Mr. McLane elaborates on his sports-centered friendship with George and Barbara Bush, from boat rides in Kennebunkport to hundreds of Astros home games in Houston. Mr. McLane also recounts the Bush’s unique approach to watching baseball and their utmost loyalty to the Astros, the team they loved.
