Description

In 2014, I set out to do something I’d always believed was impossible for me: achieve a healthy life balance with food, fitness, and myself. After many years of trial and error, I finally found a system that works for me, and started "Community With Caroline," changing the course of my own life, but most importantly, enabling me to help change the lives of thousands of other people as well. Join me as I candidly discuss all aspects of the “fitness” industry, my journey to food freedom, my struggles with breast implant illness, OCD, and more. I have open and honest dialogues with healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, mentors, celebrities, bestsellers, polyamorists, coaches, and some of my personal heroes! CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE!

I can see Clearly Now
2024/02/23
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I talk about validating yourself, boundaries, the importance of daily habits, how making changes can be easy, and how you have to step outside of the storm you are in before you can really see things clearly. I truly hope you can take at least one thing from this episode, and am always available to hear your own experiences and as they relate to mine.  https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
Abandoning Myself
2024/02/16
On this week of the CWC podcast I am talking about how I have been so overwhelmed with life recently that I realized I have abandoned any form of self care. To be here again and admit it is WAY harder than the first time back in 2014. Because now I KNOW what to do, I am just not doing it. I knew I needed to make changes but was in such a frozen state that doing ONE thing felt impossible. Having hard conversations with my friends and with Pooh Bear made me realize that need to just start, so I began posting my daily wins and implementing our Baby Steps program. It has been one week and just the shift in mindset has made a huge difference. Follow along on my stories for my daily wins, and feel free to share yours with me! https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
The Trickle Effect
2024/01/12
This week on the CWC Podcast I talk about being over my own shit, and being in a place of so much frustration that change is the only option. And because I know what it’s like to do ANYTHING at all when everything feels so overwhelming, I provide some easy things you can begin doing that will simplify every part of your life.  https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
How to set boundaries and achieve goals REALISTICALLY!!!
2023/12/08
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking about how hard it can be to set healthy boundaries in your life, how to know when you are ready to start, and how important it is to release the reaction from the person you are setting it with. I also discuss the importance of setting SMALL achievable goals in order to reach that one big goal you have. Lastly, I updated you on some amazing CWC Christmas specials that will be running through the end of December! https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

Getting Started, Allowing Excuses, and Giving Shame The Bird
2023/10/13
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I talk about getting started, making changes, and allowing excuses to exist. I also sprinkled in some stuff regarding autoimmune disorders, UTI tips, and how to stop spinning in the same circle that is getting you nowhere. If your body cannot support the types of workouts needed to achieve your ideal body type, then your ideal body type might need to change. I also talk about our AMAZING new CWC in-person membership that includes personal training as well as monthly workouts/Q&A sessions!  https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
Will I Ever Be Enough?
2023/10/06
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking about my struggles with alcohol/food in my teen years and early twenties, and how those morphed into a gym addiction once I began my transformation back in 2014. At my perceived "peak" both physically and mentally in 2018 I felt unstoppable, until my bii symptoms began. Over the past 5 years I have been running a business, being a mom, a wife, all the while trying to get back to that "peak," to no avail. So many days I wanted for it to all be over, but I kept going even if it was at 1%, and I am proud of myself for that. Society puts an insurmountable amount of pressure on women, and quite frankly I am fucking over it. Do your best with what you have, and if what you have is 1%, then that is 100%.  https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
Molly Stoffa, CWC Coach
2023/09/22
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking with return guest and newest CWC coach, Molly Stoffa! Molly has been a client of mine for over a year and it is my absolute pleasure to welcome her to our team. We have many things in common, from playing soccer as kids, being super competitive, similar struggles with OCD/ADHD, motherhood, physique competing, and more. Molly shares why she wanted to be a CWC coach, what makes us so incredibly different from anything else, and how we can help you achieve your goals while enjoying life and above all, feeling amazing at the same time.  Molly's IG: https://www.instagram.com/mollyflytrn/ https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
Twitchy Witch
2023/09/15
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking with Elianne El-amyouni, you may know her as the "Twitchy Witch" on social media. Elianne's mother is a reader of dreams, and her father is a shamanic healer. She has been something of an alchemist since she was born, and ended up studying symbolism, alchemy, and dreams in university. She wrote her masters on the connections between alchemy, dream analysis, and modern poetry, and is currently writing a phd on the role of music (particularly hip-hop) in the expression of palestinian political identity.  I found Elianne on TikTok about a month ago, and booked a tarot reading with her. During my reading I was amazed at how comfortable I felt with her, as well as the accuracy of my reading. I invited her on the podcast and was so happy she said yes! During our conversation she was recalling a prophetic dream she had, which led us to discuss the rising and falling of empires and how that relates closely to what we are seeing today in America. I left feeling incredibly humbled, grateful, and connected to her.  Follow Elianne, book a tarot reading, or check out her book "Quickies," which is a collection of her thoughts during a period of severe depression and substance abuse(my personal favorite.) https://twitchy-witch.com https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
Semaglutide Part Two with PA, Tanna Donalson
2023/09/08
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking again with Physician's Assistant, Tanna Donalson about Semaglutide, and how many benefits it can provide people aside from just diabetes/weight loss. It is now proving to help people struggling with autoimmune/metabolic disorders, addiction, food noise, obsessive compulsive disorder, joint pain, etc. I share my experience with it and how it helped with my ocd, inflammation, and drinking urges. Tanna continues to debunk the myths surrounding it and answers many of your questions that you submitted. I have included Tanna's booking link in the show notes for anyone wanting to know more or get started! Today I'm talking with Registered Dietitian, Michelle Yates
2023/09/01
This week on the CWC podcast I am talking with Registered Dietitian, Michelle Yates. Michelle has a masters in health psychology, specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating. She has worked in hospitals, outpatient ed treatment, and is now coaching women online to overcome things like binge eating, emotional overeating, all or nothing thoughts with food, and getting off the diet roller coaster once and for all. I found her on TikTok after we both made similar videos in response to the viral "mustard trend" and how dangerous it is. We are both here to answer any questions you all have, and if you are struggling with any of the things we mentioned in today's episode please reach out to Michelle or myself.  You can find her on IG at: Yatesnutrition or on her website at yatesbutrition.com https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
"Fighting For My Health"
2023/08/25
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking in depth about my past issues with both alcohol and food. I also share some interesting updates regarding my ongoing health struggles. Overall health is seemingly just one big puzzle that needs to be worked from multiple angles/modalities and since our healthcare system is not set up this way it can be frustrating to say the least. I also talk about how women are often gaslighted about our pain and suffering, ultimately left to figure out these issues on our own, when many of them lead back to childbirth, hormone fluctuations, mental illness, etc. Hopefully my story can help someone also going through ongoing health issues. As always, I am available for support and questions. https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
