When You Keep Failing God, Remember This... (Genesis 20-21)
2026/05/31
Have you ever felt like you’ve ruined your relationship with God because you tripped into the exact same sin again? In this powerful exposition of Genesis 20-21, we look at the life of Abraham—a man who went from a spiritual mountaintop straight into fear, deception, and failure. Yet, through it all, we see the unflinching faithfulness of God.
If you are struggling with assurance of salvation, wrestling with the fear of man, or wondering if your failures have exhausted God's patience, this sermon is for you. Our eternal security rests entirely on God’s unshakeable faithfulness to His promise, not on our flawless performance. Once you are a child of God, you are His forever.
Key Topics Covered in This Video:
Genesis 20: Why Abraham repeated his past sins and how God intervened to protect him anyway.
Genesis 21: The birth of Isaac vs. Ishmael (The allegory of Grace vs. Human Effort).
Eternal Security: Why your salvation depends on Christ's sacrifice, not your perfect behavior.
Overcoming the fear of man and learning to trust God in difficult situations.
Scripture References:
Genesis 20 & 21
Proverbs 29:25
Isaiah 49:13-16

How Worldliness Creeps In: The Tragic Story of Lot (Genesis 19)
2026/05/24
Have you ever looked at your life or the culture around us and wondered, "How did we get here?"
In this sermon on Genesis 19:1-38 from Bethel Bible Church, we walk through the tragic story of Lot and the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. Worldliness rarely takes over all at once; it creeps into our lives through subtle, daily compromises. By looking closely at Lot's downward spiral, we discover three major warnings: what happens when we forget how to think biblically, how to act spiritually, and that sin always has consequences.
From Lot’s seared conscience to the sobering warning of Lot's wife looking back, this message is a wake-up call to examine our own hearts. Yet, even in the ashes of Sodom, we see the overwhelming grace of God and the power of intercessory prayer.
If you feel like you've drifted from God or are living with regrets, discover how Jesus Christ can redeem wasted years and bring beauty out of ashes.

Our God Can Do The Impossible (Genesis 17)
2026/05/10
Can God still do the impossible today? In this powerful message from Genesis 17, we study the life of Abraham and discover how God revealed Himself as El Shaddai — the Almighty God who always keeps His promises and has no limit to what He can do. Even after 25 years of waiting, God reminded Abraham and Sarah that His timing is perfect, His power is unlimited, and His promises never fail.
This sermon explores:
The meaning of El Shaddai (Almighty God)
Why God’s promises can always be trusted
Abraham’s covenant and the sign of circumcision
Faith, obedience, and waiting on God
How God works through impossible situations
Encouragement for anyone praying for a miracle
If you are facing uncertainty, unanswered prayer, discouragement, or a situation that seems impossible, this Bible message will encourage you to keep trusting the Lord. God is still able to do “exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think” (Ephesians 3:20).
📖 Scripture: Genesis 17:1-27
🙏 Topics: Faith, God’s Promises, Christian Living, Abraham, Trusting God, Waiting on God, Miracles, Obedience, Bible Preaching

Whose Voice Are You Listening To? (Genesis 16)
2026/05/03
In this sermon on Genesis 16, we explore one of the most relatable and tragic moments in Abraham’s life. When Abraham and Sarah grew impatient waiting on God’s promise, they listened to the wrong voice and tried to “help” God out, which sadly led to regret, conflict, and long-term consequences that still echo today.
What happens when we let fear, frustration, or the voice of a loved one become louder than the voice of God? In this message, Pastor Ron Whitehead walks through Genesis 16:1-16 and shows us:
• How Abraham and Sarah strayed from God’s will by involving Hagar
• The painful consequences of acting in the flesh instead of by faith
• The beautiful truth that the God who sees us still pursues us in our mess
• How God showed grace to Hagar and Ishmael
• Why listening to God’s voice must remain the highest priority — even above our spouse or our own logic
This chapter is a sobering warning but also a tremendous encouragement: God’s plan cannot be stopped by our mistakes, and His grace is greater than our failures.
Key Verse: “Thou God seest me” (Genesis 16:13)
Whether you’re facing a difficult decision, dealing with regret from past choices, or simply needing to be reminded to trust God’s timing — this message is for you.
📖 Scripture: Genesis 16:1-16 | Galatians 4 (cross-reference)
You Are Not Alone (Genesis 15)
2026/04/26
Loneliness is an epidemic in our world today. Never has the world become more interconnected than it is today, and yet never has man been as lonely either. Abram was called to leave his family and move to a land where his neighbors didn’t want him around, and eventually he had to separate from his nephew. He is clinging to a strange promise but that was years ago. He and his wife may have felt very alone in this world, and God came and spoke to him in his loneliness.
Learning to Believe that God Is Enough (Genesis 13-14)
2026/04/19
Abraham is starting to learn how to trust God better and listen to His voice.
This message explores:
• Returning to the altar and restarting with God
• Choosing faith instead of what “looks better”
• Putting worship and others before self
• Where true blessings come from (not from the King of Sodom)
• Melchizedek as a beautiful picture of Christ
What Easter Means To Us (Matthew 28)
2026/04/05
What does Easter really mean for your daily life? In this Easter sermon, Pastor Ron Whitehead explains the life-changing truth of the resurrection:
If Easter is true, then Jesus has ALL authority as God, He is the only Savior, and He has already given you everything you need to fully surrender your life to Him.
In this message you’ll discover:
How the empty tomb proves Jesus is sovereign over sin, death, and hell
Why every person must bow the knee now — or later (Philippians 2:9-11)
The practical way to hand Jesus the “remote control” of your life
How God’s Word and His Spirit empower you to live fully surrendered
Whether you’re a new believer or have been walking with Christ for years, this Easter message will challenge and encourage you to stop playing games with God and truly make Jesus Lord of every area.

