In Philippians 4 Paul seeks to reconcile two important ladies within the church—Euodia and Syntyche. Reconciliation can especially take place in our lives if we heed the exhortations Paul gives to all the Philippians immediately after addressing these ladies. He calls for them to be reminded that their names are '"in the book of life" (v. 3), to  "rejoice always" (v. 4), to "let their forbearance be known to all" (v. 5), to come to the Lord "in everything" with thanksgiving and supplications (v. 6), and to meditate on what "pure, true, lovely, and virtuous" (v. 8). As we do these things we can't help but walk in love, humility and unity!

We will be looking at a very significant moment in Church History called The Reformation. In particular we will be highlighting the life and work of Martin Luther. Luther was a man who was absolutely set on fire by the Gospel! His works are some of the most liberating, fascinating, and fun works in all of church history! “When we are brought to life on the last day we shall spit on ourselves and say, ‘Fie on you for not having been bolder in believing on Christ, since the glory is so great!’” ~ Luther

Paul writes, "One thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead" (Phil. 3:13). When we come to Christ a new life begins! Our sins are thrown into the depths of the sea and remembered no more! (Mic. 7:19; Heb. 8:12) By God's grace we too can "forget those things which are behind" and press toward the goal of who God is calling us to be in Christ Jesus!

When Paul compared the righteousness of the law to the righteousness that comes through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ, he said there was absolutely no comparison! It wasn’t like Paul was trusting Christ for 99% of his salvation and then his past pedigree for the other 1%. No! EVERYTHING he once counted as gain He now counts as “loss” or “rubbish” or “garbage”. He doesn’t put one ounce of confidence or faith in his fleshly pedigree. Whether that be his genetics or law observance. It all was meaningless when placed against the perfect obedience, atoning death, and victorious resurrection of Christ!

We continue our series on Paul's letter to the Philippians. Paul writes, "For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure" (Phil. 2:13). What a remarkable truth! God is at work within all of His children! We need to be 'God-inside minded' and work out the extraordinary salvation that God has deposited within each of us! We can shine as lights in the world just like Timothy (Phil. 2:19-24) and Epaphroditus did! (Phil. 2:25-30)

The Word says… ‘Let the peace of God rule in your hearts.’  As we understand that we walk in confidence.

Join us as we continue our series on Paul's letter to the Philippians. We will be diving into an exceedingly powerful passage about Christ's descent from the Highest Heavens to the death of a slave on a cross. A passage that seeks to instill not only of the message of the Gospel into our hearts, and what Christ has done FOR us, but also shows us how Christ wants to live THROUGH us. We too have the same mind that Christ has. And that means we can walk in humility and love, and have a greater unity in the body of Christ!

One subject that regularly gets brought up from skeptics, seekers and Christians alike is the subject of Old Testament warfare. Is God truly a good and gracious God when He calls for Israel to devote their enemies to "complete destruction"? Was Israel truly righteous and just in their conquest of the Promised Land under Joshua? How should we think of all the stories of warfare in light of Christ dying on the cross for His enemies? We will be equipped with how to answer questions like these as well as give opportunity after the message for questions from those in person

Join us as we new series on Paul's letter to the Philippians! Paul had a special place for the Philippians in his heart as they did for him. As Paul sat in his prison cell he penned a powerful epistle that can truly help ground us in essential Christian truths. Truths like the necessity of abounding in love and discernment, the significance of seeing how God works through trials in our life, and also the importance of having an eternal perspective.

Join us as we worship the LORD and unpack a powerful passage from the book of Romans. In Romans 8:28 Paul writes, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” This truth is illustrated over and over again in Scripture! Many Christians can also give numerous stories from their own lives that illustrate this beautiful truth.

Make sure to join us as we worship the LORD, fellowship together, and continue our series on major themes in the book of Proverbs. This Sunday we will be looking at what Proverbs has to say about marriage.

As we conclude our mini-series on Psalm 18 we will learn about how David had complete victory over the enemy, and how his victory pictures Christ's victory over the Spiritual Enemy. We share in Christ's Victory and the devil is under our feet. There are many lessons about this both from the life of David and Joshua that give us great encouragement as we move forward in life as soldiers of the Lord.

Psalm 18 is the only psalm in the Bible that is recorded twice! It is that important! Not only is it recorded twice, but it is also the fourth longest psalm. There are so many glorious truths in this psalm concerning who God is, and how He comes to our rescue, that we are going to spend three Sundays mining the gold from its fifty verses.

Jesus said, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!" (Matthew 7:11) The Father wants us to live from His goodness, His Spirit, His grace, His life, His provision, and His love! We are co-heirs with Jesus Christ and need to learn to live as beloved children of our Father in Heaven!

When Jesus sent the Holy Spirit on Pentecost He empowered His church for mission. Our main mission is that we are called to be witnesses for Jesus. Witnesses not simply to those around us, but "to all the world" (Matt 28; Acts 1). The church is called to see every nation and people group as ripe for harvest because of Christ's work on the cross! Join us as we learn about the holy “tongues of fire” that rested upon the church and empowered them for worldwide mission!
