Acid Camp Vol. 171 — C Powers
2026/09/23
Follow @cpowers In response to Acid Camp’s request for something "high energy”, I’ve sought to re-capture my set from the 2026 Pride edition of my club night "Trainwreck". Attendees of the now-infamous, possibly-legendary, "Trainwreck Crash Out Pride" party (July 2026 at Process PDX) will likely recognize this mix's intro: it sent many of you running for your lives - a cacophony of sounds getting playfully chopped to bits, scratched up, and half-violently "crashing out" together. I've reproduced the intro here in more controlled conditions. Thank you to Portland for embracing (I kind of forced it upon yall hehe) my special blend of adept chaos, wrist flicking, bowel-shocking selections, and absolute booty-forward, butt-bashing, safe-space-destroying, c**t-wreck style. Welcome to Cici's Funhouse yall!

Nark - Queer Acid Energy II - The Space Between Us [Acid Camp Records]
2026/07/10
When the Roland TB-303 was released in 1981, it was marketed as a substitute for a bass guitarist. It failed almost immediately. Years later, when secondhand units found their way into Chicago studios, producers discovered that pushing the machine beyond its intended limits produced something entirely different: a squelching sound that seemed less like an instrument and more like a living thing. That spirit runs through Nark’s 2026 Queer Acid Energy II, out digitally on Acid Camp Records. On “I Wanna Be Basic,” Nark opens with a relentless four-to-the-floor kick, 90s textures, and heavy snares that cut through waves of raw acid pressure. “The Space Between Us” lays off the gas—if only for a few moments—with resonant 303 lines, warm pads, and a slow-building tension that eventually gives way to the dance floor once again. Like the queer spaces that inspire it and instruments that guide it, Queer Acid Energy II finds possibility in transformation. The result is a release that understands acid not as nostalgia, but as a language of reinvention: dramatic, dynamic, and constantly in motion. Credits Written and produced by Kevin Kauer / Nark Mixing Engineers Nick Bertossi and Michael Cignarale Mastering by Matt Parent Original Artwork by Kevin Kauer / Nark Liner notes written by Daniel Sharp

Clay Wilson - Interdimensional Romance [Acid Camp Records]
2026/05/14
Contours brings together New York–based producers and DJs Abby Echiverri and Clay Wilson for a four-track 12” on Acid Camp. The record moves across acid house and techno, unified by a clear craft for pressure, pacing, and machine-driven tracks, with moments of restraint that hold up far beyond the dancefloor. Wilson opens the A-side with “Interdimensional Romance,” a science fiction workout that threads together acid echoes of Chicago, Detroit, and New York. “Nightride” follows with a more laid-back approach, rooted in acid yet softer around the edges, with a subtle ’90s pull. On the B-side, Echiverri’s panned synths on “Chaos Terrain” vividly wax and wane across layers of LFOs. “Roche Lobe” closes the record in a more spacious mood—another acid-minded piece, less aimed at peak-time utility than at the late-night afterglow of the club. Together, the four tracks understand acid not as a fixed formula, but as a flexible language. These are the songs of the underground clubs on Arrakis. See you at the front of the speakers. Contours is released as a 12” on Acid Camp Records. Acid Camp Vol. 169 — DJ Hockey
2026/04/23
Acid embodies both a playful and hypnotic spirit. Two qualities I think engage and light up a dance floor. In this mix I tried to strike a balance between tracks with interesting sound design, midwest flavoured techno groove and wack out acid lines! DJ Hockey loves music that is strange, beautiful, and energetic. By selecting tracks designed to stimulate both your brain and body, his sets slowly unfurl and reveal a kaleidoscope of colours and emotions. He integrates his queer essence into mixes by selecting tracks with bite and sass —whether that be a jacking and energetic percussive loop, sultry low-end energy, or intriguing ear candy. One thing is certain when experiencing a DJ Hockey set: you're going IN! With well received releases including his debut vinyl release on Fixed Rhythms, in addition to various digital EP’s on PPRZ and Modelfuture, DJ Hockey is propelling his signature brand of warp speed techno with his productions and is working on more for 2026. DJ Hockey started PPRZ records and mix series with Adam 2 with the intention to showcase techno from the PNW and beyond.
Acid Camp Vol. 168 — Seung L
2026/03/05
Follow @newpalm This mix is a live recording of my all vinyl, early afternoon set on the third and final day of Gradient Campout 2025. Gradient, a joint effort between New Palm and Printshop, is an annual DIY campout that takes place in late April in the high deserts of Southern California. It’s an excerpt from a 3 hour stretch of music that kicked the day off, with New Palm’s label head Spillman starting with an experimental set, leading into a b2b ambient section by the both of us, and finally into what you’ll hear in this mix. Gradient is a special place for me and all those involved, as it grew organically over the years from a gathering of like-minded friends, with a DIY-ethos at its core. Last year was particularly inspiring, as Gradient fully blossomed into what we hope to continue to build on. Gradient 2026 will take place on April 24-26, and I cannot wait! Tracklist : Lowtec - B1 (Workshop LD7) Tase - Come Back Linkwood - Coral Jon Doppler - Ciphertext Simic - Orbetello Kassem Mosse - A1 (Workshop 08) Felix Hk - Pyrenees Termiten - Nordhorn Kassem Mosse - Galaxy Series 5 STL - Ghostdrive RDMA - Rethink Skookum - Knees (Multipara Version) Brendon Moeller - Sitting Duck Progetto Tribale, Donato Dozzy - Vu Rhythm DJ Sotofett - Tribute To “Sore Fingers” Phil Kieran - Find Love (Andrew Weatherall Remix) Seung L is a Korean-born, US-raised house dancer and vinyl DJ with an ear for atmosphere and heady grooves. Having spent his formative years in LA’s warehouse scene in the 2000s, he has an equal affinity for house, techno, and ambient music, a breadth that informs his digging and mixing to this day. Seung is a cofounding member of the LA label & event series New Palm and a core member of Gradient Campout.
Acid Camp Vol. 167 — DJ Houseplants
2026/01/23
Follow @djhouseplants Currently on his “Let Nature Nurture” Asia Tour, DJ Houseplants centers his concept of “Nurturing Bioacoustics” & conservation in all of the music he creates. With his natural affinity for all living systems, he loves to bring his signature sound of lush, hypnotic locked grooves to the dance floor. Inspired by my recent travels to Vietnam, this is an audio diary entry dedicated to the late acidic-drenched hours I spent cruising humid Saigon via moped. Waves of motorbikes moving through the streets like schools of anchovies, city lights illuminate and our minds melted, continue to hallucinate. S/o to Naymai Studio (Ý, Tan, & Bia) and Jellyfish (Hai & Nguyen) 3 Theo Walbeck, Freek Tool – This one reminds me of my adolescences, riding around with my uncle Vanda in his lowered Toyota pick up, with Jodeci on repeat. Fellows, Flight 2 Night – Heard this one for the first time when my friend David Beltran from feeltrip records played it at the Clipper in Chicago, big love.
Acid Camp Vol. 166 — NAYGOD
2025/12/18
Follow @djnaygod This techno-leaning mix traces a journey that began on Halloween Day when I broke my phone and found myself moving through fear, frustration, and ultimately gratitude. This vinyl–digital hybrid session was stitched together with intention and a little chaos. The first half leans into the mood of the day—haunting textures, shadow-heavy percussion, and a kind of horror-cinematic tension. By the time you hit the halfway mark, the mix mutates: the 303s start screaming and what began as fear transforms into release. This mix includes Jenifa Mayanja, Titonton Duvanté, Underground Resistance, Boo Williams, Houz’Mon, K-Hand, and others who embody the continuum of Black dance music. This mix exemplifies the ways sound holds us through days that try to break us. Hope you feel it. Xoxo, NAYGOD

