Sabbath Rest: Why You Can't Sit Down for 11 Minutes
2026/10/21
It's Sunday afternoon. Nothing's on fire, nobody needs you, and you finally sat down. You got about 11 minutes in before you stood back up and started folding something. If I asked you why, you'd probably say you don't even know. You just couldn't sit there. Here's the thing, friend. If sitting down makes you feel lazy, you don't have a scheduling problem. You've got a belief problem. Underneath it you believe that a woman who isn't producing isn't worth much, and no amount of me handing you permission to rest is going to fix that. So in this episode we pull that belief all the way up by the roots. I start with what it looks like on paper, because I've run mineral testing on well over a hundred women now and not one has come back without some level of depletion. Not one. These are capable women running businesses and households and ministries, and the stress never becomes a crisis. It just becomes her personality. Then we go into the Word, and we go deep. The two Greek words we've mashed together that have done real damage to real women. What Jesus was actually denying when He said deny yourself, and why the garden tells you everything. Why the Sabbath command shows up twice in Scripture with two different reasons, and why the second one is the one I want you to carry. The double manna that came before the day of rest. And the Hebrew words for rest that mean something much bigger than a nap. Then I get practical, with three things you can actually do this week. And if you're listening with a newborn on your chest or working Sunday shifts, stay with me to the end, because I wrote that part for you. In this episode: (00:00) Eleven minutes on the couch and why you stood back up (01:21) Vacation is a bailout. Weekly rest is a budget. (02:26) Who I am and why I do body and soul together (03:17) What mineral testing shows in over a hundred women (04:02) When the stress stops being a season and becomes your personality (04:37) "You can do it all" and the lie hiding inside it (06:08) The church version: calling, assignment, don't bury your talent (07:58) Sarx and soma: the two words we mashed together (08:58) Colossians 2 and being hard on your body (09:44) Mark 8:34 in context, and what Peter had just said (10:27) The garden: let this cup pass, and then not my will (10:51) Refusing rest isn't self-denial, it's self-rule (11:55) Psalm 127 and Elijah under the tree (12:32) Genesis 2: the first holy thing in Scripture was a day (14:08) Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5: two reasons, and why the second matters (14:58) Double manna, and the people who went out anyway (15:39) Vayinafash and nuach: being re-souled, and a place to land (16:50) Naomi, Ruth, and what rest meant for a woman in that world (17:35) Hebrews 4 and striving to enter rest (18:45) Isaiah 30: unwilling, not unable (19:08) The Sabbath was made for man (19:35) One: pick your day and guard it (20:18) Two: the preparation day (21:01) Three: fill it with delight, not just nothing (21:49) The woman of the house lights the candles (22:08) Self-care versus Sabbath (22:36) If you've got a newborn, Sunday shifts, or you're doing this alone (23:11) Your work will still be there Monday (24:12) Closing prayer Three things to try this week: Pick your day and guard it. The Hebrew in Deuteronomy is shamar, which means guard. Put a 24-hour window on your calendar like an appointment you can't move, and tell your people, because a boundary nobody knows about won't hold. If you work Sundays or serve at church, pick a different day. Paul gives us that freedom in Romans 14. Have a preparation day. Cook ahead or buy the rotisserie chicken. Wipe down the counters so the mess isn't calling your name. Write tomorrow's list on paper so your brain can let it go. Fill the day with delight. Isaiah 58 calls the Sabbath a delight, and the Hebrew is oneg, which means pleasure. A nap with no guilt. A long walk. A slow dinner on real plates with phones in another room. Ask whether it gives you your breath back or takes it away. Starting small counts. One phone-free dinner. One nap while somebody else has the kids. Candles on the table even if dinner is chicken nuggets. Scripture in this episode: Genesis 2:1-3, Exodus 16, Exodus 20:8-11, Exodus 23:12, Exodus 31:17, Deuteronomy 5:15, Ruth 1 and 3, 1 Kings 19, Psalm 23, Psalm 127:2, Isaiah 30:15, Isaiah 58:13-14, Mark 2:27, Mark 6:31, Mark 8:34, Romans 14, Colossians 2:20-23, Ephesians 5:29, Hebrews 4:9-11 Hebrew and Greek words we cover: shavat (to stop), shamar (to guard), nefesh and vayinafash (to be re-souled), nuach (a settled place), oneg (delight), sarx (flesh), soma (body), thalpo (to keep warm), sabbatismos (a Sabbath rest), spoudazo (to make every effort) Also mentioned: Abraham Joshua Heschel's description of the Sabbath as a palace in time The full Sabbath practice: I wrote out the whole rhythm, including how to open the day and how to close it. Addicted to Chaos: Why Calm Feels Unsafe
