Jeff has founded several other technology companies, including Spinback, a social sharing platform (eventually purchased by salesforce.com). Jeff began his career in finance, serving as Managing Director at activist hedge fund Barington Capital Group, a Vice President at venture capital firm GlenRock and various roles in the M&A Group at JP Morgan.

Prior to joining Prudential, Lucien was the EVP and CHRO of A.P. Moller-Maersk, a shipping and energy conglomerate with about 90,000 employees with operations in 130 countries worldwide. Lucien is also a fellow and director of the National Academy of Human Resources, a founding member of HR50 and chair-elect of the board of advisors of the Center for Executive Succession at the University of South Carolina.

Aadesh joined Tata Communications in February 2010 from PeopleStrong HR Services where he was the Chairman and CEO. Aadesh has over 25 years of experience in P&L Management, Human Resources, Operations, Information Technology, Corporate Communications and Program Management and has held global leadership roles in these functions across multiple geographies. He has also been involved in over a dozen M&As as well as playing a key role in the integration of these companies, spread across multiple countries. Prior to PeopleStrong HR Services, Aadesh was part of the start-up team of Aricent/Hughes Software Systems where he spent 16 years in a variety of roles including Global Head of HR, CEO of its BPO Business, Head of the Gurgaon centre and provided direction to IT and Corporate Communications functions. He has been the global editor of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends report since its launch in 2011. Jeff has lived in and led consulting practices in the United States, India, Belgium, Russia, and Kenya. Jeff authored Work Disrupted: Opportunity, Resilience, and Growth in the Accelerated Future of Work, with Suzanne Riss, an award-winning journalist and book author.

Dr. Harpreet Singh interviews Tanuj Kapilashrami, the Group Head Human Resources at Standard Chartered. Tanuj joined the Management Team as Group Head, HR in November 2018. She joined the Bank in March 2017 as Group Head, Talent, Learning and Culture, and took on additional responsibility as Global Head HR, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking in May 2018.
