Rob and Simon talk to James Bennett, youngest runner in the UK to have finished 100 road marathons and taking on the world record for finishing 100 ultra marathons. The boys also discuss James' performance in the recent SDW100 and his rather interesting nutrition strategy.

The boys kick of for season 4 with mountain goat and speedster Manol Dimitrov - picking his brains about the ups and downs of sky racing and speeding along the roads. 

Rob and Simon get to speak to Rich Watts who is currently running a marathon a week for an entire year!  The boys also talk about Pokemon cards????????

Rob and Simon have a spontaneous catch up and discuss if they could run 20 marathons in 10 days, 145 miles along a canal and briefly review the Autumn 100.