2026/10/15
Your eyes open and your hand is already on the phone before your feet hit the floor. The second the car goes quiet, you put something on. By Saturday afternoon with nothing on the calendar, you're crawling out of your skin. I'm going to call that what it is... a lot of us are addicted to chaos. Not as a diagnosis, as a description. When the noise stops, you go looking for another hit. Not because you love chaos, but because quiet feels like the pause right before something bad happens, and some part of you would rather have the bad thing on your own schedule than sit there waiting for it. In this episode I pull back the curtain on your nervous system and why calm registers as a warning instead of rest. We get into the research on co-regulation, where two bodies in a room start syncing heart rate and stress hormones, and the other direction nobody talks about, where two dysregulated systems lock onto each other and it feels like chemistry. Then we go to 1 Kings 19, where God wasn't in the wind, the earthquake, or the fire, and Elijah got fed and rested twice before God said one word about what came next. I also tell you the cost, friend, because it's real. When you get regulated, you stop matching everybody, and you find out what some of your connections were actually built on. In this episode: (00:00) Why I had to teach on this (01:15) A day in the life, and how much of it sounds like yours (02:00) Addicted to chaos, and why quiet feels like a warning (03:04) Your nervous system learned alert in a season that's over (04:16) Co-regulation: your body negotiating with the bodies around you (05:01) Co-dysregulation, and the friendship you already know (06:20) What happens when you hand a dysregulated woman a smartphone (07:32) A regulated woman is hard to scare and hard to sell to (08:09) 1 Kings 19: the wind, the earthquake, the fire, and the whisper (09:12) God fed Elijah and let him sleep before He said anything else (09:33) What regulation actually gives you (10:44) Digestion, sleep, hormones, and minerals (11:30) The cost: you stop matching everybody (12:38) When belonging is just agreeing to be activated together (13:46) The permission slip that's never coming (16:00) Real things to start this week (18:24) Where I want to leave you (19:21) Closing prayer Start here this week: Your feet hit the floor before your hand touches the phone. Keep it in another room if you need to. Set a time before you scroll. Fifteen minutes is a start, longer is better. Let the car be quiet sometimes, and notice how fast you reach to fill it. Eat and sleep like it matters. You can't regulate a depleted body with mindset work. Move your body every day in a way that doesn't punish you. Walking counts. Look at one input. Who do you follow that leaves your chest tight? Use the mute and unfollow buttons. Notice which friendships run on what's wrong, and bring something else to those conversations. Get around regulated women on purpose. Your body learns calm from other bodies the same way it learned high alert. Scripture in this episode: 1 Kings 19 (the wind, the earthquake, the fire, and the whisper) Romans 12:2 John 10 (His sheep know His voice) Galatians 1:10 Research mentioned: Physiological linkage and co-regulation research dating back to the 1950s A 2021 study on couples showing heart rate synchronization during conversation NYU research published in 2017 analyzing over 500,000 social media messages, finding each additional emotionally charged word increased spread by about 20 percent Work with me, friend: Fully Known, my program for this soul work in a group or one-on-one: www.healingherheart.com/fully-known Functional testing and one-on-one health coaching: www.myluminapath.com More at www.healingherheart.com Got a question from this episode? The 90 Days That Wreck Your Health Goals
2026/10/07
Every year women hit January exhausted, inflamed, and wondering what happened. For the 90 days between Halloween and New Year's, your body carried double its usual load, and that's what happened. This episode is not about skipping the pie, friend. God's people feasted, and Jesus made more wine at a wedding when they ran out. The question isn't whether you get to enjoy the table, it's what kind of shape you're in when you get there and the strategies you use while you're there. Five things hit at once during these 90 days: sugar in volume, alcohol, travel chaos, sleep loss, and the stress of making Christmas happen for everyone else. If you're a woman over 40 navigating perimenopause, December asks a lot of the exact system you need most. January isn't the actual starting line. I see women spend January through March just climbing back to where they were already standing in October. So let's flip the timeline. You can do the work now, in October, so December costs you less. Everything I