______ Soundroom Podcast 116 | Nisto ______ ◉ ◉ There are people you meet at parties who just stay there, in that small circle behind the DJ booth, where music is no longer just selection, but a shared language. We've met Nisto exactly like that: during long club nights, exchanging sets, ideas, and energy from booth to booth. Since then, our paths have kept crossing, always in the same context: music. For episode 116 of Soundroom, Nisto delivers a vinyl-only mix; no shortcuts, no sync button, just pure selection and real control over the music. A set that breathes analog, carrying that living imperfection that makes the difference between a playlist and a DJ set. Soundroom continues its 9-year journey as a podcast dedicated to underground electronic music, and episode 116 is exactly about that: real connections and unfiltered sound. ◉◉ Born in Bucharest, Nisto has been connected to the underground electronic scene since the age of 16–17, spending his early years surrounded by intimate parties and raw underground energy that helped shape his musical vision. Strongly influenced by the Romanian minimal movement and microhouse sounds from across Europe and beyond, his style is driven by playful rhythms and deep basslines, moving in harmony with the different shades of life. ◉ Follow Nisto: https://bit.ly/3PYxJ00 ◉ Follow Soundroom: https://www.instagram.com/soundroompodcast/ ◉◉ ◉◉ Support us on patreon: patreon.com/SoundroomBucharest

◉◉ Soundroom Podcast 110 - Andu Simion ◉◉ Regardless, Andu Simion is not at all a newcomer in the minimal stage. Mostly known for its activity within the different projects, Andu has contributed with singles for various EPs of incremental minimal labels and has developed multiple collaborative projects during his career. However, every time he surprises with a playful selection of compositions that is supposed to mimic a trip through the night, body, space and time. As one third of the Lisière Collectif, Andu Simion learned early and often how to take a dancefloor on a hypnotic, grooving journey throughout the night. Andu comes from the outskirts of Ploiești, Romania and you can hear the industrial side of the city in his sound. It’s safe to say that, while clearly being inspired by the Romanian minimal movement, he has crafted his own particular style: a deep, if maybe just a little acid-infused journey that has landed him some vinyl releases releases on Atipic and Atipic Lab, Priku’s labels. He’s also half of A Dublu, Anduli or Two Metromaniac Guys projects and a well-established member of the romanian underground scene with numerous releases on nice labels such as Palinoia, Polen, Particular, Cueva Records, Diffuse Reality, Insound Recordings or Cakeman. ◉◉ Follow Andu Simion: https://soundcloud.com/andusimion ◉◉ Follow Soundroom: www.facebook.com/soundroompodcast