Shingo Suwa - Seishin (ACR017) [PREVIEWS]
2025/10/03
“Seishin” is a focused, four-track EP from Fukushima-born, Berlin-based producer Shingo Suwa on Acid Camp. The title translates to “spirit,” and the record treats that idea as both a feeling and a relay: an original transmission from a time of quarantined isolation followed by responses from trusted collaborators. Clay Wilson contributes two versions: one a deep, tensile workout and the other a companion take sparked by the legacy of Jasen Loveland (1980–2021). Jasen Loveland also worked on a remix of his own in 2021. “Seishin” is not only about losing yourself—it is also about the resonance of spirit and memory, passed across friends, to find yourself again. “Seishin” arrives as a 12” EP in an edition of 100 on white/clear marble and 200 on black vinyl. The digital release includes a bonus remix from Remote Perception, another alias of Jasen Loveland. Acid Camp Vol. 164 — Scotia
2025/10/02
Follow @scotia-xo This was recorded at home with some records I bought from Derek Plaslaiko, a few mp3s Kevin McHugh gave me, a bit of my own work, and some other prized tunes I've picked up along the way. I enjoy the interplay of crudity and liminal space in this music. When jointed together just right, it can paint a satisfying reflection of our world.
Acid Camp Vol. 163 — Andy Warren
2025/09/18
Follow @andydwarren This mix was recorded live at Signal in Brooklyn on May 22, 2025, for Mizz Softee. Andy Warren is the co-founder and resident DJ at Believe You Me and Process PDX.
Jason ddb - Aurora (ACR016) [PREVIEWS]
2025/09/12
This is the first solo release by drummer and producer Jason Ganberg of the duo, Deep Dark Blue. Recorded and produced in Yucca Valley and Los Angeles California between 2022-2024. After a lot of transition and change I wanted to write and create some music that encapsulated and wrapped up a certain time in my life. Some of these tracks started with me recording grooves in my practice space on my phone, and some from field recordings taken from trips in Mexico and Colombia. I didn’t want to set myself any boundaries stylistically so I let myself write in a free flowing way without judgement, tinkering with synth lines, bass parts, samples and grooves until things clicked for me. These are a collection of my favorite pieces during this process and I hope you enjoy this little journey as much as I did making it. - Jason Ganberg Written and produced by Jason Ganberg Mastered by Matt Parent
otodojo - Recursivity (ACR015) [PREVIEWS]
2025/08/29
Recursivity is a reflection on inspiration, derivations, cycles of life, environments, and the consequence of time.
