready for a new way, this one's for you.
Soulfire doors open October 1st for just a few days. Join the waitlist below to be the first to know when they open, and get a bonus course when you join.

Whiplash: The One Question That Opened My Heart When I Was Stuck
2026/09/22
In this episode, Ginny shares a very real 24 hours of her life.
She opens with a couple of small joys she's been savoring lately, then moves into the story itself. An evening caught in a heavy energy she couldn't seem to shake, a tender moment with Lee that shifted everything, and the contrast that unfolded over the next day.
Along the way she reflects on the female pain body and how it can rise around menstruation, why naming the parts of us helps instead of hiding them, and what it really means to lead in love. Not a life without the ups and downs, but a life where love gets to guide us through whatever comes.
If you've ever felt the grip of an energy you couldn't reason your way out of, this one is for you.
Ginny is also hosting a free workshop on Saturday, September 26th at 11am Eastern to practice connecting with your inner guidance and soul self. Everyone is welcome. Register below:

Soul Shares: The New Way
2026/09/20
A shorter episode, dedicated to a message from Ginny's Inner Being and Source.
It came on a mellow morning, when the energy felt low and a little uncertain. Instead of questioning that, she connected in and let Source speak. What came through felt like a message for all of us.
It's about the new way. The gentle release of mental will, and the remembering that your dreams are already real from where Source stands. That there is truly only love, no rush, and nothing to get right.
If you've been feeling like nothing is happening and you're not doing enough, this one is for you. That peace in the non-doing may be exactly where you're meant to be.
Take three breaths, drop into your heart, and let this perspective meet you.
There's Nothing Wrong With You | Christine's Story
2026/09/18
What if there's nothing wrong with you?
In this episode, Ginny sits down with her dear friend Christine, a therapist who has spent the last few years moving through deep transformation, including the end of a marriage, and arriving at one quiet, life-changing truth: there's nothing wrong with her. There never was.
Together they explore what happens when you finally stop trying to become a better, more finished version of yourself. They talk about the boxes so many of us check. The career, the degrees, the house, the family. And that subtle ache of this looks right, but it doesn't feel right.
About the moment Christine felt her whole nervous system settle and realized it wasn't her that needed to change. It was the space around her.
You'll hear them play with big, freeing ideas:
That a regulated nervous system isn't always calm. Sometimes it's angry, sometimes it's sad, and that's alignment too. That you're allowed to be messy. You don't have to have it all solved before you speak your truth. That conflict can be the bridge to real connection. That choosing love for yourself is never a betrayal of the people you love. It's the most loving thing you can offer them. And that not everything is meant to last forever, and that isn't failure. It's a soul contract, honored. This one is tender and real and so full of love. Want More Pleasure in Your Life? Start With This One Shift
2026/09/16
In this episode, Ginny explores something she and the women in her community have been playing with all month: pleasure. The pleasure of the senses. What happens when you slow down enough to actually feel your life as it's happening.
Because so many of us were taught that pleasure comes after. After the work. After the responsibilities. After the endless list is finally done, which it never quite is.
Ginny shares a message from her inner beings that gently turns that whole idea over. What if there is no before or after? What if pleasure isn't something you earn, but a perspective you choose? What if pleasure could become your purpose?
One simple shift. Available to you anywhere, anytime.
Come slow down, tune into your senses, and try on what life feels like when you stop telling yourself your enjoyment has to wait.
Drea's Story: Awakening to the Dream Your Soul Has Been Whispering
2026/07/26
What do you do when the thing your soul is calling you to is the very thing that scares you most?
In this conversation, Drea shares the story of a voice she has carried since she was thirteen. The first time she sang in front of people, a woman slipped into the back of the church, a woman who had planned to end her life that day and had prayed to be led to someone singing Amazing Grace. Drea was that someone. That moment showed her, young, what it feels like to be a vessel for something bigger than herself.
And still, the fear came.
She walked away from singing for years. She took the safe job. She cried on the side of the road on her way home, knowing it wasn't her life. This episode is about what it took to turn back toward the pull, and what she learned about self-trust on the way.
You'll hear about the year of yes she gave herself. The Indiana Jones bridge, where the next step only appears once you move. Why nerves and excitement light up the same place in your brain, and how to talk to your fear instead of letting it run the show. And the truth that the harshest judgment we fear from others almost always begins with the judgment we hold for ourselves.
Drea and I have known each other for years. I coached her through some of this. So there's a full-circle magic to hearing her name a dream out loud that is now actually happening: she's singing at Carnegie Hall.
If you feel something inside you asking for more, if you know there's a calling and you're scared to follow it, this one is for you.