Matthew 27-28 • Philippians 2:9-11 • Romans 14 • Joshua 1:8-9 • 2 Timothy 3:16-17 • John 14:16-17 • Romans 8:11

What Easter Cost God
2026/03/29
What did Easter truly cost God?
On Palm Sunday, we celebrate Jesus entering Jerusalem to the praise of the crowds—but behind the palms was a path to the cross.
In this powerful message, “What Easter Cost God,” we reflect on the depth of the Father’s love, the suffering of Christ, and the unimaginable price paid for our redemption. Easter is more than a celebration of victory—it is the story of divine sacrifice, holy love, and the cost of saving sinners.
Tower of Babel: Why Rebellion Against God Never Wins (Genesis 10–11)
2026/03/15
What does the Tower of Babel have to do with your life today? In this sermon from Genesis 10–11, Pastor Ron explores the Table of Nations and the story of Babel to show how humanity's rebellion against God is nothing new — and how God's gracious response points us straight to the cross.
Key themes: the scattering of nations, Nimrod and the spirit of rebellion, God's sovereignty over human pride, and how the gospel reverses what happened at Babel.
📖 Scripture: Genesis 10–11 | Romans 1:21–32 | Acts 2 | Revelation 7:9

God Knows Your Worst Sins, and Loves You Anyway (Genesis 9)
2026/03/08
God knows you completely—every failure, every hidden sin—and He loves you anyway. In this powerful sermon on Genesis 9:1-29, we explore Noah's fresh start after the flood, God's unbreakable covenant sealed with the rainbow, and the shocking moment when even the righteous Noah falls into drunkenness and sin.
Discover how:
God gives humanity a new beginning with new instructions (Genesis 9:1-7)
The rainbow stands as an eternal promise of mercy—no more global flood, despite our ongoing rebellion (Genesis 9:8-17)
Noah's vulnerability and Ham's dishonor reveal our deep sin problem... yet God's grace covers it all (Genesis 9:18-29)
Even the man God called "righteous" stumbled, reminding us: "Let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall" (1 Corinthians 10:12). Our hearts are deceitful, but Jesus transforms them (Ezekiel 36:26). God doesn't wait for us to clean up—He knows us fully and chooses to love us through the cross.
If you're struggling with sin, shame, or wondering if God could still love you after your failures, this message is for you. The same God who spared Noah offers you forgiveness and a new way to walk with Him.
A Shelter in the Storm (Genesis 7-8)
2026/03/01
What do we do when the storms of life hit? In Genesis 7–8, the story of Noah and the ark shows us that God provides a shelter for His people even in the midst of judgment and chaos. Just as the ark protected Noah and his family from the flood, God offers refuge and salvation to those who trust Him. In this sermon, we explore what the flood teaches us about God’s justice, mercy, and protection during life’s storms.
📖 Scripture: Genesis 7–8
⛪ Sermon Theme: God is our shelter in the storm.
God's Broken Heart (Genesis 6)
2026/02/22
Because man’s heart was fully corrupt, God’s heart was fully broken. Yet even in judgment, His heart still offered grace, mercy, and forgiveness.
In this message from Genesis 6, we step into the days of Noah — a time when evil was spiraling out of control, violence filled the earth, and human hearts were “only evil continually.” The corruption was deep, pervasive, and personal. And Scripture tells us something staggering: it grieved the heart of God.
But this is not just a sermon about judgment. It is a sermon about grace.
In this passage we explore:
• The rise of corruption and the mystery of the Nephilim
• What it means that “the Lord repented” that He made man
• Why God’s sovereignty does not cancel His sorrow
• The glimmer of hope found in Noah
• The Ark as a powerful picture of Jesus Christ and salvation
Just as it was in the days of Noah (Matthew 24:37–39), so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Our world today mirrors the violence, moral confusion, and spiritual indifference of Genesis 6. Yet the same God who judged the world also provided a way of rescue.
The Ark had one door. One way of salvation. Judgment fell on the Ark — not on those inside.
That Ark points us to Christ.
Are you safe in the Ark?

We Are Walking Toward Eternity (Genesis 5)
2026/02/15
We all know that our lives are walking toward eternity. The questions is, what will our eternity look like. While everyone want to go to heaven when they die, the sad reality is that most will have chosen to go to hell. This text shows us how to make sure we are walking with God and that we will live with Him forever.
Sin Corrupts Everything (Genesis 4)
2026/02/08
In Genesis chapter 4, we see the devastating progression of sin. It begins by corrupting our worship, moves into hardened repentance, and eventually reshapes how we live. Cain’s life becomes a sobering example of what happens when sin is allowed to rule the heart.
Yet Scripture also points us to hope. Jesus Christ has defeated sin, and through Him we are empowered to walk in obedience and live a life that honors God.
