Send a text We continue our study of the book of James, as we cover Chapter 2 in this episode.  We discuss how God is not a respecter of man, and neither should we be.  We also learn the difference between faith and works, and how one is incomplete in Christ if they do not have or practice both faith and works.    Support the show Thanks for listening! Send a text In this episode, as we did a year ago this month, we discuss how to pray and what the Lord's Prayer is.  We review and explain Matthew 6:5-15.  Prayer can be as simple or as complex as you would like it to be.  At the end of the day, it is as a child speaking to a Father.  If you have questions or suggestions, please send us an email at: [email protected] Support the show Thanks for listening! Send a text In this episode we look at what the scripture says about trusting in the Lord, not ourselves or in mankind.  We look at Psalm 118:8, Proverbs 3:5-6, and 2Corinthians 1:8-9.  We must pray about every move we make and every thing we see and hear to make sure it is from the Lord.   Support the show Thanks for listening! Send a text Since it is 3/16, I thought this would be a good time to review John 3:16.  I also discuss what a friend of mine shared with me about the image and depiction of the cross in modern day.  I also shortly discuss how easily it is to be swayed by the devil and how quick we can sometimes forget that the attacks sneak in.   Support the show Thanks for listening!