give you in this episode is something you're adding, not something you have to give up. The goal is not a smaller body, it's more days where you feel fully alive. In this episode: (00:00) Why these 90 days wreck your health goals (01:12) The yearly pattern nobody plans for (03:05) Nothing's wrong with you (03:48) This isn't about skipping the pie (04:57) What the holidays actually do to your body (05:42) Sugar, alcohol, and your gut lining (06:32) Travel, sleep, and holiday stress (08:11) Mineral depletion and running on empty (09:32) Real things you can do this month (10:45) Protein, breakfast, and digestion (12:59) When food isn't about food (14:07) Gut Revival and closing prayer Start here this week: Open your drainage pathways first. Drainage is always before detox. Drink enough water. Move your bowels every day. If you're not, that's the first thing to deal with before anything else. Sweat on a regular basis. Move your lymph. Your lymphatic system only moves when you move. Walk after you eat. Ten minutes after a big meal is one of the highest return things you can do for your blood sugar. Protein at breakfast before coffee, and before anything sweet. Water and food before coffee. You wake up dehydrated, and coffee on an empty, dry tank is a lot to ask of a body. Sit down and chew your food. Stop eating on the go. Protect your sleep in November like it's an appointment on your schedule. Scripture referenced in this episode: Leviticus 23 (the feasts God commanded) John 2 (Jesus making more wine at the wedding) Matthew 11:19 (Jesus called a glutton for eating with people) John 10:10 (life, and life more abundant) Work with me: Gut Revival is open this month on purpose. Starting gut work in January when you're already running on empty is harder, so we're kicking it off in October to get you into the holidays thriving. Toxic Burdens of the Soul: 3 Roots That Keep You Stuck
2026/09/29
I spend my days reading lab results, looking at the toxic burden a woman's body has been carrying for years. Nobody picks one up overnight. It builds quietly while you're working, raising kids, going to church, living your life. And the symptom almost never shows up where the actual problem is. Your soul works the same way, friend. Most of us have spent years trying to fix the fruit. You try to stop comparing yourself to other women. You try to be more confident. You try to just let it go already. But you never get down to the root it's growing from. So in this episode I'm doing it backwards. I'll name behaviors you actually do on a regular Tuesday, and then we'll trace them down to one of three roots: how you see God, how you see yourself, and how you see the one who hurt you. I'm not reading you this list to convict you. Every single one of these made sense to you took it on.  In this episode: (00:00) What a toxic burden is, and why your soul carries one too (01:30) Why we're going fruit to root instead of the other way around (03:07) The woman who's sure it's her thyroid (and it's her liver) (05:05) The three roots (06:01) Root one: the fruit you might recognize (07:10) The God you'd put on a sign, and the one you actually picture (08:19) Conviction is specific. Shame is vague. (10:23) Adam hiding, David buried talent, and the daughter who can't rest (12:55) Your one thing this week (13:13) Root two: the fruit you might recognize (13:48) Two versions of you running at the same time (14:27) Double-mindedness, and why it isn't doubting God (15:11) The yes you resent, the text you reread, the decision you won't make (16:26) Behind or disappointed? How to tell which root it is (17:25) Your one thing this week (17:47) Root three: the fruit you might recognize (18:40) Why holding on feels like justice (19:01) Deciding to forgive and being free of it aren't always the same day (19:25) The shower conversation, the retold story, the root of bitterness (21:08) Forgiveness is not reconciliation (22:01) Your one thing this week (23:06) Drainage before detox: please don't dig it all up at once Your one thing for each root: Write down what you actually believe God feels about you when you mess up, then find one verse that contradicts it and read it out loud every day this week. Write down one thing God says about you that you say you believe and don't live like, then pray Psalm 86:11 over it. Name the one person. Write them a letter you never send, and then stop rehearsing. Scriptures in this episode: Genesis 3, Psalm 12, Psalm 86:11, Psalm 103, Psalm 139, Proverbs 4:23, Proverbs 17:9, Zephaniah 3:17, 1 Kings 18 (Mount Carmel), Matthew 18, Matthew 25, Romans 2:4, Romans 8:15, Romans 12:19, 2 Corinthians 10:5, Galatians 1:10, Ephesians 4:31-32, Hebrews 12:15, James 4:8, 1 John 4:18 Listen next: my Proverbs 4:23 episode, where I talk about your heart as the headwater of your whole life. Cellular Health for Women: Healing Your Body and Soul Together
2026/09/22
