Hey folks! I swear it was just Memorial Day only a few weeks ago and here we are in the last two weeks of July! I know summer is my favorite season but it really feels like these past six weeks went a lot faster than the six weeks from the middle of January to the end of February. Enjoy every moment friends. Howdy folks! As the name states this was a jog from John Rudy county park. This and Brilhardt Station are the two spots on the York Heritage Rail Trail that I start from. Both have their pluses. Neither is particularly close to my house. The run was nice either way. Enjoy!

Howdy folks! Just a short check in to discuss a purchase of running shoes that should have left the shelves a year or two ago. I found a replacement pair on Amazon so I grabbed them. They fit me perfectly so this is a big deal as running shoe companies can't leave well enough alone for more than a year. Enjoy!
