Episode 48: Paws for Concern
2026/09/27
This week on Puddy’s Podcast, it’s been a stressful few weeks, so I finally took a break and watched Coyote vs. Acme—and absolutely loved it! Meanwhile, I’ve been very worried about my brother’s cat while he’s been in the hospital and rehab, took a trip to Brooklyn to see a great production of Don Juan that deserves an Off-Broadway run, and wondered why financial literacy wasn’t taught when I was in school. Trust me, I could’ve used the help! I also share my disappointment with the Legacy of the Dark Knight video game DLC and check in on Season 2 of MobLand, a show that practically requires subtitles and might leave you with some questionable new vocabulary!
Episode 47: Never Forget
2026/09/13
This week I look back on 9/11, 25 years later, and share why September 10th holds special meaning to me. Plus, my Broadway luck strikes again, a wild dream featuring Megan Thee Stallion, 408 days of being single, are the Grand Theft Auto cops about to make the game less fun, MapQuest takes a stand, a tragic passing in the wrestling world, and serious warnings about AI potentially threatening humanity. Another week of memories, madness, and everything in between!
Episode 46: I Have Female Friends. So What?
2026/09/07
This week is basically me asking, “Why are women so intimidated by me having female friends?” while simultaneously admitting I donated to a charity because the woman collecting money was cute. Add in car trouble that thankfully wasn’t car trouble, taking on more family responsibilities, the latest in the Lindsey Clancy case, my Curb Your Enthusiasm conundrum, the hate for female Superhero movies, helping a friend with auditions, and a very unexpected message that joins the conversation. Somehow, I packed a LOT into this one!
Episode 45: Dolly, Dreams & Disaster
2026/08/30
This week, I remember the legacies of Dolly Parton and Tim Curry, talk Tuesday karaoke with AJ and the 1,000th episode of Big Brother, and dive into two very strange dreams—one featuring my ex and another where I somehow survive a collapsing Las Vegas casino by apparently respawning. I also discuss the Lindsay Clancy trial and the difficult questions surrounding mental illness and responsibility. Basically, my subconscious is still an a*****e.
Episode 44: My Subconscious Is a Tease
2026/08/24
This week, I follow up on the meatloaf with more cooking adventures, including nearly eating an entire dish of baked ziti, some questionable chicken combinations, and the realization that I apparently can’t even get laid in my dreams. I also talk about finally finishing my dentist treatments, Garth Brooks’ tour, Rosie O’Donnell hosting Jimmy Kimmel, a flat tire, the long-awaited Coyote vs. Acme, the return of an otter to the Bronx River, and the latest Harry and Meghan headlines. Another week of food, weird dreams, nostalgia, anxiety, and random chaos!
Episode 43: Ma, the Meatloaf!
2026/08/16
This week I make my own meatloaf with a few missing ingredients—and somehow it turns out delicious. , work ruining my time off, which is finally getting me motivated to update my resume, and the painful dentist appointment I’m already dreading. I also share some feel-good stories, including Rippin’ Rosie, the surfing dog who took home four first-place awards, and the return of professional women’s baseball for the first time since 1954. Plus, I discover I can still sing along word-for-word to wrestler Maven’s entrance theme years later. Just another week of random thoughts, nostalgia, and whatever else is going on in my life!
Episode 42: So… This Is Progress?
2026/08/10
This week, I’m dealing with another painful trip to the dentist, awkwardly stepping in front of the camera for my first social media video, and some old feelings stirred up by SummerSlam. I also talk about my upcoming doctor’s appointment, drinking less after leaning on it a little too much over the past year, and a few stories that reminded me just how incredible—and fragile—life can be. Plus, a groundbreaking brain implant, a scary Perez Hilton incident, and the reminder that mental health is no joke.
Episode 41: Holy Guacamole!
2026/08/02
This week, I step outside my comfort zone in more ways than one—trying guacamole and a bison burger, returning to a karaoke bar I swore I'd never visit again, and reflecting on just how much I've changed over the past year. I also share some surprising dating app adventures, an exciting medical discovery that could be life-changing, a hopeful cancer research breakthrough, and a few unexpected surprises along the way. Sometimes the biggest sign you're healing is realizing you're no longer the person you used to be.
Episode 40: One Year Later
2026/07/27
One year after my world was turned upside down, I look back on the healing journey that inspired me to start this podcast and reflect on just how much life has changed over the past 12 months. I'm looking back on a healing journey that somehow feels like it flew by while also lasting a lifetime. I talk about how much I've changed, the headaches caused by my new laptop's audio issues, my mom finally having her long-overdue knee replacement surgery, and the end of my three-week phone nightmare (lesson learned!) Plus, I talk about the incredible rescue of 30 beluga whales finally getting a second chance after being stranded for nearly two years, and why Daughtry's music continues to hit all the right notes.
Episode 39: Collision Course
2026/07/20
In this week's episode, I share an update on my second round of dental treatment that didn't go as smoothly as the first, the story of a driver who apparently thinks stop signs are optional and hit my car just two blocks from home, and why I seem to get stuffed up every time I sit down to record. I also talk about debating whether to start making TikTok videos to build my confidence, the frustrations of learning to tune a guitar, my unexpected thoughts on the Snapchat series Transformer, and a fascinating new study showing that our daily caffeine habit might be doing more than just keeping you awake.
Episode 38: TV Time and Parking Fines
2026/07/12
This week, I celebrate the Fourth of July at a BBQ, deal with one headache after another—from a $300 phone repair to a confusing parking ticket—and share my experience at a Mets game where I somehow kept ending up on TV. I also give an update on my dental journey, talk about a guitar gadget that was a total dud, reflect on a quote from The Bear that really hit home, realize just how fast 21 years can fly by, and share my thoughts on Garth Brooks' upcoming tour and unique ticket pricing.
Episode 37: To Infinity... and a Wedding
2026/07/05
This week, I share a fun night out seeing Toy Story 5 and enjoying a great meal, reflect on the retirement concert of one of my favorite artists and the memories it brought back, and recap my annual medical appointments—including one unexpected mishap. I also talk about upcoming dental work and the confidence boost I'm hoping it brings, an inspiring act of kindness for a New York taxi driver, my hesitation to watch the The Bear series finale, and wrap things up by celebrating the wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
Episode 36: System Update Required
2026/06/28
This week, I talk about treating myself to a new laptop after finding a deal that was too good to pass up, and why a trip to the dentist actually left me feeling happy. I open up about almost sending my ex a bouquet of flowers and the internal battle that convinced me not to, finding comfort in words that were never spoken, and realizing it's time to start working on my social anxiety. Plus, an unexpected night out catching up with a friend, I'm searching for plans for the Fourth of July because I refuse to spend it at home, and I introduce the brand-new hotline number: 917-718-2MJP...Yes those are my initials!
Episode 35: Road Trip to Collectors Boutique
2026/06/22
This week is a celebration of champions and new beginnings! I talk about the Knicks' incredible championship run and parade, making it through a difficult anniversary weekend, and taking the show on the road to Collectors Boutique. Hear from BCW owner Anthony Cole about the company's future, Ruthie Jay on what's next for her, and World Champion Dainja issuing a challenge to Darius Carter. Plus, a surprisingly lucky parking story to top it all off.
Episode 34: Signs, Signals, and the Knicks
2026/06/14
This week is a mix of sports, reflection, and random observations. I talk about getting through what would have been my anniversary weekend with the help of friends, wonder whether modern dating expectations are a little one-sided, share a strange encounter with an all-white bird outside my office window, and take on a new paint-by-number project of Citi Field. Plus, I react to an incredible medical breakthrough that could one day help people living with paralysis.
