I believe many of us are looking for 'freedom' in many forms. You may use a different word, but 'freedom' in our health, in how we spend our time, in how we work & earn money, and in how we live our lives...and more! From my own personal journey & work as a mind-body therapist, I believe that true freedom starts in our biology. It's time we reclaim our biology. There is so much 'distortion' in the environment, in our food, in our water that our cells are completely overwhelmed & can't function as they were divinely designed. This has a huge knock-on effect on all areas of our life (mental, emotional, spiritual & physical). I believe reclaiming sovereignty & autonomy over our cells again is the most pivotal thing we can do at this time & for the upcoming years. Our body is electric before it's chemical. It needs voltage, current, light, frequency, life-force in order to function as it was designed. Think of a dimmer switch in your house, the lights are either dim or bright, your body is the same. The voltage is either high or low (and for most of humanity it's low). Most of those things that have been 'normalised' i.e. low energy, brain fog, digestive issues, lack of motivation etc, are a symptom of low voltage in your body. It's literally lacking life-force energy. It's your job to 'turn the lights back on' and that's what this hydrogen & frequency water supports with. A powerful question to see if you are truly aligned internally & externally. If you're not, that causes a 'gap'. There's a misalignment, incongruence that sometimes you can't quite put your finger on. If there's a gap, you don't truly have the capacity to hold yourself, your beliefs, and your desires with unshakable confidence. If there's a gap, you'll hide, play small & allow the opinions of others to have reign in your life. It's our responsibility to 'close that gap' for ourselves - no one & no thing can do it for us. The gap is our invitation to expand. That's authenticity. And that's when 'Spirit' can move through us & we can shine our Light. My back, neck & shoulers have been screaming at me recently. I know it's not 'physical' per say. Yes my posture is bad at times, and I often don't work in the most ergonomical manner, but I knew this was deeper also. As everything is, it was more emotional & spiritual. It's never my body 'giving up or breaking down', it's going through a massive upgrade. The insight that landed was profound. I've gone through a week of it (well actually a few weeks of it, with lots of existential crisis dispersed throughout), but I feel it came to a culmination last week. It was intense and what was/is moving through me feels like the greatest hurt & separation towards the Divine that we are. I forgot to share this in the episode. So we can all see what is happening on a global scale. It's horrific how this 'egoic powerful struggle' is being projected onto innocent people. But it also a reflection of the bigger division & separateness we have come to as a humanity, as a collective, starting with each of us individually. We can't avoid ourselves any longer. It is each our responsibility to overcome our own fears, ego & separation now, and come back to our heart (the most courageous work that can be done). And I'm especially calling on the feminine to lead the charge (not because we're better, but because that's the wisdom we hold). I was going over my journal notes from the recent Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat that I went to in Cancún. I remembered a really powerful experience I went through in my own inner masculine / feminine reunification. The masculine without the feminine lead is egoic, separated, only out for himself, power-driven & eventually dangerous/extremist (as we are seeing on a global scale). This is a call & an invitation. I had a massive realisation recently (for anyone who has been following recently, yes another one haha)!!!  My nervous system has been hijacked since I was a year old.
