God's plan for rescuing the Children of Israel out of slavery was not simply to move them into a new country, it was to bring them into a new way of living. He chose them to be His nation, His treasured position and to become a beacon of hope to other nations. He desired for them to take a step toward a new mindset, that they were no longer slaves to the ways of Egypt but now they can trust and rely on God's presence, power and provision. He is asking us to take the next step in trusting and relying on Him to faithfully be all we need Him to be. By Dave Bartlett