Cellular health for women is about more than supplements and longevity hacks. Your body really was designed to renew itself every single day, and your soul was too. After years of working on women's bodies and their hearts, I've learned your cells can only go so far while your heart is still carrying what you never processed. For a long time I poured into everyone else and let my own body run on fumes. I skipped meals, drank coffee instead of water, stayed up way too late, and sat way too much, all while doing deep soul work with women in ministry. It took me years to see that the grief I never let myself feel and the gut that wouldn't settle down were living at the same address. In this episode I walk you through the four pillars of what I call preventive wellness: release, repair, replenish, and renew. We'll talk about why you should drain before you detox, how your gut and liver shape your hormones, what I've seen after running mineral testing on more than a hundred women, and how your mitochondria and your inner being are both being made new every day. For every pillar you'll get one thing for your body and one thing for your soul that you can start today. In this episode: (00:00) Why your body and soul belong in the same conversation (03:12) What preventive wellness means (05:32) Stewarding your health (not out of vanity) (06:36) Running on fumes: my own wake-up call (08:44) The ACE study and how your body keeps a record (09:43) The four pillars: release, repair, replenish, renew (10:03) Release: drainage before detox (12:50) Release for the soul: saying what you swallowed (14:55) Repair: your gut, liver, and hormones (17:00) Repair for the soul: guarding your heart (19:35) Replenish: minerals, burnout, and stubborn weight (21:37) Replenish for the soul: what you're filling up on (23:10) Renew: cellular health and your mitochondria (24:20) Renew for the soul: rehearsing truth out loud (25:52) Where to start this week (26:24) How to work with me Start here this week: Drink filtered water with electrolytes before your coffee. Sit down and chew your food. Eat protein at breakfast. Get 10 minutes of morning light and take a short walk after meals. Speak one verse out loud every day. Scriptures in this episode: Hebrews 4:12 (TPT), Psalm 62:8 (TPT), Proverbs 4:23 (TPT), Nehemiah 2:17 (ESV), Isaiah 55:1-2 (TPT), Romans 12:2 (TPT), 2 Corinthians 4:16 Research and resources mentioned: The Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Study from Kaiser Permanente and the CDC James Pennebaker's research on expressive writing and health Heal Your Cells by Dr. Josh Axe and Dr. Will Cole Work with me, friend: Fully Known, my seven-week heart healing program, in a group or one-on-one: www.healingherheart.com/fully-known Functional testing (GI-MAP and HTMA) and one-on-one health coaching: www.myluminapath.com Free resources and more of my story: healingherheart.com Listen next: Episode 5, where I share how God used betrayal to heal my nervous system. How God Used Betrayal to Heal My Nervous System
2026/09/15
I was 41 when a church leader I trusted spoke to me in a way no adult woman ever had, and my body reacted like I was dying. It took me months to even talk about it. What I didn't know yet was that God was about to use that betrayal to reach wounds I'd been carrying for thirty years. In this episode I share that testimony as plainly as I can, with a new healthy perspective and not partnering with the trap of bitterness, and then we go deep into Proverbs 4:23. We'll look at the Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek words for heart, why "guard" is a watchman's word and not a wall-builder's word, and why Solomon kept tying the condition of the heart to bones, flesh, and medicine. Then we get into the science: how your nervous system works, what happens when it gets stuck in survival mode, and the research showing your heart has its own nervous system that talks to your brain more than your brain talks to it. Scripture knew it first, friend. Science is catching up. In this episode: (00:00) Why I waited to tell this story, and the bitterness trap I didn't want to fall into (05:39) What healing actually looked like: prayer, His presence, therapy, grief timeline work, somatic movement, breathing, and journaling (12:04) Proverbs 4:20-27 as a whole-person passage, and God's words as medicine for the body (14:03) Guarding your heart the way a watchman tends a vineyard (15:32) Heart isn't just your feelings: lev, kardia, and the Aramaic words Jesus left us (20:33) Your heart as the headwater and the border of your life (22:04) What Solomon said about bones and flesh, and what research shows now (23:32) Nervous system basics, plus fight, flight, freeze, and fawn (26:27) The heart's own nervous system and the vagus nerve (29:41) Why I believe the next wave of great leaders will be the regulated ones (31:06) A prayer for the woman who's still replaying the betrayal Scriptures mentioned: Proverbs 4:20-27, Proverbs 12:25, Proverbs 14:30, Proverbs 17:22, Proverbs 23:7, Isaiah 27:3, Ezekiel 36:26, 1 Samuel 16:7, Jeremiah 17:9-10, Psalm 23:6, Psalm 51:10, Psalm 139:23, Matthew 5:8, Matthew 6:21, Matthew 12:34, Matthew 15:19, Matthew 18:21-22, Mark 5:41, Mark 7:34, Mark 14:36, Romans 8:15, Galatians 4:6, Hebrews 4:12 Want to go deeper, sis? How the Enemy Uses Fear to Keep You Stuck
