Thursday Service October 15, 2026 “God Stands With Us In Our Fiery Furnaces.” Daniel 3
2026/10/16
Pastor Leitu Teaches out of the Book of Daniel CH 3
Sunday 2nd Service: “Heirs with Christ” Romans CH 8:14-17
2026/10/11
What does it mean to be heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ? In this line-by-line teaching through Romans 8:14–17, we explore the Spirit of adoption, the Holy Spirit's witness that we are children of God, and the distinction between entering the kingdom through faith and inheriting the kingdom through faithful living. Through the parable of the prodigal son and passages in Ephesians, Galatians, 1 Corinthians, and Colossians, we consider the seriousness of spiritual maturity, obedience, suffering with Christ, and eternal rewards. Our motivation is Christ Himself, as we yield to the Holy Spirit and seek to live for the glory of God. Taught by Assistant Pastor Mac at Calvary Kaneohe Hawaii.
Sunday 1st Service “Spirit of Adoption” Romans CH 8:12-15
2026/10/11
What does it mean to receive the Spirit of adoption, and how does being led by the Holy Spirit identify us as sons of God? In this teaching from Romans 8:12–15, we continue examining the believer's spiritual walk and the significance of our relationship with God through the indwelling Holy Spirit. The Apostle Paul reminds us that we are no longer debtors to the flesh, but that we are called to put to death the deeds of the body by the Spirit. We examine five biblical practices that help us cooperate with the Holy Spirit in this ongoing process: preemptively protecting our senses, fasting, absolute separation, mortifying fleshly deeds, and saturating our minds with the word of God. We also explore what it means to be led by the Spirit of God, the connection between spiritual maturity and sonship, and why the word of God must remain the foundation for spiritual discernment. Finally, we examine the significance of the Spirit of adoption and the intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father that enables us to cry out, "Abba, Father." Taught by Assistant Pastor Mac at Calvary Kaneohe Hawaii.
Thursday Service October 8, 2026 “God’s Kingdom Rules Forever.” Daniel 2 24-49
2026/10/09
Pastor Leitu Teaches out of the Book of Daniel 2:24-49
Sunday 2nd Service: “The Empowered Spiritual Walk Pt II” Romans CH 8:6-11
2026/10/04
In Part II of The Empowered Spiritual Walk, we continue our line-by-line study through Romans 8 and examine the contrast between the carnal mind and the spiritually minded life. Romans 8 teaches us that being carnally minded leads to death, while being spiritually minded produces life and peace. As believers, we have been given the Holy Spirit, but we are still called to deliberately resist the flesh, recognize the progression of temptation, trust the Lord, remain grounded in His word, and yield ourselves to the Spirit. We also look at what it means to have the Spirit of Christ dwelling within us, the assurance that comes from being sealed by the Holy Spirit, and several practical markers that can help us recognize the Spirit’s renewing work in our lives. And ultimately, Romans 8:11 points us back to an amazing reality: the same Spirit who raised Jesus Christ from the dead dwells within every believer. The question becomes: How do we maximize the power of the Holy Spirit within us? The answer is Christ. Taught by Assistant Pastor Mac at Calvary Kaneohe Hawaii.
Sunday 1st Service “The Empowered Spiritual Walk Pt I” Romans CH 8:1-6
2026/10/04
What does it really mean to be empowered by the Holy Spirit? Romans chapter eight provides the answer to the struggle revealed in Romans chapter seven. The Christian life cannot be lived through the strength of our own flesh. The law can reveal our sin and our need for God, but it cannot give us the power to become sanctified. That power comes through God, the Holy Spirit. In this teaching from Romans 8:1-6, we look at the freedom believers have from condemnation in Christ Jesus, the law of the Spirit of life, the importance of Christ being fully God and fully man, the righteous requirement of the law fulfilled in Christ, and the difference between setting our minds on the flesh and setting our minds on the things of the Spirit. We also look practically at what it means to cooperate with the Holy Spirit: depending upon Him, praying before reacting, keeping our thoughts centered on spiritual things, remaining saturated in the Word of God, confessing when we stumble, and moving forward in the Spirit. Taught by Assistant Pastor Mac at Calvary Kaneohe Hawaii.

Pastor Leitu Teaches out of the Book of Daniel
Sunday 2nd Service: “Free to Live for Everlasting Life” Romans CH 6:16-23
2026/09/20
What does it really mean to be free from sin? In Romans 6:16-23, the Apostle Paul reminds believers that although we have been set free from the power of sin, we still make daily choices regarding whom we will serve. Serving sin leads to bondage and death, while obedience leads to righteousness, sanctification, spiritual fruit, and the fullness of the life God has given us. In this teaching, we examine the difference between positional righteousness and our ongoing sanctification, what it means to
Sunday 1st Service: 20 Sep 2026 “God’s Grace Leads to Obedience” Romans CH 6:12-16
2026/09/20
What does it really mean to be “under grace”? Does God’s grace simply provide forgiveness when we sin, or should His grace actually change the way that we live? In Romans 6:12-16, the Apostle Paul tells believers not to allow sin to reign in their mortal bodies and not to present their members as instruments of unrighteousness. Instead, we are called to present ourselves to God as those who are alive from the dead. In this teaching, we examine the relationship between God’s grace and obedience, the continuing battle with the sin nature, the difference between conditional surrender and unconditional obedience, and what it means to live under grace rather than under the law. Taught by Assistant Pastor Mac at Calvary Kaneohe Hawaii.
Thursday Service 17 September 2026 “The Feast of Tabernacles” Leviticus CH 23:33-43
2026/09/18
The Feast of Tabernacles, also known as Sukkot, is the final feast called out in Leviticus 23 and a feast overflowing with the themes of joy, remembrance, provision, rest, and the presence of God. In this teaching, we look at God’s commands for the children of Israel and remember how He brought them out of Egypt and provided for them in the wilderness. We also examine the feast’s connection to rejoicing before the Lord, the significance of the eighth day, and the importance of remembering God’s past faithfulness as we trust Him with our future. We then look at two ceremonies associated with the Feast of Tabernacles during the time of Christ—the water-libation and illumination ceremonies—and how the words of Jesus in John 7 and John 8 reveal Him as the living water and the Light of the World. Taught by Assistant Pastor Mac at Calvary Kaneohe Hawaii.
Sunday Title 2nd Service: “Dead to Sin Alive to God”
2026/09/13
What does it really mean for a believer to be “dead to sin” and “alive to God”? In this teaching, we examine what Scripture means by the “old man,” how Romans 6 connects our death with Christ to justification, why the believer can have confidence that death no longer has true dominion, and what it means practically to reckon ourselves dead to sin but alive to God. We also consider the continuing battle with the sin nature, the importance of confession and fellowship with God, the work of the Holy Spirit, and why being “in Christ” should change how we live every day. Taught by Assistant Pastor Mac at Calvary Kaneohe Hawaii.
Sunday Title 1st Service: 13 Sep 2026 “Baptized in Christ Our Newness of Life”
2026/09/13
What does it really mean to be baptized into Christ Jesus? And if God’s grace abounds over sin, does grace somehow give believers an excuse to continue living in sin? Our new identity in Christ should lead us toward a life increasingly shaped by the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. This teaching examines the relationship between grace and sin, what it means to die to sin, the distinction between water baptism and being baptized into Christ, baptism as identification, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and our identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Taught by Assistant Pastor Mac at Calvary Kaneohe Hawaii.
