Liya Palagashvili joins this week’s She Thinks episode to help us assess the harms and threats to independent contracting through a new Department of Labor rule. Her primary research interests include entrepreneurship, regulation, and the gig economy. She has published academic articles, book chapters, policy papers, and articles in media outlets such as the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. In 2016, she was named one of Forbes' "30 under 30" in Law & Policy.
