It’s Wayback Wednesday! Sometimes, bad dreams are more than just bad dreams. This week, we go back sixteen years to a discussion on how to make night terrors stop. First released May 10, 2010 REPORTS OF sleep paralysis are so widespread and so common throughout history that one would think science would have nailed the cause by now. The phenomenon is more complex than bad dreams, and far more real. For more information, see the website Stop Sleep Paralysis, and read the testimonies of people who’ve ended these terrifying episodes by calling on the authority of Jesus Christ. CHAOS IS one of the great enemies of God. And there is no greater depiction of chaos on a movie screen than Godzilla. Christians can use Hollywood’s portrayal of kaiju—giant monsters—to open serious discussions of the Bible is our regular Iron and Myth panel: Dr. Judd Burton (BurtonBeyond.net), author of Interview With the Giant; Doug Van Dorn (DouglasVanDorn.com), author of Battle for the Bible’s Truth: Genesis, Jesus, and the Second Century Plot to Deny the Messiah; and Brian Godawa (Godawa.com), best-selling author of Daniel: Exile in Babylon, the first novel in a trilogy about the life of Daniel. We discuss the biblical symbolism of chaos monsters like Leviathan and Behemoth, their representation in mythology and movies, and their theological significance. In particular, we focus on the new series of Godzilla movies by Legendary Pictures in which Godzilla and his monstrous colleagues are rebranded as “Titans—the original and rightful rulers of earth.” If you’ve followed us for any length of time, you know we generally agree that the Titans of Greco-Roman myth (i.e., religion) are the “sons of God” from Genesis 6:1–4 who, like the Titans, are confined in the bottomless pit—Tartarus (2 Peter 2:4). It’s Wayback Wednesday! The 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence has come and gone. Researcher and author Peter Levenda talked with us in 2009 about the influence of Freemasonry on the founding of the United States. First released December 9, 2009 ASK 13 people about the Freemasons and you’ll get 33 different opinions.  Are they a Luciferian cult that’s been plotting world domination for centuries, or are they just a fraternal group that likes to hang out together, volunteer in their communities, and drive funny little cars in parades?  Our guest tonight has researched the roots of Freemasonry and the Craft’s influence on the United States. Peter Levenda, author of the new book The Secret Temple: Masons, Mysteries, and the Founding of America, discussed the history, rituals, and symbols of Freemasonry, the brotherhood’s connection to groups like Scientology, Theosophy, and the Mormons, and why it all matters. It’s Wayback Wednesday! In 2010, Dr. Rick Strassman joined us to discuss his compelling and controversial book, DMT: The Spirit Molecule, where he claimed the key to accessing the spirit realm was the key ingredient in ayahuasca. First released August 1, 2010 THE PORTAL to the spirit world may be inside your head.  Author and professor of psychiatry Dr. Rick Strassman makes the case in his book DMT: The Spirit Molecule that a substance found in plants and the human body may be the key to unlocking that portal. In 1990, Dr. Strassman began the first new US government approved and funded clinical research with psychedelic drugs in over twenty years. His work with N,N-dimethyltryptamine, or DMT, raises more questions than it answered. And as Dr. Strassman admits, quite a few people -- from enthusiasts of the drug culture to practitioners of traditional religions -- will be disturbed by his analysis. Most of all, brain researchers may object to the idea that DMT affects the brain’s ability to receive information rather than generating perceptions -- especially when those perceptions are of realms inhabited by conscious entities. It’s Wayback Wednesday! We continue our Summer of Disclosure programs with a 2010 interview with the brilliant Paul and Philip Collins about the intelligence community’s work to encourage the belief that we’ve been visited by ETs. First released July 11, 2010 FOLLOWING UP our discussion of ufology and “alien” theology last week, we continue to examine the alien gospel with Paul and Phillip Collins, authors of The Ascendancy of the Scientific Dictatorship: An Examination of Epistemic Autocracy, From the 19th to the 21st Century. The brothers Collins make the case that elements within the intelligence community have deliberately and systematically encouraged the belief that we’ve been visited by intelligent life from other worlds. Oddly, people who claim to have met these visitors say many of these uninvited guests are bringing the same message Adam and Eve heard in the Garden: “Ye shall be as gods.”