2026/09/08
There's a rope tied around your leg that stopped being able to hold you a long time ago. Circus elephants get staked young, when the rope actually can hurt them. By the time they're strong enough to walk away, they don't try. The belief got installed early, and the enemy doesn't have to show up again. That's what fear does, and a lot of us are running on it without knowing it, because it's so deeply ingrained we think it's our personality, or our quirkiness, or our holiness. This episode is unscripted and it goes deep. I get into what the Bible actually says about fear, and why "do not fear" and "fear the Lord" are the same Hebrew word. Hebrew never built two vocabularies. It has one word for the human capacity to be affected by something greater than yourself, and the text tells you what to do with that capacity based entirely on what it's pointed at. We look at Exodus 20:20, where that root shows up twice in one verse with opposite instructions. The Greek deilia in 2 Timothy 1:7, which is cowardice, not reverence. The Aramaic underneath Abba. And the verse I think is the most important one in the whole study, Psalm 130:4: there is forgiveness with you, that you may be feared. Fear is the response to forgiveness, not to threat. I also talk about why some of the meanest people you'll meet are Christians, and why underneath hatred and anger there is almost always fear. The diagnostic question is simple. Does it move you toward God or away from him? Adam heard God's voice and hid. That fear has to go. Isaiah saw the Lord high and lifted up, said woe is me, and then said here I am, send me. That fear stays. The Nervous System Practices Already in Your Bible
2026/09/01
The women leading at the next level aren't the most skilled or the smartest — they're the ones with the capacity to hold hard things without falling apart. In this episode, we explore how God designed your nervous system, what Scripture says about the body, and practical ways to build emotional and physical capacity as a faith-filled woman. We dive into the stories of Eve, Elijah, David, and Jesus to uncover God's own burnout protocol ...food, sleep, touch, presence, truth, and a friend. It's been sitting in your Bible the whole time. Your Body Was Designed to Heal
2026/08/18
Your Body Was Designed to Heal At 38 I was couch-bound and my blood work came back normal. At 44 I feel better than I did in my twenties. Nothing about that was complicated, but it did require going to the root instead of chasing symptoms. In this episode I walk through the physical health side of this work. Why standard blood work misses so much, and what functional testing like HTMA, a GI Map, and the Dutch test can actually show you. Hormones are the leaves on the tree. The gut and liver are the root system, and that's where I start with almost everyone. We go into the big three gut issues: leaky gut and what drives it, parasites and why they're more common than people think, and bacterial imbalance you can't fix by throwing a probiotic at it. Then the liver, which converts and clears your hormones, and why serotonin being made largely in the gut means mood and digestion are the same conversation. I explain drainage funnels too, colon, liver and bile, lymph, cells, and why you open downstream before you push detox upstream if you don't want to feel worse. I also get honest about HRT and GLP-1 medications. After I'd done the root cause work and built the lifestyle habits, I added HRT and a microdose of Retatrutide for the last twenty percent, joint pain, brain fog, weight. They're powerful tools. They're also a band-aid without the foundational work underneath, and I want to be straight with you about both halves of that. Chapters 0:00 Intro and my backstory  0:35 Why standard blood work wasn't enough  1:21 Finding root cause answers, adrenal fatigue  2:00 What makes root cause work different  4:31 Testing over guessing: HTMA, GI Map, Dutch test  6:02 Foundational systems over expensive stacks  6:26 Why HRT and peptides are band-aids without foundational work  8:19 Leaky gut  9:49 Parasites  10:34 Bacterial imbalance  12:19 Why gut and liver run everything  13:33 Liver health and parasite cleanse strategy  14:36 Drainage funnels and detox principles  14:58 Basic detox strategies  15:50 CellCore parasite cleanse  16:36 Simplicity as the strategy  17:28 Community and enjoying your life  19:15 My experience with HRT and Retatrutide  21:21 Pick one thing and be consistent  23:21 Closing and free resources Where to start Pick one habit and be consistent with it. Don't overhaul everything at once.  Cut gluten and dairy. Those are the two inflammatory foods I have nearly every client remove.  Support gut and liver first. They drive hormones, mood, and neurotransmitters.  Test, don't guess. Functional testing shows what blood work misses.  Open drainage before detoxing.  Aim for consistent, not perfect. Chasing perfect health adds the exact stress you're trying to remove. Rest Is Not a Reward
