New York makes waves a few times in the offseason, with longtime players Omir Fernandez, Dru Yearwood, and Hassan Ndam departing the club. German Sandro Schwarz is named the 21st Head Coach in club history. New competition rules are added for 2024, as well as the disastrous opinion by MLS to only send reserve sides to the storied US Open Cup. A LOT going on!

New York fails spectacularly to extend Cincinnati to a Game 3, then RBNY parts ways with Sporting Director Denis Hamlett and Interim Head Coach Troy Lesesne. We dig deep into the major moves by Head of Sport Jochen Schneider, talk Forsberg to Red Bulls, and get into a massive Seeing Red mailbag.
