But I have narrated it with Bhamati a five year old kutti ponnu .  this story is about a swan a royal swan in fact- Rajahamsa which gets into trouble when it gets caught into a trap laid by a hunter. while all other swans fly off seeing the problem, one minister swan ( Sumukha by name) of that Raja Hamsa stays back to support the Rajahamsa in Times of distress. the hunter returns to see the two swans one in the net and the other sitting next to it though it has an option to fly away. Pandu along with his wives Kunti and Madhri stay in the forest among Rishis and sages. Pandu is a worried that he may never have children of his own due to the curse of the rishi. Kunti reveals the secret boon she got from sage Dhurvasa that she may get children through a powerful Mantra taught by the sage. Pandu immediately asks her to use the boon and Kunti begets Yudhisthira through the blessings of Dharma Deva. good omens are seen everywhere and the Devas aseer vachanams fill the air. meanwhile at Hastinapur Gandhari is fuming with jealous when she heard that Kunti is blessed with a child. she beats her stomach and a big ball of flesh falls down. sage vyasa consoles her and arranges for 100 pots filled with ghee and divides the flesh into 100 parts and stores them in the ghee filled pots. when one piece is left over he brings another pot with ghee and bless Gandhari that a female child also will be born to be. the first ghee pot breaks open and a child is born. He is Dhuryodana. bad omens are seen everywhere when he is born. Pandu is made the king of Hastinapur and he is ruling the country very well bhishmacharya is by his side guiding him. vidhura the personification of Dharma devatha guides Pandu in all the rights and rules of governing a country. Dhritarashtra marrys Gandhari Pandu marrys Kunti and Madhri . Kunti when she was around 9 years old got initiated with a Mantra by Sage Dhurvasa which can make any devatha to come in person and bless her with the child as his amsam. . . Kunti out of curiosity test that mantram on Surya devatha immediately Surya appears before her and bless her with the child Kunti is startled and days confused as to what the world will say about her having a baby even before she got married . she decides to get rid of the baby and puts it in a beautiful box wrapping it with silk cloth with lots of gold and precious stones floats the box into a river. the child is received by a charioter and he adopts the child and brings sit up as a great warrior . that child is karna. Pandu is cursed by a Rishi for killing him while he is enjoying himself with his wife taking the form of a deer. if Pandu enjoys with his wives he will be dead is the curse by the rishi. Pandu leaves for vanavasam. Kunti the wife of Pandu along with Madhri accompanies him to the forest. what happens later let's wait for the next episode.