2026/08/18
If you're waiting until you've earned rest, you'll be waiting a long time. That belief is what burnout is built on. In this episode I make both the biblical and the physiological case for rest as obedience rather than indulgence. We go into the actual Greek and Hebrew behind Matthew 11:28-30, the words Jesus chose for labor to exhaustion, for being loaded down by other people's expectations, and for the kind of yoke that's well-fitting rather than crushing. Then the Hebrew side of rest: nuach, to settle and be secure. Shalom, nothing missing and nothing broken. Shabbat, to cease, not because you're finished but because God is. I also talk about what chronic striving actually does in the body. Relentless internal pressure dysregulates cortisol, blood sugar, thyroid conversion, progesterone, digestion, immune function, and sleep. This isn't a mindset issue you can push through. And I get into the difference between performance as identity ("I am what I accomplish") and identity-driven performance ("I accomplish because I know who I am"). Practical rest rhythms Daily: morning light within the first hour of waking, enough protein and balanced meals, five-minute pauses for prayer or slow breathing between work blocks, technology-free walks, a screen-free wind-down and consistent bedtime. Weekly: pick a Sabbath day and stick to it, leave margin in your calendar instead of filling every open space, worship and community and time outside, a hobby you do purely for fun and not as a side hustle. Monthly: schedule a personal retreat even if it's only a few hours, review your calendar and ask whether it reflects your priorities or your fears, take vacations that restore rather than relocate your work, celebrate what you've accomplished before launching into the next thing. The Seed Was Never the Problem
2026/08/18
You can read the word daily, hear every sermon, and still feel like your faith isn't growing. The seed (God's word), is perfect so we have to look at where its trying to take root, the soil of your heart.  In this episode I walk through the parable of the sower and the four conditions a heart can be in. The hardened heart, packed down by being walked over. The performing heart that springs up fast with no root. The crowded, anxious heart where good things choke the harvest. And the good, tended heart, which is honest, not perfect. Good soil isn't found. It's farmed. I also talk about how a wound hardens into an agreement. The event ends, but the belief it planted keeps living, and it starts shaping what you see. Here's what I want you to hear: you are not damaged goods. You're unattended Eden. Hard ground isn't ruined ground. It's ground waiting for the Gardener. Chapters 0:00 Welcome and recap  1:30 Why the heart matters  4:00 The parable of the sower  7:00 The seed was never the problem  9:30 The hardened heart  13:00 The performing heart  17:00 The crowded, anxious heart  21:00 The good, tended heart  25:00 How wounds pack the ground down  28:00 You are not damaged goods  30:00 Tending the ground Journal questions Where do I keep having the same outsized reaction?  What are the common thoughts keeping me stuck?  Where did this ground get packed down? Your Labs Are Normal, You're Not Okay
2026/08/18
Where This All Began Your labs can come back normal and you can still not be okay. I lived that, and it changed everything about how I work with women. In this first episode I'm telling you the real story behind Healing Her. Not the polished version. I spent years using grace language to let myself off the hook while my health quietly fell apart, and I kept meeting women doing the same thing from the other direction, doing all the soul work and still exhausted in their bodies. Fifteen years of ministry, coaching, and my own collapse and recovery all pointed at the same thing: body and soul were never meant to be treated separately. Chapters 0:00 Welcome to Episode 1  0:37 Who I am  2:02 The greenhouse metaphor  3:18 Why Healing Her exists  4:07 What's missing in wellness and mental health spaces  5:54 When my body gave out  6:52 Couch-bound with normal labs  7:19 Root cause healing and five years of study  7:46 Stewarding your body as an asset  9:04 Soul health, mindset, and the Wound Map  19:45 The enemy targets your destiny  22:45 Where to work with me About your host I'm Marissa McCrory, a minister and coach with a BA in psychology and over fifteen years working with women on mindset and faith.