Following and Trusting Your Energy
2026/07/20
We've been taught to treat our energy like a budget. Allocate it in advance. Spend according to the plan. Earn our rest at the end of the day. But none of those rules come from your body's innate intelligence.
In this episode I'm sharing two recent experiences where the energy was guiding me in ways my mind absolutely did not approve of. A 30 hour drive home from Colorado with no overnight stop. A 2am wake up that turned into one of the most joyful mornings of our RV renovation.
Both times my mind said no. Both times I followed the energy anyway. And both times resulted in aligned experiences.
We'll talk about interoception, the sixth sense most of us have never been taught about, and how your body is continuously reading what's actually available to you right now. We'll look at fatigue as protective information rather than personal failure. And we'll explore what shifts when you stop managing your body like a machine and start working with it as the divinely intelligent vessel it already is.
The Aftershock of Choosing Me: When Standing in Your Truth Still Doesn't Feel Good
2026/07/13
There was a moment, right at the beginning, when something in her said pay attention.
Not a loud no. Just a flicker.
Ginny said yes anyway. And what followed was a slow unraveling of one of the oldest patterns she carries, the one that says it is not okay to change your mind, to go back on your word, to choose you.
In this episode she takes you inside a real decision as it happened. The anxiety she almost explained away. The moment saying no landed like an aftershock. And the surprising twist that made her question whether she had gotten it wrong at all.
If you have ever felt that quiet tug and wondered whether to trust it, come find out what the yes that moves you forward might actually feel like.
Why You Resist Discipline (And How It Sets You Free)
2026/06/30
What if discipline isn't the cage you've always believed it to be?
In this episode, Ginny reframes everything you've inherited about discipline. The old meaning — force, push, doing the thing the same way every day whether you want to or not — belongs to an old paradigm. It doesn't fit the path you're on now.
This is a conversation about discipline as a spiritual practice: the inner devotion to your own energy that lets you stop feeding old stories and start living your truth. You'll explore the shift from "I have to" to "I get to" to "I want to," why you'll never choose anything you believe costs your freedom, and how aligned action — not forcing — becomes the most satisfying path forward.
If part of you is being called toward more discipline but you keep resisting it, this episode is your opening. Spirituality, freedom, and discipline aren't in conflict. They're the same path home to the real you.
Welcoming the Unknown as a Doorway to Expansion
2026/06/22
In this episode, a hike that went two and a half miles longer than I planned becomes the doorway into what really happens in us when we face the unknown — why the mind unravels while the body stays perfectly calm, and how to keep walking when you can't see the end of the trail.
If you're releasing fear and stepping into who you really are, this one's for you. Four reminders for the trail, one quote that flips everything, and a different way to understand the times when it feels like nothing is happening.
In this episode, we explore:
Why the unknown isn't actually out there in the world— and the one place it really livesWhat your body has been quietly doing the entire time your mind is spinningThe Joseph Campbell line that reframes a clear path as a warning sign, not a comfortFour reminders to carry with you the next time you're navigating something you can't see the end ofA gentler way to understand the phases where you're doing the work but can't yet see the light
Why You're Not Feeling Seen (And What's Actually Missing)
2026/06/14
What if to feel truly seen by the people you love requires something that begins with you?
In this episode, Ginny explores one of the relationship skills we're rarely guided to focus on: how to actually listen.
Inspired by a personal moment with her partner and the book You're Not Listening by Kate Murphy, Ginny unpacks why we think we're listening when really we're just waiting — and what that costs us in our closest relationships.
She shares the neuroscience of how our brains literally sync with someone when we're truly present with them, why feeling seen and brain wave coherence are the same thing, and how the habit of not listening isn't laziness — it's ego protection.
The opportunity to explore...drop the identity you're defending, get curious about what someone is really trying to say, and discover that true listening isn't about losing yourself — it's where you find yourself most fully. Because the moment you become someone who truly sees, you stop needing others to perform for you — and you are free!
How to Trust Yourself Before Life Proves It
2026/06/07
What if the trust you've been waiting to feel was never going to come from outside of you — not from a sign, a result, or finally getting it right?
In this episode, Ginny unpacks the real difference between believing in yourself and actually trusting yourself — and why that distinction changes everything when it comes to creating a life that feels truly alive. She shares personal stories, including a tattoo that didn't look right at first, a housing search that spiraled into stress, and lessons from her own relationships, to illustrate what it really looks like when we outsource our trust to conditions, outcomes, and other people's approval.
You'll also hear about a client whose dating life transformed — not by changing her circumstances, but by shifting where she was looking for evidence.
If you've ever caught yourself saying "I'll trust myself once ___," this one is for you.

Staying Open When Your Pet Transitions
2026/05/31
What do you do when something sad happens and you're committed to living in alignment? In this tender and honest episode, Ginny shares the recent transition of her beloved dog Kya — and walks you through what it looked and felt like to navigate stories and feelings while intentionally anchoring in love.
This isn't about bypassing your emotions or pretending everything is fine. It's about discovering that choosing a love-based perspective actually expands your capacity to feel — fully and presently — without getting swept away by fear, stories, or the pressure of "how you're supposed to feel."
Ginny shares the magical synchronicities that showed up when she stayed open — the bird, the unexpected message from a friend, the mentorship call that mirrored exactly what she was living — and how being in a receptive, aligned state allows you to see and receive those moments of divine support.
You'll hear one real life example of what it means to let love be your guide even through the hardest human experiences.
If you've ever wondered how to practically do the alignment work when life feels emotional, this episode may offer support.
From Forcing to Flowing: How to Follow Inspiration
2026/05/24
Have you ever found yourself pushing harder and getting less? In this episode, Ginny Gane explores what it actually looks like in real life to stop forcing and start flowing. Through two powerful real-life stories — one from a client who completed an entire creative project in under an hour, and one from Ginny's own experience of hitting an unexpected wall — she unpacks the concept of alignment-first creation: tuning your energy before you take action, not after.
Ginny challenges the deeply ingrained belief that results require effort, discipline, and pushing through resistance, and offers a compassionate reframe: what if the block, the slow day, or the creative dip isn't a problem to fix, but a signal to honor? She shares practical insight into how to recognize the feeling of true inspiration in your body, why self-love isn't a reward but a strategy, and how allowing — not forcing — is actually one of the most courageous and active choices you can make.
Whether you're navigating burnout, a creative dry spell, or simply wondering why your to-do list feels so heavy, this episode will leave you with a whole new perspective on what's possible when you get out of your own way and let life work with you.