It’s rare to find a book on the UFO phenomenon that sheds new light on a subject that has been examined by researchers, scientists, and Hollywood since 1947. Author Will Blesch (williamblesch.com) joined us to discuss his new book, In the Shadow of Goliath, the interconnectedness of angels, Nephilim, UFOs, and biblical prophecy, shedding light on hidden histories and biblical perspectives that challenge mainstream narratives. This was supposed to be the summer of disclosure. What happened? We were told that the new Steven Spielberg film Disclosure Day would challenge our faith and causes to question the truth contained in the Bible. While Spielberg’s film failed to accomplish that lofty goal, the evangelist of the “ancient aliens” gospel continue to promote their view of the creation of the world and the origins of humanity. It’s Wayback Wednesday! This week, we present a discussion with Dr. Joseph Farrell who made the case that the 1947 Roswell crash wasn’t a UFO, it was tech developed by Nazi engineers brought to the US after WWII. First released July 28, 2010 THERE WAS a coverup of what really happened at Roswell, New Mexico in July of 1947.  But the conspiracy wasn’t the coverup of a UFO crash; the UFO was the coverup. Dr. Joseph Farrell, author of Reich of the Black Sun, The SS Brotherhood of the Bell: NASA’s Nazis, JFK, And Majic-12, Nazi International, and Roswell and the Reich: The Nazi Connection, makes a case for the crash at Roswell of an advanced craft of Nazi origin.  Further, he suggests that the Third Reich was so far ahead of the Allies technologically that with a little more time Hitler could very well have won World War II. Even more disturbing is the evidence that Dr. Farrell says shows that the Nazis never really surrendered, they simply went underground and continued to develop beyond-cutting-edge technology, like the mysterious Nazi Bell, in a single-minded drive to dominate the world. This week, Dr. Michael Bennett, in a 2010 interview, revealed government experiments to find and control doorways into other spiritual dimensions. First released June 6, 2010 MOST OF us assume that a portal is a physical gateway. But what if the entrance to another dimension is inside your head? Dr. Michael Bennett, A/K/A Dr. Future of the Future Quake radio program, tells us about government experiments to find and control supernatural doorways, the kinds of drugs that unlock those doors, and how this may lead to a disturbing end times scenario. It’s Wayback Wednesday, with another interview from our archives. This week, Dr. Orrel Steinkamp revealed the mythology underlying Dominion theology, the belief that Christians must conquer the world before Jesus can return from heaven.  First released May 30, 2010 THEY CALL themselves Christians but the mythology underlying their beliefs has little to do with Christ.  To Dominionists, Jesus’ return to Earth is on hold, waiting for us to conquer it first. Dr. Orrel Steinkamp has been watching and writing about Dominion theology for nearly 15 years, and he says 2010 is a banner year for the movement. Leaders in the Dominionist New Apostolic Reformation are being mainstreamed, riding the wave of protest against the policies of Barack Obama and his congressional allies to political power. Dr. Steinkamp identifies the key players in this movement and shows where the theology of the apostolic/prophetic movement deviates from scripture. Follow us! THE STORY of Frankenstein and his monster can be read as a tale of daddy issues with catastrophic consequences. That’s not quite how we see it.  Joining us for a deeper dive into the tale of Frankenstein and his monster is our regular Iron and Myth crew: Dr. The tale of Frankenstein, over 200 years old, has continued to inspire countless adaptations and debates. Brian notes that the narrative encapsulates humanity’s (and the angelic realm’s) primal drive to create life. This inherent desire raises questions about the morality of creation and the responsibilities that come with it. One cannot discuss Frankenstein without acknowledging its biblical undertones. From the story of Genesis, where knowledge leads to the fall, to the cautionary tales of the Watchers in the Book of Enoch, there is a recurring theme of humanity overstepping its bounds. Doug emphasizes that Victor Frankenstein’s actions mirror those of the Titans in Greek mythology, who faced dire consequences for their hubris. The parallels between Victor’s ambition and the biblical figures reveal a cautionary warning about the pursuit of forbidden knowledge. Today, the themes of Frankenstein are more relevant than ever as we navigate the complexities of genetic engineering and artificial intelligence. The discussions around CRISPR technology and AI echo the dilemmas faced by Victor Frankenstein. As we strive to enhance human life, we must confront the ethical implications of our advancements. We discuss how the creation of autonomous life forms could lead to unintended consequences—much like those faced by Victor and his creation. Follow us! Ever feel like your supernatural experiences make you question your sanity? You're not alone.   Many who’ve encountered the unexplained often keep quiet, fearing judgment or disbelief. But it’s crucial to share these experiences. Sharing your story can be healing for you and a beacon for others who feel isolated in their experiences.  Bryan Sawyer (bigfootsofmichigan.com) is a professional actor who fell into the world of cryptid investigation. He explains how his experience in front of the camera has translated into real world Bigfoot investigations, his encounters with Sasquatch in Michigan, and how we integrate the existence of giant hominids and other cryptids, like dogmen, into a Christian worldview.
