dj NIMBUS brunch vibes at Azumi 9-27-2026

This is the capture of the 14 year anniversary of EXPOSURE at Henke & Pillot in Houston! The sets are J.Salaam ( first 30 ), dj NIMBUS ( second 30 mins ), dj Kahnti & Mez B2B for an hour, then J. Salaam for an hour and dj NIMBUS closing out the last our. The vibes were all the way up, and it was an amazing and most memorable night!

1111 is now arguably the hottest bar / lounge / restaurant in the city of Houston that has a House Music palate. It got even better when the Ambiance Architect was called in for a private event that wanted a slightly elevated yet authentic House Music Experience to compliment the atmosphere and event. After the event was over, dj NIMBUS transitioned into a more higher energy groove while remaining true the deep & soulful nature of his signature sound. Press play and glide on this journey through the "DEEP" South!

Fridays are the highlight of my week, because it is here, where people come to enjoy the food, view, and vibes curated by myself in real time! A soundtrack for this specific & special moment in time! Libations are flowing, looks of love or lust are abound, and happy hearts and hot and heavy sweet nothings are finding their way between couples and acquaintances! This mixture of deep & soulful house was the perfect pairing to this overcast evening! Press play and imagine what you missed, or relive what you did! Azumi : 4444 Westheimer Rd, Houston Tx on Fridays 6pm - 10pm with dj NIMBUS!

Houston's longest running classic & underground hip hop party is still in the business of bringing that heat that made you love hip hop! Not only do we play the hits of yesterday, we also drop those rare & raw uncut classics that were not on the radio, but for the underground heads who bumped them in the jeeps or in the basements! Press play and let us break you off something proper! This goodness can be found at Faces of Houston, 5104 Almeda in Houston, on the second Saturday of Jan / Mar / May / Jul / Sep & Nov! Stay in the loop!

4th of July weekend was extra energy from the time I walked in and set up, until the last beat played out. It was apparent the happier hours were in effect, and the good vibe tribe definitely were out in force! The atmosphere was extraordinarily sexy, as always, but in light of the holiday weekend, it was only appropriate to elevate the vibes!

This Exposure was a blast, with dj NIMBUS stretching out and extending range of motion in the mix for 4 of the 5 hours! Yung Chris was not able to make it out, so Malcolm Bravo dropped the center hour peak time set, as NIMBUS set the tone prior and amplified the closeout afterwards! Press play and relive the night, as we get ready for the next episode July 25th!

It was a rainy Saturday, but it didn't matter! The people wanted good food, good drinks, and good vibes, and that's exactly what they got! Generally, I am the pilot of Friday nights, but this Saturday was by special request, and The Ambiance Architect was on duty and crafted another seamless mix of universally palatable grooves from the realm of deep & soulful house, and gave everyone within earshot a magical memorable weekend night to remember their outing by!

Brunches in Houston are pretty basic, EXCEPT at Azumi! From an elevated cuisine, cocktail and ambiance perspective, we are unmatched! We have slowly been rolling out the launch of the new brunch offering, and the vibes are a patio perfect pairing for Sunday mornings ( 11:30 - 3:30 ).
